Balsamino salad

Ingredients

Chicken meat (boiled) 450 g
Prunes (pitted) 1 st
Egg (boiled) 6 pcs
Carrots (boiled) 2 pcs
Onions (I have red) 3 pcs (2 pcs for the salad layer + 1 pc for overcooking with mushrooms)
Champignons (fresh) 350 g
Green peas (canned) 1/2 cans
Corn (canned) 1/2 cans
Mayonnaise 350 gr (I mix with sour cream)
Green onions, herbs, mushrooms or eggs (for garnish if desired)

Cooking method

  • Put all the ingredients on a dish in layers and coat with mayonnaise. I do not like when there is a lot of mayonnaise, for me it is greasy, and therefore I alternate mayonnaise with sour cream.
  • 1st layer - diced meat, pour over mayonnaise. I'm in the way.
  • 2nd layer - finely chopped onion, sprinkled with mayonnaise. I, pre-chopped onions, sprinkle with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of sugar, pour 1 tbsp. l vinegar and then boiling water. I like the taste of pickled onions better, but I don't have to.
  • Balsamino salad3rd layer - finely chopped steamed prunes, sprinkled with mayonnaise.
  • 4th layer - peas mixed with corn.
  • Balsamino salad5th layer - mushrooms fried with onions until golden brown.
  • Balsamino saladBalsamino salad6th layer - carrots grated on a coarse grater, sprinkled with mayonnaise.
  • Balsamino salad7th - eggs, grated on a fine grater, sprinkled with mayonnaise.
  • Decorate the finished salad as you wish. You can just use herbs, onions and mushrooms.
  • But I've been decorating this salad with daisies lately. It looks very elegant and festive on the table.

Elena, chamomile is very simple to make. When you make out the top, 7th layer of lettuce, leave 2 eggs. This is enough for 5-6 daisies.
