Mushroom herring salad

Ingredients

Lightly salted herring 1 PC.
Bunch of greenery
Champignon 10 large
Carrot 1 PC.
Mayonnaise
Salt

Cooking method

  • The salad is flaky, so traditionally the bottom of the plate, the top of the salad and each layer is covered with mayonnaise.
  • 1 layer - herring, peeled, boneless, diced.
  • 2nd layer - champignons cut into cubes, fried and separately fried onions. (mushrooms and onions cooled)
  • 3 layer - grate the carrots for Korean carrots, fry in sunflower oil. Allow to cool and drain off excess oil.
  • Decorate the top of the salad with herbs.
