I did not try to smear (or sprinkle) strictly over the entire surface. In the cut, the cakes turned out to be "feathers". I just poured the dough with my hands (like crumbled birds), and the curd mass (I stirred it with a submersible blender - it turned out like a cream cheese), each layer 4 tbsp. l. scattered 1 spoonful over the surface and slightly leveled with a spatula (photos 1 and 2).
I liked that the white filling (the one on top of the cheesecake) seemed to be welded and became not liquid, but creamy or even jelly-like.
I will repeat the recipe.
