Ingredients

flour 400 gr.
sugar 75 gr.
good quality cocoa 4 tbsp. l.
a pinch of salt
filling:
cream cheese like Philadelphia (Almente) or pasty curd 500 gr.
yogurt (sour cream) 100 g
eggs (large) 3
vanilla 1 gr.
orange peel 1 tsp
white chocolate (grate) 50 gr.
sugar 100 g
starch (flour) 2 tbsp. l.
dried cranberries (if cherries in s / s, increase the rate by 2 times + 2 tbsp. l starch) 200 gr.
you can add 2 tbsp. l. ground nuts
shape 26 cm in diameter. cover the bottom with baking paper

Cooking method
