To be honest, when I washed it, tudy-syudy tugged, twisted it just like that, but I also missed this nuance. Probably I have it in this place and so it was spinning itself, I pressed up and down more! Next time I will pay close attention to this! Thanks for the tip, although all these photos were copied from me, but apparently I'm not paying attention!

I just couldn't even think, twisting it in my hands, that it was also necessary to loosen it with pliers. But today, with the help of tips from the head of the company (for which many thanks to him, I found time in Skype for me) I disassembled it again, cleaned it and it seemed to work!
And over 21 thousand have been woven for this pan. Even then, at least the pliers would be put in the kit. ... Yes, your deeds are wonderful, Lord.

Bastard !!! I am so glad!!!!!! HURRAH!!!!!

Stafa! Actually, this problem can be easily solved in one day in the service, but unfortunately, the service is not available for everyone, and therefore users have to solve this problem themselves (who is not afraid). And it is solved at home (if for the first time) for 2-2.5 hours. The price has nothing to do with it, each multicooker has its own buyer, and there are technical problems that are much simpler (not for the Cuckoo) that people solve within 45 days in order to simply replace the cracked part with a new one. It's always surprising to me to read such opinions about "miracles", but no one convinces you of anything and does not call for anything. You do not want to have such a problem hypothetically, do not purchase such a slow cooker. Those who buy it are aware of this problem, because information about it is open.
Aunt Besya
Well, not so bad, Stafa! My cuckoo has fulfilled its warranty period remarkably! And the fact that for almost three years the valve is clogged, nothing to worry about. And the mushrooms ran away, and the soups ... If there was a service nearby, there would be no problems at all. For me, the only difficulty is that I had to pick up a screwdriver myself! Actually, no one was forced to! I buy all equipment with a similar risk ..
And then nothing eternal happens .. Somewhere I already wrote that I do not want an eternal frying pan ... I’ll get bored and throw it away and don’t buy a new one ..
Today I again experienced a similar feeling. Morally, I began to prepare for the 55th, but they say that technology has a soul, my cuckoo preferred to fix it
Evga
Girls and boys, good day to you. I already wrote recently

I, too, could not immediately unscrew one screw that secures the valve, even the first time I put everything back together. But my son-in-law brought me a remedy called WD-40, sold as an aerosol bottle. I dripped it on a screw and left it for 4 hours. The screw unscrewed with a bang. I also cleaned the salt valve with the same product. Only then do not forget to go through the "Steam cleaning" several times, after all, chemistry.
I'm already like Aunt Besya I can disassemble and assemble the cover with my eyes closed. The valve was flushed and twisted in all directions. After a while, he stuck again, apparently our love for jellies, stewed shanks in Chinese, etc., was evident.
At one point, I thought, shouldn't a valve of this type be lubricated in any way for long-term reliable operation. After another rinsing-boiling-squeezing-scrolling, I dripped onto the valve with the same means with which I unscrewed the screws, WD-40... As the experts explained, this tool also works as a lubricant. Again I twisted and squeezed the valve, wiped it well with a napkin on top and set it in place. Missed Steam Cleaning four times. Since then 4 months the flight is normal.

Tanya, they need to be rearranged, be sure, the representative tried to explain something to me about the problem in the design (they were explained at the courses in Moscow, probably it was not for everyone they just blabbed to me), but I just said "I don't mind rearranging" ...
Anya, and for those who are in the tank, you can be more precise, what should be rearranged? I read it many times, but did not understand

P.S. Has anyone made it to the clock? How do I change the battery? After 3 years, they began to lag behind.
Olex
Mine also worked for 3 years. But, at the end of the last, there were problems with voltage, and it seems that something connected in a magnet got covered in the valve ...
The husband says so. The valve itself was disassembled, and the lid too, the steam comes out normally, but there is no characteristic click during cooking, and does not chug with steam, as before. Now he says it's a little strange - you have to pour more water, since the ferry flies straight out.
Maybe someone came across this? I think to look for a service in Kiev, but where? Nobody knows by chance?
Aunt Besya
Try to properly clean the valve first, there is, by and large, NOTHING to fail!

Oh ..... Basichka .... I don't recognize you in makeup

Ask in PM the Star, the owner of the photos, to upload them to another resource, or if she doesn't succeed, then at that time I saved all these photos to my disk, later in three hours I will be at home and I can put them on the radical.

Uraaaaaaaa! The husband disassembled and cleaned everything according to the pictures from page 11, and the cartoon worked as before
The only thing, the click when turning on is not so clear, but these are trifles. The main thing is it works !!!!
Thank you all for the tips.

I read the whole topic. Of the above, there is a crack on the pad. But with the release of steam, I’m probably halfway to the problem. Since it seems to work in the modes, it seems to be normal, but at the end the steam does not completely release - the lid does not open immediately after "The dish is prepared", but if you hold the valve with something, then the steam is released and everything opens quietly. I decided to disassemble and clean ... I reached the phase of the internal valve itself and was afraid to move on: I can't see Olya's pictures, I don’t dare to disconnect the wires, but they don’t let them. Washed out everything I got to, now I started steam cleaning.
julifera if it's not difficult, post pictures plz, otherwise a lot of time has passed, Olya did not respond. When again I decide on a thorough cleaning, so that at least I can reach the end
Olex
I had the same problem, I already wrote somewhere that the service was not eliminated. (200 g for steam cleaning) As a result, I found pictures on the internet and took my husband by the throat?
It turned out that the small collapsible piptik (I don't remember the name), he only washed the top, because he did not understand.? Have you tried to read about the pictures? Clearly said - soak with detergent. until it turns off. Soaked it - it turned out. Otherwise, steam cleaning did not help, and it looks like the bowl was overheating, since after that the bottom of the bowl became bubbly when heated. : cray: The stove is for the fourth year, while I'm using it, but I would like to change the bowl, or maybe 55 will appear on sale in Ukraine at an adequate price.
Olex
[.... I have vague doubts that the bowl was secretly changed in the service, I did not look closely, everything is in traces of boiling), it is not visible on the cold, and then I sharply noticed

Girls, but I still do not understand what kind of characteristic click this should be? I didn't really listen to what clicks there before. And now I read you and think, probably in vain. Explain to me, slow-witted, where / what and when to listen? Where should you tilt your ear to hear?

I just returned from vacation today
The pictures there are very heavy, from whom the mail accepts letters of more than 30 megabytes, write in a personal email - I will send in an archive the entire html page of the Star's messages with photos.

If I post it here, then I can a little later.

6. Unscrew all the bolts on the lid and carefully pulling out the wires from behind, remove the top itself (after putting the board on the MV itself so that it holds the bottom of the lid)

We unscrew the valve, which is in the middle and with a pimp, only very carefully, DO NOT RIP THE HEADS FROM THE SCREWS !!! Here in the photo it has already been unscrewed and lies sideways.
This is how a flooded MB looks like:

7. Flush the valve with detergent so that the pimp moves easily.

Putting it all in reverse order.
Clean it yourself if you are sure you can !!! Use a good screwdriver to avoid ripping off the threads. There are NO such bolts in Russia!

Of course, a man should do it better. If you can't get to the valve, try unscrewing it through the hole at the top.
Good luck !!!!!!!
k.alena
Spasibishche Here, without pictures, only with signatures, I got to item 6. I unscrewed the screws, and the wires did not let the lower part of the lid stay "lying" while the upper one was standing upright. The length of the wires was not enough, even though I pulled them out from behind, from the side of the springs. Girls, who disassembled them, how are you?
Today I stewed chicken wings - the problem of under-steam release remained ... although it does not bother me much. But Cook is pure, pure
Lyi
k.alena! In addition to the photos of the Star, see my photos from 08/23/12, post 208, page 11.
There it is imperative to flush the so-called salt valve, otherwise nothing will work anyway.
After the last flush a year ago, everything still works for me (ugh, ugh, ugh). I only do steam cleaning and that's it.
k.alena
Lyi and thank you very much, I not only looked, but also dragged it into my computer. Who knows when the hands will get to the disassembly again, but with the posted pictures anything happens

Is there a service center in Ukraine? The valve was cleaned, but it was enough for a couple of times. Dismantled again - everything is clean. But the valve does not hold. I cooked jellied meat - in 1.5 hours half of the water boiled away at 98 *

Is there a service center in Ukraine?
I will say right away that I myself was not there, but even when I bought my Cook, the store (and it was they who brought them massively to Ukraine several years ago) said that they had entered into a service agreement with the LG service. I found this in the net - st. V. Mayakovskogo, 26 (044) 499-29-49 "SC LG" More details: 🔗 It says that the Cuckoos are served. I tried to get through a couple of times, but I live on the other side of the city ... If Troyeshchina is not far from you, try to contact ... Suddenly you will get there, ask, if it's not difficult, about the opportunity to buy or order a cup to 1054
Slavutchanka
I called there. They said they only serve it under warranty

Thanks for the link. There is a phone number from Chernigov - it's closer to me. I'll try to call there

Nobody came here for a long time, can I get an answer to my question? I have had a cuckoo 1054 for 10 years already, I cleaned it only once, I changed the pot during this time too, but now there are problems, when cleaning the valve a black plate fell apart. Can I buy it or glue it? Has anyone had such a situation and how did they get out of it? I live in St. Petersburg. I hope they will see my message and respond. Thank you.

Thanks for answering. I wrote down the phone, just in case. The husband glued this black ring with glue for a moment. The pressure cooker was assembled, checked for steam cleaning, everything works. This is our second self-cleaning in a long time. The first time they gave it to the service through Olesya, but that was after the second year of use.
Thanks for the phone, I will need a new O-ring and a new black part for the future. So far we will not disassemble for replacement, how long the glued will last, then I will replace it. Disassembling, though not difficult, is dreary.
Thanks again, I'll call you one of these days.
zvezda
bread crust, I have a video about disassembling and cleaning the valve, which I did myself at home, then Olesya took it off and also learned! Actually, you can turn to her ...
bread crust
Olga, the first time they cleaned the Cuckoo exactly according to your video. Everything was disassembled, cleaned and already wanted to collect, but stumbled upon information that it was necessary to properly clean this "pimp". So the first experience of self-cleaning with us took place in your video. Then everything worked fine for several years. And now this black ring had to be cleaned again and fell apart. At first I was upset, but my husband calmed and glued it, I hope it will still serve. After assembly, a silicone ring remained, and they did not know where to attach it. But Cuckoo works fine without it. We must, of course, already look at a new one, after all, my Cuckoo has a decent age, but this company is too expensive to bite, and I am afraid to take other companies, after Cuckoo I am afraid that I will be disappointed.
Olesya's phone has remained the same. 89213271371? I don't know how to clean it.
I wanted to insert a photo of this ringlet, but something went wrong. Sorry, it didn't work out.
zvezda
I haven't called Olesya for a long time, but I think it's the same.

Is it a ring? I tried to find a paronite / silicone one - it didn't work, I had to buy a new valve. Previously, Cook SC sold valves, but last year the winding failed, they said - go to garden service.
