Ingredients

Rye flour 1.5 cups
Milk 370 ml
Egg 2 pcs
Granulated sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/3 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Refined sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Soda 1/3 tsp

Cooking method

  • Drive eggs into milk, add salt, sugar, mayonnaise (Olive Sloboda) and sunflower oil and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. In the liquid mixture, gradually stirring, add rye flour (again Kudesnitsa !!!) and mix everything thoroughly. Then add soda scattering over the surface of the dough (so it is more evenly distributed in the dough). Mix everything thoroughly with a mixer at medium speed. Bake in a well-heated skillet before each baking, brushing it with fat or margarine. Pancakes are best served with sour cream or some kind of salty hearty filling. With red fish or red caviar for example. Bon Appetit!!!
