Ingredients

apple cider vinegar 6% 5 tbsp. l
Bay leaf 5-10 pcs.
salt 1-2 tsp
carrot 1 PC.
onion 1 PC.
garlic taste
black peppercorns 5-10 peas
carnation taste
celery (root) taste
cinnamon taste
parsley (root is better) taste

Cooking method

  • Put the meat in a deep bowl. Finely chop the vegetables. Mash bay leaves with your hands.
  • Season with salt, vinegar and add all the other ingredients. To cover with a lid. Leave on for at least 4 hours.

Note

I take a kilogram of meat and cut it, but I think you can take a whole piece. Just keep it longer.
It is also suitable as a barbecue marinade, but then you need more spices (hops-suneli or something like that).
I cut vegetables coarsely so that I can fry them with them later.
Spices go to taste, I usually add just a little.
