Ingredients

Chicken thighs 700-800 gr.
Smoked processed cheese 300-400 gr.
Gelatin 3-4 tbsp. l.
Filtered water
Coarse sea salt
Laurel leaf
Spices: allspice peas, black peppercorns
For decoration:
Fresh herbs
Boiled carrots

Cooking method

  • The recipe is not at all tricky and quick.
  • Boil meat from chicken thighs (without skin, I did not cut fat) with salt, bay leaf and pepper. So that the broth is tasty. The multicooker will easily do it for you very quickly.
  • Then pass the meat and cheese through the smallest grid of the meat grinder twice.
  • Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in the broth according to the instructions on the gelatin package.
  • Now pour the first thin layer of broth into the jellied dish. Cool completely until solid.
  • Now spread the minced meat with petals with a spoon dipped in water. Only not thick, but thin. It tastes better. We help with wet handles.
  • Decorate aspic to your taste. Then pour broth up to half. Allow to harden and pour to the top.
  • Everything is simple, beautiful and tasty.

Note

I think you can replace the chicken with pork shoulder or neck, you can take a turkey.
