The first time it turned out about 15 pieces, some huge ones came out and plump. So today I made about 30 kolobochki and rolled them thinner. Yes, and this time I didn’t bother with the filling - I simply mixed sugar and cottage cheese. A little leaked out, but not critical, most of the filling remained inside.

.. Oh .. just now I realized that I had added two whole eggs to the dough, and not an egg + yolk, as in the recipe I had to add flour to the dough .. it turned out a little thin ..

I baked these juices yesterday. To begin with, test half portions. It turned out to be 7 juicy, about 10 cm long and 7 cm wide. They came up well. True, the "sole" a little more than we would like, baked, becoming dark brown. Baked at a medium level at temp. 190-200 degrees 20 minutes.

And although the dough in these juices differs from the usual juicy ones that are sold in our shops and cookery, I would not say that it is worse. It's just different. But all the same, the "pies" were delicious! I will probably give them the codename "Juicy pies" for myself and my family, so as not to be confused with GOST.
I also added vanillin to the dough and filling. Everywhere and always, as far as I remember, juices are sold with vanilla. Well, it's very aromatic and tasty with him!

A very good pie turns out!
