just in Europe, dominoes are called precisely the combination of different hobs on one stove. I didn't know that in Russia this term means something completely different.
This is from poverty.
Of course, dominoes are dominoes because from it, like from the dominoes of a real domino, you can assemble any composition, you are absolutely right. ))
Quote: owb
Combined different types of hobs are combined hobs, and "dominoes" are exactly 2 hobs.
No. Dominoes are also available with one burner. As a rule, of increased power or diameter. Can be gas or induction wok.
Here are classic examples (yes, in the first photo, the hob is made up of several dominoes from AEG):

Members of the forum, I appeal to you for help !!! My hotpoint Ariston gas hob burst (gas on glass). Moreover, this is the second in 14 years. The first one worked for 7 years and burst. Since the oven was bought as a set for the surface, they did not want to "break" the set and bought a similar in style from the same manufacturer. And now, almost 7 years later, it also exploded. Now we don't consider gas on glass at all. First, we decided to buy a stainless steel so that it could be combined with something in the kitchen (refrigerator, multicooker, extractor hood). But we read that it is very difficult to care for, and that the quality of the stainless steel is now not very good. Therefore, they even considered the option with beige enamel. (Although this option is the worst fit in the kitchen). In addition, for 14 years I have become accustomed to the arrangement of the burners with a diamond. Now we are considering 5 models: 1.Kuppersberg TS69X, 2.Hansa BHGI63030, 3.Bosch PCI6A63030, 4.Electrolux GEE263FX, 5.Gorenje GW65CLB. Who can help with advice !!! We were able to see and touch Bosch, Electrolux and Kuppersberg live. Of these, the least liked the surface from Electrolux (as if a thin stainless steel). Kuppersberg made a good impression, but did not hear anything about this manufacturer. Advise what to choose! ???
Belka13
Kite, Svetlana, and black enamel does not fit in any way?
Kite
Yes, black is generally "out of topic". Of course, the closest would be stainless steel.
Belka13
Sorry. They say it is difficult to care for stainless steel. I did not even consider this option.
Kite
That's why I agree to beige enamel. It doesn't fit very well either, though.
Tata74
I have Burning, it seems that just such a model, the Classico series, is beige, or rather, it is more of a milky color. Only I'm not at home now, I'll be back on Sunday, I'll clarify the model.
Anchic
I have a stainless steel. I can't understand what it means to be hard to look after?
Kite
Anchic, I read that on a stainless steel every speck, every fingerprint is visible. And besides, scratches appear on it. What surface do you have?

Tata74, how long have you had this surface? How does it work for you? Is the ignition working normally?
Anchic
Kite, Svetlana, I have Bosch. No prints visible. Stains - well, no more than on the white enamel of the previous plate. If the cutlets were fried, then oil splashes were visible on the enamel. Scratches - yes, they can appear over time. But it depends more on what to wash - if with a soft sponge and shumanite, then there are almost no scratches. If the pemolux and the sponge are tough, then yes - my family scratched it at some point.
Belka13
Anchic, Anna, my friend's milk ran away, then it was very hard to clean, with the help of special means I tried to scrub it off - she said that spots appeared. Oily stains are generally hard to come off.
Kite, Svetlana, and what colors do you have in your kitchen?
Anchic
Belka13, Olga, I always clean with noise. Moreover, I don't clean it often, so usually all fat accumulations are already fried.I have no problems with cleaning. We remove the escaped milk as soon as possible. But again, shumanite helps in these difficult cases. I cannot compare any other means with it. We tried a lot of things - money wasted. Usually then we do not know how to reuse, because it washes at times worse.
Kite
Olga, my kitchen is in gray (probably even aluminum) tones. The oven left without a kit is gray-smoky glass. And a sink in sandy-beige tones (that's why beige appeared as an option)
Belka13
Kite, Svetlana, but it seems to me that silvery (gray, aluminum colors) go well with black.
Anchic, Anna, I occasionally use shumanite (I clean the kettle and pans from soot at my mother's), but I have an allergy to it. I certainly wouldn't be able to clean the hob often.
Tanya-Fanya
So I regret that for so many years I listened to negative reviews about caring for stainless steel.
Everything gets dirty. And on the white enamel, yellow splashes of oil are visible. And on Black ... it's even worse.
In short, for the care of stainless steel, I take products containing oil. Then the surface is covered with a film and for a couple of days all care is to wipe it with a microfiber cloth.
Belka13
Tanya-Fanya, I had gas on the glass (the glass is black) - the dirt is visible, but it is also easy to clean. Now black enamel (the simplest Siemens panel) is heaven and earth. I clean it in half a minute, and most often even without detergents. And with the purchase of a steam cleaner, washing the hob has become a holiday in general.
Anchic
Belka13, Olga, and the stainless steel can not be washed with a steam cleaner?
Belka13
Anchic, AnnaI think you can. But a few years ago, when I installed the brewhouse, I did not have such a sophisticated steam cleaner.
And now I generally covered it with boards, and put the multicooker on top
Anchic
Belka13, Olga, understandably. I just don't have a steam cleaner, so I don't know how the panel will be cleaned with it. And there is no multicooker, so I cook everything on gas.
Belka13
Anchic, Anna, I practically stopped using gas. The second month has gone. I only painted eggs for Easter and cook fish for the cat from time to time so that nothing clogs there. I like porridge more from the multicooker, and for meat, there are other devices.
Igrig
Svetlana!

I must say right away that we have ordinary glass ceramics. But...
About 10 years ago, we presented a gas hob with a stainless steel and an Electrolux oven to the family of his wife's brother.
Despite the fact that there is no neatness in using the stove (from the word "absolutely"), the surface still looks sooo decently! what means they use - I don't know, but for sure - not Shumanit ...

There is a nuance, which has already been written about above: stainless steel is soft, it is categorically impossible to rub with hard sponges, or the hard side of combined sponges (where on the one hand it is soft, on the other - hard).
We have a 5x2 cm piece on the oven door - a trace of my wife's use of the hard side of the sponge (and she was warned). The stain remained more matte than the rest of the surface.

Well, buy gas on glass ceramics.)) Or too expensive?
Tata74
Kite, Svetlana, I have Combustion for the fourth year, it works well, it is completely unpretentious in leaving, the ignition works perfectly, the gas control too. I'm glad. I have a set with an oven and a hood, the hood is noisy, but the cooker and the oven have no complaints.
Mona1
Girls and boys. Such a question. Who has experience in operating a hob (gas) if a dishwasher is built under it? I have already asked in Temka PPM, I understood that such is the neighborhood. Can someone tell me what should be the requirements for the cooking, so that you can put a dishwasher under it. I can make the table top a little higher.
ekivoka_i
Good afternoon, members of the forum! Not even a couple of years have passed since the previous consultation, when I came close to a specific choice of technique.
I still want a domino induction cooking zone. According to the old links, they say that they have not released this for a long time ... Naryl like this:
Korting HI 32003 B for 24 sput, it has exactly one 21cm burner, power, however, 1.5-2 kW, sensor, boost, timer. All. I didn't find any reviews.
Siemens EH375FBB1E for 28 sput. Power is nowhere, parasites, do not write, but one burner is noticeably larger than the other. In the reviews, swearing, the sensor is inconvenient, and in addition it turns on by accident, with a pan)).
Siemens EX375FXB1E for 46 sput. The burners are square, halved. As I understand it, you can turn on a half for a small dish, you can turn on 3 or 4 for a goose maker, and someone included two middle halves under one pan. Handles for glitches are decent.
Bosch PIB375FB1E for 28 sput. Again, the size of the burners and the power are not indicated. It seems that there are no positive reviews at all - there are some troubles everywhere.
NEFF N53TD40N0 for 45 sput. Also 4 quarters. There are no reviews at all ...
AEG HC 452401 EB for 44 sput. Also without reviews. The total power is 3.7 kW.
Even the prices strained me, and there were a lot of complaints too ... People even have glass cracking, no fur damage, I thought induction machines don't have this ... I'm sitting now, full of deep thoughts.
lira3003
ekivoka_i, Yulia, when I was faced with a choice, my husband offered to take dominoes ... I also read and studied all day
Then I decided to take 4 comforts. The choice fell on the Electrolux ehi9654hfk. But I can't report until the kitchen was brought ... I hope I made a good choice, especially for 25,500 rubles.

The same kotsy dominoes are also more expensive

But I didn't have the problem of running out of space. I chose the proven, comfortable and not very sophisticated induction. In addition, I wanted at least 2 comforts 21cm. It all came together
ekivoka_i
I also found the Maunfeld EVI.292-BK hob very cheap, 12 sput, 2000 and 1500 burners. They seem to be the same in size.

lira3003, yes, it's not that there is little space, but I really don't need 4 burners, I cook very little, and I gradually gain devices, so the stove is rarely used at all. So I decided to save money, hmm ... For money, it’s definitely not saving.

Be sure to share how she works! It seems that I am already ripening to a full four.
I wanted to move the dominoes to one side, and attach other devices, a cartoon or a pizza maker, or something to a piece of the countertop under the hood. It looks like oblomaitis.
lira3003
ekivoka_i, Yulia, I also used one of 4 comforts in the old apartment! But, the stove was just Electro. No timer. I was working then, and let's say boiling jellied meat was problematic.
And here, I used the desktop one and decided that I wanted a full-fledged one ... As a last resort, you can always close the unused comforts. Or if you want to put which of the devices under the hood.
Yesterday I saw a board in Your House, it is on legs, it will cover half of the slab. I didn't look at the price ..
Then, when guests are gathering, I miss a good, large stove, my multicooker is small, except for the last one.
About, Maunfelda herself did not use, I can not say anything about this brand
ekivoka_i
lira3003, Rita, I rarely-rarely collect guests, we live chronically on suitcases. My stove is now miserable and ugly, with cast-iron pancakes. They rust and crumble, I'm just afraid to use it, but I can't change the stove yet, I expect to buy equipment for a new apartment, so as not to miss ... simply does not fit the new conditions. I live on forums and discussions of various technology, my head is already spinning)
Here is the close surface of the slab is the topic. What is the name of this board with legs?
lira3003
ekivoka_i, Yulia, well, I have almost the same situation. The old apartment had a freestanding stove with an ugly oven. I was also waiting for the move to do everything for myself. And you just need to decide, if you need to - don't. I am not campaigning, I just wrote that I will have it. Three grown men in the house, small tiles are not an option. And I don't like to cook one by one. The husband offered dominoes and table tiles when needed. But, it pisses me off to get the tiles out of the closet, prepare a place for it on the table, hear this terrible noise, then clean it up again ...
No, not mine ...
Quote: ekivoka_i
what is the name of this board with legs
I don’t know, I didn’t look at the price tag. I passed by, saw a narrow, long board and stopped. Then I saw the legs, there was a drawing on the board itself. There it is just drawn how she stands over cooking
ekivoka_i
lira3003, Rita, three men is an argument) When my brother comes to visit, it becomes much more lively in my kitchen, yes. Of course, here I would have taken 4 burners without thinking. And so my husband and I, who at home and does not eat almost and little trifle.
Thanks for the board, I realized what it is)

found a cheaper nave NEFF N13TD26N0, description delivered: Neff, "Domino", glass ceramics, 30.60x54.60 cm, 2 burners, black
Like, what else do you want to know about him ??? Only dimensions to make a cut in the tabletop. And in almost all stores, the power is not indicated, parasites!

Therefore, if you really like which model, it is better to download instructions on the official website and read

What shops do you go to ?? )))
The first link:
Built-in hobs
ekivoka_i
Bijou, Thank you! So we don't. Apparently, I somehow ask the questions that take me to the shops for suckers))
I also found the AKPO PIA 3082502 hob, there is one of the 21cm burners and the price is divine. And as a company, is it worth contacting? In general, I like that the large burner is far, not the near one, the pan will not climb on the sensors.
Bijou
ekivoka_i, I wish I understood something about this ... I saw this word for the first time.))) Polka. Burners are the same as on Gorenki (from the same E.G.O. company) If the control is the same, then it is not good - Gorenki used to be famous for their uneven heating from on-off switching over most of the power range for the vast majority of models.
But the burner is not responsible for this, so I don't know how to reason further. Ideally, check, but how?

A large hotplate is more likely for pans than for pots. The pan will boil on a shallow one, but a pan on a shallow one will not normally be able to fry. ((So here I am sick, on the contrary, for a pan closer to me.)) But all this pales against the background of the divine price for dominoes, this cannot be taken away. The question of intermittent heating from on-off remains open and only practice will answer it, alas.
ekivoka_i
Bijou, oh, that is, their duty cycle is high, right? Or, conversely, low, in short, bad. No, don’t wear such a cow. Damn, I tried to fight off the oven - my husband became a wall - and basta is needed. Now I can't cut the brewhouse. When dominoes are twice as expensive and three times worse than a full-fledged stove, you start to doubt - do I need it? ..

As for the check, I read here on the construction forum how a friend took cooking boilers to Eldorado, and then handed them back, there is such a service. So I tested it. But in Eldorado there are no such. There is one domino Neff for 45 and another Hanza 37303, also cheap, but she has a lot of complaints for errors and breakdowns.

Just about .. Everyone is suffering. At another forum, one citizen spoke, they say, fu-fu-fu, discussing only expensive models, I've bought something cheap and I'm happy (there seemed to be just a domino). After a couple of polite requests to tell me about the work of my panel in detail (and ideally, a video of boiling at low powers), I fled from there, as it never happened.
ekivoka_i
As for the cheapness - I came across the induction of the Weissgauff HIF 32 B dominoes in general for 7 thousand per share. Apparently, it works so disgusting that it gives away for nothing ...

Weissgauff
ekivoka_i, Yulia, Weissgauff is an old, well-known firm. Where they collect it now, I don't know, it seems like Turkey and China are now (and who isn't?), But the company itself is Germany.
Their equipment is of the middle price category. Perhaps for 7 sput. either a poster copy went on sale, or after warranty, or with some kind of defect. As a last resort, small leftovers are poured out before filling the warehouse with new models.
In our market, the company has been represented only since 2014 and is not too curly yet, therefore the prices do not bend.
Good luck!

Olya, we have a full 6990 of them in different stores without any promotion.
ekivoka_i
Olga VB, dopleta, yes, I also rummaged around and found at this price in different stores. And a couple of reviews - it seems that at medium and low power it does not just boil, it does not boil, but it stops, then it fills the stove with a jerk.
In short, I summarize what I lived. Bosch is not worth its price, in terms of quality he left the premium segment lumpy down, a lot of negative reviews.
Siemens is scolded for sensors, does not react to wet / cold fingers (and when cooking, they often are), but very much even on a saucepan, a towel and even a leaning belly, and hello, set it up again. Otherwise, it seems to be good - quiet, works smoothly, there are basic functions, there are no extra extras. I found an option with a normal large burner.
Electrolux somehow fell out, did not find a single domino with a large burner, only 18cm each. Maybe I was looking badly ...
About NEF and AEG, or whatever, they also say that they are not worth their money - the price is in the premium class, and the quality is much lower.
I did not consider all the Goreny, Mountain and others seriously, if they are praised in the reviews, then people who have switched from cast-iron pancakes to induction for the first time, and in a comparative analysis, as I understood, they are far behind the above.
And, the Aristons also scolded somehow, I don't remember why, but amicably.
That is, I seem to stay with Siemens. Connoisseurs of plates, if you have any comments, please correct!

Girls, from my own experience - a burner of a larger diameter should be located closer to the hostess, on the contrary I suffer
ekivoka_i
selenа, why is this inconvenient? for a long time because of the child, only the distant burners were involved, I somehow got used to it). In addition, I do not fry so often, but I cook the soup in a large saucepan, when it is on the near burner - you cannot crawl to the far one at all. After all, you need the bottom to match the size of the burner as best as possible?

I'm talking about "dominoes", of course, everyone has their own troubles, but I personally need a large diameter for frying (stir, turn, etc.), and the soup just boil, and then it is cooked over low heat and that's it no matter which burner, even the correspondence between the diameter of the pan and the burner does not matter, and the broth-jellied meat, which is cooked for 2-6 hours in a large pan, blocks any access to the distant burner for a long time, of course, we, the Khlebopechkinsky ones, will not be lost, almost all of them have separate gravitational machines for any dish, but if I were buying "dominoes" now, I would have bought them with a different "geolocation", it is not for nothing that they are produced in 2 types
ekivoka_i
Yeah, that is, you can boil and then quietly gurgle a large pot on a small burner? Will it harm the stove? Well, then the possibilities expand, otherwise I was stubbornly looking for it with a large distant burner.
dopleta
Well, of course. You can also boil on a small one on a boost.
Bijou
Quote: ekivoka_i
Yeah, that is, you can boil and then quietly gurgle a large pot on a small burner?
))) If I use a gas stove, then even with a large saucepan, I maintain a quiet boil on the smallest burner. Soup for this equally, and why it should damage the stove I did not understand at all.
ekivoka_i
Well, I read somewhere that you need to match the diameter of the bottom of the pan to the diameter of the burner as accurately as possible.
Bijou
ekivoka_i, what for?))

This is important for ordinary electrics, so that there is no excess consumption of electricity for heating a space that is not covered with dishes. And the induction coil, although it has a current in areas not covered with dishes, still does not give off power and does not heat anything.Look, at the BSH, the flexes are almost never completely covered with anything, because there is not one circle, but two ovals per burner, and even offset from each other. Such crooked dishes simply do not exist in nature to be able to cover THIS.

No, there is, of course, a cast-iron grill (plancha) that covers the entire half of the panel at once (all 4 narrow ovals), but this is a rarity, and even from another manufacturer, which is Electrolux. ))
