Olga, are there already rings on sale? And whisper to us, pliz, what a ridiculous price?
Ksenia, there were rings, though I didn't specify how many of them. One ring costs 50 rubles

...
And yet, tell me pliz, can you still somehow cook porridge without pressure ??? what is the weakest program in the SV, with the lowest temperature?

Good day.
To prepare milk porridge, a special program is needed to prevent the milk from escaping. This device does not have it. Therefore, you cannot cook milk porridge without pressure.

And I kept thinking, will anyone cook stew in St. !? Rina, thanks, now I will cook
Yes, my pressure cooker often cooks / stews meat. Here it certainly works "soon", because SO to cook meat without pressure is exactly to spend an hour and a half.

I often cook mashed potato soup (I don't remember whether I wrote or not). The husband claims that the pressure cooker is more fragrant than the usual "plump" soup.

This is how the saucepan really helped out just the other day. I bought a chicken "soup set" (that is, the residual carcass without thighs, wings and fillets), put this carcass in water (it turned out a little more than half the volume of the saucepan), salted it a little, set the "meat" mode. After 10-15 minutes after the signal, I relieved the pressure. She took out the carcass.

And then it turned out that an urgent need to prepare mashed potato soup, and, indeed, urgently (there was no more than half an hour for everything about everything). Since there were very few potatoes, half of the broth had to be poured into a jar. While my father was eating chickens. carcass (almost dinner with bread), I peeled six potatoes, one carrot, a medium-sized onion, a piece of celery. I cut the carrots and celery into several pieces, the potatoes in half, threw everything into the remaining broth, added a little more salt (the broth was slightly salted), set the "meat" mode again, cooked under pressure for 6-7 minutes. When there were 8-9 minutes left until the end of the regime, she turned off the pressure cooker, after a couple of minutes she released the pressure (again with a towel). I rubbed the vegetables with a crush through a colander. Usually I warm up this soup again with spices. But here they needed just an extremely dietary soup without any spices.
Nevushka
I will stand behind the lid, after washing I do not close the SV, but I just put the inverted lid on top - until the next cooking, all the smells that took place will disappear.
My elastic band also stretched out, but not so as to fall out.

It is useless to write about proportions, since everyone has different tastes. And what is airy to one, can be rubber for another.
Compared to MV, I add 1/4 less water to cereals in SV.
Rice for sushi in SV is better than in cartoon.

So I do the same. There are no smells the next time you cook. But, of course, you need to rinse the lid.
milasha
I destroyed the smell) But I won't cook cabbage anymore))) I had enough fuss for my eyes.
I will wait for add. rings ... I hope I can order.

What else I cooked - pumpkin casserole, very tasty. Pumpkin, egg, a little semolina, a little sugar.
Squids - on the frying seafood mode - Pts pleased.Clamar toasted but soft! Which is not easy to do on the stove.
The meatball soup is delicious. But borscht - beets are losing color! How do you keep it bright? But boiled is normal, not tough so ... Advise! How do you cook borscht?
I added apple cider vinegar, all the same, the color of the beets is very nerdy, straight faded.
Maribu

But borscht - beets are losing color! How do you keep it bright?
I cook the beets in the microwave, peel them, rub them, pour them with lemon juice and add them to the borscht a couple of minutes until cooked. You can even add to the ready-made borscht and bring it to a boil after that, or even just let it brew a little. The aroma of beets and lemon is preserved, and I'm not talking about the color at all. Intense maroon!

My saucepan is at most two weeks old, and I'm already catching the ring
Good day.
We will exchange your O-ring for a new one. Send me your mailing address and telephone number in a personal message.
Dear Brand 6050 multicooker pressure cooker users, we have taken note of the comments on the O-rings and are now working on this issue.
Today we have O-rings, but there are very few of them. Therefore, it was decided to send them only to those users who have stretched rings.
This accessory will be on sale in July, along with the next batch of multicooker pressure cookers.
Rina
milasha, beets or bake in the oven / microwave, or cook separately in the same pressure cooker, whole washed, but unpeeled! Then peel the beets, chop (or grate - I don't like this option) and add to the almost finished borscht, boil with the remaining spices for a maximum of several minutes.

Eh, I hoped so!

Girls, how do you wash your rings? Maybe they stretch more when washed? Today, when I washed it, I was in a hurry and somehow rubbed it with a sponge, rotating it, stretching it a little. And then I caught myself thinking: what am I doing! it will stretch! I usually bathe the ring much more carefully. And here today the demon beguiled. Note!
Rina
You will excuse me, but with your hands during a regular washing you will not stretch the ring so much as to influence it. Just think - it can withstand temperatures over 120 ° C for many tens of minutes and high pressure (as far as I know, additional atmosphere) in addition. To stretch the material and damage it, it must be stretched like an expander.
milasha
girls, tell me, how much to bother with borscht?
Of course, you can cook beets in advance, and then use them in this way. But to do everything consistently ..... it is not easy for me, however, with my regime.
I just thought, maybe it is also possible to throw everything at once, and so that it remains red.
Maribu
This will not work, it is against all laws. And in the microwave, beets are cooked for 10 minutes. While you load other vegetables, it is ready. And in any case it is necessary to clean and rub (cut) it. So there are practically no additional problems.
Nevushka
in general, according to the cooking technology, beets must first be sauteed, as well as carrots. In a pressure cooker, I first fry the beets with carrots, then add the potatoes, meat (etc.) and fill with water. On soup mode, default time. And that's all.
Oksyusha
In order for the borscht to have a bright saturated color, beets must be sautéed with the addition of vinegar (apple cider can be used). When I am too lazy to dirty a lot of dishes in one pan, I first fry the onions and carrots, then add raw beets + sugar + vinegar + tomato there. pasta (grated tomatoes), carcass for 15 minutes; when not lazy, I carve beets and carrots with onions in separate pans. The color is always beautiful - red, cooked in a pressure cooker too.
milasha
girls, I always graze vegetables. There are also first onions, carrots, then beets, plus apples. And then she poured broth into the program with soup. The borsch itself is red. I'm talking about the beets themselves - they've faded, the color is so earthy ...
Maribu
Oops ... I didn't even think about it. The borsch itself is burgundy and excellent, but what color is the beet, what's the difference. I'll cook it, see how it gets it using my technology.

Maybe. But today I really pulled him so hard (that's almost like an expander) that such a thought flashed across.
zigana
Good day, friends, members of the forum! I selected a multicooker for myself, I liked Brand 6050, it doesn't matter what the pressure cooker is) I looked at the set of functions and characteristics. Everything is magical, but the question arose: can she make yoghurts and kefirchiks? There is no special mode, I saw it, but there is a heating mode, and this, hypothetically, might work! Share your experience, can anyone try it?
Elena Bo
Automatically, no yoghurts / kifirchiks can be made. You can only do as with Panasonic (which does not have a Yogurt mode) - pour milk with sourdough into jars, pour water into a bowl, put jars there and periodically turn on the Heating for a few minutes, keeping the heat inside.
zigana
And you can not set the temperature in the heating mode and the timer for some time? The instructions seemed to say that there is a heating function for up to 12 hours .. If not, how long will it take to make yoghurts in this wonderful pot?
Elena Bo
Heating mode is about 70 degrees. For yoghurt you need 38. But how much will be cooked depends on how correct the temperature will be there. Must cook for at least 6 hours
zigana
ooh .. how many nuances .. for the night and do not put to prepare. Or maybe there are some thread similar models, only with the function of yogurt? The kid really does not want to buy store yoghurts)
Nevushka
zigana, there is some kind of Korean novelty, but with a price twice as high.
Elena Bo
To prepare yoghurt in automatic mode, there are multicooker. For example, Brand 37502. Here I cooked yogurt in it https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=136112.0... Or separately Yoghurt makers, but they often overheat. In Temka, you can see how to deal with it https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=18181.1880... Perhaps there are yogurt pressure cookers, but I don't know about them.
Nevushka
Found the name of the yogurt pressure cooker - oursson
zigana
Nevushka, ousson is really cool thing, only it costs one and a half times more)))

Elena Bo, thanks for the tip! I have already monitored the forums, stopped at 37501 (cherry). I'll start with a multi, until I grow up to the pressure cooker))) I just ran into the fact that it was impossible to order it, there is no it anywhere))
Manna
The next batch of multicooker is planned for May-June. And if it is not very urgent, then you can wait until the fall ... In the fall, an updated cartoon is planned
Quote: Elena Br

There will be no program changes in the expected batch of Brand 37501 multicookers, only the equipment will change.
There will be no silicone potholders, but the multicooker will come with two steamers (top and bottom) and a recipe book.
The multicooker with a modified program will not go on sale until autumn. It is difficult to say more precisely now.
zigana
Yes, I also read it, but I didn’t quite understand how to make an order .. I am now in St. Petersburg, but in June I’ll live in Karelia. Do they deliver there by mail?

Hello! I am also a happy owner of a pressure cooker. I use it only for the third month, but almost every day. Milk porridge every morning, and in the evening, when I come home from work, I will definitely cook something in it. I'm very happy!
They wrote here about the O-ring, so it began to subside for me already somewhere on the third day. And I wash it very carefully. So it's not because someone is actively washing it. I will wait when it appears on sale, I will immediately purchase it with pleasure.
Moreover, the pressure cooker was purchased with my mother, my mother also actively uses it, but her ring is much denser.
Elena Br
Good day.
Send a photo showing how much the ring is stretched and we will send you a new O-ring.

Virgin, cooked chicken stomachs yesterday! This is something !!!
In 40 minutes under pressure, they became soft! For 1.5 hours in a cartoon, I did not achieve such an effect.
By the way, I'm on a diet now and took my stomachs to work, my colleagues checked it out and were surprised that they were cooked in 40 minutes, and even without preliminary cooking ...
I love Brandyusha !!!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Katya, tell us, pliz, in more detail how and with what the stomachs were prepared?
krivoshapka
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @ I will not exhibit a separate recipe, I did not take a picture yesterday.
I was too lazy, to be honest, to bother yesterday and I made it easier. Put the stomachs, added spices (Italian herbs, chicken seasoning and black pepper), 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and turned on the game for 35 minutes. When I opened the sour cream, it curled up a little and did not turn into a sauce, so I added 5 more minutes on porridge. And it turned out just gorgeous.
By the way, I used to make them: stomachs, onions on a berner, grated carrots, spices and a little water - for 40 minutes for game! Even my husband checked it out, although he usually does not eat offal on the principle that he loves meat. and here for both cheeks and with an additive.
krivoshapka
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @ to your health! the result is awesomely soft. I just recently discovered sub. chicken products.
And nobody made a "dry" charlotte in SV? I recently tried it in the oven, this is something, I ate half of it at once, so I'm on a diet now. and in SV I was afraid that everything would stick.
milasha
girls, dear, can I ask you such a question?
Tell me on which program - what is the temperature (approximately!)
I will be overly grateful to you!
That is, which is the strongest, which is weaker, etc.
Where is more frying, and where is less ...
I really miss this in mastering the device.

Good day everyone!

The girls have been sitting here on the site for more than six months, I choose a cartoon, I stopped at Brand, at 502 models, well, I think I chose everything, I will order, my hands are already itching))) but then I saw a 6050 pressure cooker .... I like it, but it's scary .. .2 units I cannot afford ((((I read Temki and testing and now I can not choose ..
I have a child, so porridge is a compulsory regimen, on the one hand, it is not convenient to leave food in the multi overnight, at 6050 you can quickly cook in the morning, but attracts yogurt at 502 and dough. but with the cartoon I have already figured out in theory, but the pressure cooker is somehow dumb .. but fast. I have no experience with these devices, tell me with a choice - I only suffer

I understand you, of course it is better to master the modes when their work is displayed in numbers. But I cannot provide a temperature table for this device, I simply do not have it. But I know for sure that the parameters of the modes correspond to the declared names.

In my opinion, the strongest frying on the "Fry-meat" mode.
Take a look at the page "Time spent on cooking various products in c / v". Maybe this will help you.

And photo? How many cm tall?
I do not dare to bake it either on Kasha or Rice, because it is quite wet by itself. Baking in a pressure cooker turns out to be just perfect, even better than in a multicooker (although it's very good there too).

Elena, tell me, what is this recipe for Chocolate boiled water ?? Very beautiful and probably just as tasty?

Elena Bo , sheer provocation for losing weight! And this cake is really very tasty, I also really like the pastries in our pressure cooker. Only here with the cottage cheese casserole I cannot decide how, on what program and how many minutes? It always works well with semolina, on any program, but with starch every other time. And I like it more with starch, it turns out more tender. Maybe someone knows the secret? Please share.

I'll post the photo later (as soon as I bake it) Height 8 cm exactly, and maybe more. I am very pleased with my "Magic Pot", as my colleagues call it. They buzzed all their ears about him. About 10 people are waiting for a new batch.
I love to cook, but I have no time (I work at school), now the problem is completely solved. I even bake cakes.
vernisag
Yeah, something completely tiiiiiho .... I naively believed that I was a little more fortunate with the silicone ring, since it did not fall. But alas, it started too, and I caught it from the pan and picked it up from the floor. But then I noticed such a thing, if you rinse it and dry it thoroughly, it becomes like new. It sits tightly on the plate and does not fall off after cooking. I realized this after the ring was lying on the table for a couple of days as unnecessary.
