The potatoes remained raw after stewing
I had to put the Baking again for 40 minutes, after which everything worked out.

I do it a little differently. Immediately put the BAKING for 65 minutes, fry the products, laying everything in turn. As soon as the products have reached the desired roast, the program can be turned off. Then I put EXTINGUISHING for 1 hour. I noticed that if you turn off the BAKE by default for 40 minutes, and then start it again, it works slowly at first. Therefore, I immediately set the maximum.
I do this when pre-frying is needed - pilaf, risotto, borsch, etc.
Maybe my humble experience will be useful to someone.

What time do potatoes drop in? Thanks for the advice. )

You need to lay the potatoes when the meat is covered with a slightly golden brown crust. Potato is a juicy vegetable, it will immediately give a little juice and the meat will not be fried soon if you put the potatoes earlier. Then slightly brown the potato, stir it a couple of times, close the lid so that the potatoes are not only fried and stewed a little.
The readiness of the dish depends on the meat (old / young, what part of it), it is ideal and tasty to take the kidney part, the beef meat of this part is always soft and tasty. Then the pot is different.
I would advise you to initially set 1 hour 30 minutes. EXTINGUISHING, and there already look at the readiness in an hour and decide to turn off or not turn off. In general, everything will come with the experience of communicating with a multicooker.

This is because, as stated in the recipe, the potatoes and tomato paste were added at the same time. Tom. the pasta is acidic, so the potatoes remain raw. Tom. the paste had to be added for 10-15 minutes. until the end of cooking this dish. As a last resort, you can try - if the potatoes are almost ready, add the volume. pasta (in this case, the potatoes will be cooked, otherwise they will not!). But you cannot add tomato paste with potatoes, cereals or meat at the same time. The latter will be damp.

I somehow decided to make a roast in a cartoon (not according to this recipe), fried everything, etc., poured potatoes, poured water, closed it.I put on the stewing for 1 hour and left happy to go about my business. After the characteristic signal I open it, and there ... everything is raw. I open it for another hour, after 30 minutes, and everything is in the same place. I'm frustrated and started digging into the net, I don't remember where I found very good advice (it seems to me that HP. Ru, but I'm not sure how long ago it was ...) put on pilaf mode. I also put on a miracle, a delicious roast

:) And when frying, do you close the lid?

Read the comments on the recipe and on the moment "1 tbsp. L tomato paste and if there is not a lot of liquid, then add 1 glass of water, turn on the Stew mode for 1 hour." did this: 1 tbsp. l. I spread tomato paste in 1 multi-glass of hot water (~ 180 ml), added it, mixed everything and turned on the Stew mode for 1 h 30 m.Everything turned out perfect with such a sauce, the meat is very soft, the potatoes did not boil. Well, at the end of the greenery.

I never put tomato paste with potatoes! Only when the potatoes are completely cooked and the meat is soft. At the very end 5-7 minutes before the end of the program. I set the time to 1 hour for pork and 1.5 hours for beef. More often I use tomato juice, it turns out not so sour in the end. I have a multicooker Polaris-517.
