Fried pork ribs marinated in Georgian style

Ingredients

Rack of pork ribs 500-600 gr
Garlic 1 clove
Marinade:
Onion 1 PC
A mixture of sour cream and kefir (I often just take sour cream) 30 ml
Water 30ml
Salt
Pepper
Bay leaf
A mixture of herbs (I used spices for the kebab, but you can use basil, parsley, cilantro)
Wine or apple cider vinegar 0.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Usually I like marina kebab! Always great! And then I decided to marinate the ribs. It turned out delicious!
  • We cut the meat so that there is one bone on each piece.
  • We put the ribs in a container in which they will be marinated.
  • Cut the onion into half rings and add it to the meat.
  • Salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices and dry herbs to your taste.
  • Add a mixture of sour cream with kefir.
  • We add water.
  • After that, mix everything well and for a long time with your hands so that the marinade is absorbed into the meat.
  • Then add vinegar and mix everything well with your hands.
  • We marinate the meat in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours, or you can leave it overnight. If done in a marinator, then everything is much faster.
  • I cooked the ribs in a slow cooker.
  • I cleaned the bones of the onion, I was afraid that it would burn.
  • I set the "Baking" program for 45 minutes and fried it, turning it periodically.
  • 15 minutes before the end of the program, I added finely chopped garlic.
  • It turned out to be a very tasty dish!

Note

You can fry the ribs anywhere. They also work great on the grill, in the magngal, in the airfryer, in the airfryer, etc.
