This is the most problem-free chicken in cooking, suitable for both solemn and low-festive occasions. I use this recipe very often, because the family is large and time is short. Kukuha cooks chicken, Panasonic - something for chicken. And everyone is happy. I wrote this recipe for a long time between times in communication, I don't know if anyone took the risk of repeating it or not. I really like her for her completely natural and unbroken taste. No additives. Just salt and pepper.
  • 1. From a gutted chicken, cut off the skin and fat in the neck and tail.
  • 2. Salt a little inside.
  • 3. Place breast side down in the Cuckoo's bowl. It is with the breast, since it will be tinted at the point of contact with the bowl. Better if the fillet is tinted than a bony back that no one eats.))) Like this:

  • 4. Salt without fanaticism and rub a little salt on top (on the back, wings and hams). No salt is required at the bottom. When cooking juices, water condensate will drain exactly there, down and everything will be salty, take my word for it. For the same reason, do not overuse salt. Otherwise, the ends of the wings and the broth will be salted and it will be impossible to use it anywhere.
  • 5. Sprinkle with black pepper.

  • Close the Cuckoo. Oven mode. Level 3 (when three squares in a column are black. This is the maximum level, it is not added further). Cooking time 45-60 minutes. Time only varies depending on the weight of the chicken. This chicken in the photo weighed 1.8 kg and cooked for 50 minutes... This is to a state of complete softness and goodness. The fillet is very juicy.
  • Open the Cuckoo, take out the chicken (be careful, it tends to fall apart, I hook it with a large slotted spoon from below, and hold it with a silicone glove on top) and turn it over onto a plate with a beautiful breast up. The released juice with a small amount of fat (it is usually literally a multi-glass of concentrated broth with fat there) can be poured over the side dish. I don’t salt the side dish in advance. Because the juice is usually salty, straight well.
