No, they are different. Binatosha does not work without pressure, that is, it cannot be just a multicooker, only a pressure cooker.

Today I read the whole Temka and decided to try it. She made stewed potatoes with minced meat. She turned on the SV, closed the lock, turned on "her recipe", after a couple of minutes she grumbled, switched to "vegetables", fried the meat, cut a fairly large card, poured some water, closed the lid, set "her recipe" for 30 minutes.
After about 15 minutes, the pressure showed "3", after half an hour the SB beeped, I forcibly blew off the steam, the potatoes turned out to be very tasty, whole, soft, but not boiled. I am very pleased with the first experience.

Binatosha is called Robysta la mama, and Supra is called Chef & Go, my potatoes did not have a sweet aftertaste, it turned out very tasty, my men are very hardy. Such baked, as in the oven, in a pressure cooker cannot work, because there is no upper heating element. But the similarity can be depicted. You cannot set the pressure on the Baking program (that is, it can get there on its own if there is liquid, but you cannot set the pressure level yourself).

I would try to cook the thighs in the following way ...
1) Marinated the thighs - add salt, pepper, you can sprinkle with any seasoning for chicken. In short, at this stage, use your favorite seasonings. Leave to lie down for about an hour, but if there is no time, then you can immediately cook.
2) Select the Custom recipe mode, do not close the lid itself, but turn the lid locking knob. Set the cooking time to 35 minutes (I won't say for sure, because I didn't cook like that myself). Pressure -3.
3) With the lid open, fry the thighs on one side, adding a small amount of vegetable oil to the bowl. Since in this mode the countdown starts immediately, first let the bowl of butter warm up for three to five minutes. On one side, the chicken will be fried for about 5-7 minutes.
4) Turn the fried chicken over, turn the lid lock to the open position, close the lid for real, lock the lock, and wait for the end of the program. If the pressure does not build up, then you need to add a little boiling water.

Once again, I draw your attention to the fact that I myself did not cook chicken like that. I cooked other meat, it worked out well.

I use it for 4 months, at the beginning I put the regime on broth> time for 30 minutes> pressure on 3, then when the meat is cooked I added everything else, soup mode> time 15 minutes> pressure did not touch, that is, it was also on 3. The son pulled out the top cover, but after that it worked normally for another 2 months. Yesterday I also cooked only in time, I slightly reduced the meat by 25, and put the soup for 10 minutes, almost all the water evaporated from the meat, then I added a little water and ingredients, it seems that the water did not evaporate much.

If it hovers heavily, check for silicone gaskets in the lid. You may have lost them. In my design of the SV, an earlier release, there are no gaskets at all and there was no initial one.Yours is of a later release and has already slightly modified the cover. If the liquid boils off so much, then most likely the tightness of the SV is broken. I have already come across such a story on another forum. The girl found an "extra" silicone ring and could not find where it stood. Here, her SV hovers strongly and does not gain pressure. Carefully compare with the picture from the instructions whether all the parts are in place. If the cause (leakage) cannot be established, then of course the service. I stewed cabbage today. I chose the regime for a long time, decided to try it on cereals, because steam is constantly descending there. I thought it would have less liquid in it. Shredded cabbage into a bowl, grated one carrot there, salted, added half a glass of tomato. Stirred in a bowl, put in a pot and on cereals for 10 minutes. When I opened it, I was disappointed at first. It seemed to me not stewed but boiled. And then, when I mixed it and tasted it, it was nothing. They ate mine with pleasure.
