tuna roll

Ingredients

tuna in rast. oil or natural 250g. (3 p.)
eggs 3 pcs.
toast bread 4 things.
parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. l.
breadcrumbs

Cooking method

  • 1. Moisten toast bread with water, squeeze well.
  • 2.Drain the tuna from the oil (or if you take canned natural - drain the water), mash with a fork into smaller pieces
  • 3. In a bowl, mix: eggs, bread, tuna, cheese, mix everything well, so that the mass looks like a cutlet mass.
  • 4. Form a "loaf", very carefully roll in breadcrumbs, wrap tightly and in several layers in foil, trying to keep the ends closed.
  • 5. Put the rolls in a saucepan, the size of the roll, add water and cook for 40 minutes.
  • 6.Take out and cool without unfolding! (Otherwise it will crumble)
  • 7. Cut the cooled roll, put on a plate, garnish with tomatoes and basil leaves, pour a little olive oil on top.
