Hot smoked pink salmon pate

Ingredients

Hot smoked pink salmon 500 g
Butter 200-250 g
Red caviar (optional) 3 tsp
Ground white pepper on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • Remove the bones from the fish and grind it in the bowl of the food processor with knives. Add butter and pepper, mix again with knives. Introduce the caviar and beat again, achieving a homogeneous mass.
  • Put beautifully on a dish, garnish with red caviar if desired.

Note

For my husband's birthday I made a delicious hot-smoked fish paste in a food processor. Everyone loved it!
