Navel of the Earth salad

Ingredients

chicken stomachs 450gr
Champignon 12pcs (large)
canned green peas 1 can
eggs 3-4pcs
mayonnaise 200ml
onion 1-2pcs
refined sunflower oil 75ml
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Peel chicken stomachs, rinse and boil until tender in salted water. Cool and cut into cubes.
  • Rinse the champignons or peel and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Fry the onions and mushrooms in refined oil until cooked, adding salt. Cool down.
  • Boil the eggs, peel and cut into cubes.
  • In a bowl, combine chopped stomachs, mushrooms with onions, eggs and green peas. If necessary, salt to taste. Season with mayonnaise. Let it brew for 30-40 minutes. You can eat!
