Thanks to everyone who remembers my attempt to become the first buyer of this multicooker. I think that my order was still the first
In the meantime, the "Baking" mode has worked its way, it took another 20 minutes on heating.
In general, the cupcake is ready
This is how he looked in MV:

Testing multicooker Brand 37501
I didn't grease the saucepan with anything ... I forgot and was pleasantly surprised that the cupcake left it on its own.
What is immediately noticeable in comparison with the bread maker is that the top is whiter, with a larger area, the height is almost the same, it is not burnt on the sides.
The middle son walks in circles and waits for it to cool down ...

DenRassk, the cupcake turned out to be wonderful, just a handsome man And the bowl is generally super!

Chicken and potatoes with orange based on "orange chicken" from VS NIKA ... But I didn’t cook it on the "languor". I cooked like this: 30 minutes for "Manual" mode at 40 ° C, 30 minutes on the "Manual" mode at 60 ° C (the chicken was slightly frozen, so I defrosted it in an hour and marinated at the same time), 2 hours on the "Manual" mode at 80 ° C (their chickens got juice and mixed with orange juice).
Testing multicooker Brand 37501
I added potatoes to this juice, put the meat on top. Included mode "Buckwheat"and in about 40-50 minutes the chicken and potatoes with orange were ready.
Testing multicooker Brand 37501
However, my husband did not like such a dinner at all, neither the smell nor the taste. He said that it was too bitter for him.
And, despite the fact that I don't eat meat at all, I still decided to try chicken myself. And again, given that I don’t eat meat at all, I was delighted with such a chicken I didn’t feel any bitterness at all. That’s like this ... some hazel grouses with pineapple, and some don’t like chicken with orange Now the orange and citrus chicken has been orderedTesting multicooker Brand 37501

And for me, for yogurt, two hours are enough in the mode and one hour in the switched off multitask.

Quote: mamba

Because 3 hours of active mode and 1 hour in the switched off multitask is quite enough, and the minimum 6 hours of the Yoghurt mode according to the program is excessive and the yoghurt is overridden, peeling the whey.

They got me completely confused

Here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=79561.0 The hairpin specifically opened the topic where we asked about the yogurt regimen. We came to the conclusion that 6-10 hours are needed. What is being done differently now?

There they talked about making yogurt from probiotics (bacteria in their pure form), and here we are preparing yogurt using yogurt as a starter culture. I'm not an expert in making yoghurt, but I think this is the fundamental difference in time. After all, even in that topic Mother mentions that her yogurt (based on yoghurt sourdough) cooks faster.

Personally, I do not have enough time to maintain the temperature, after turning off the program, it is, but it starts from an hour. But this is not the most important thing. Everything else suits me completely.

Girls, Lucy sent me here to ask questions ... I ask: are you satisfied with your cartoons or are there any complaints?
Gasha, I am very pleased with my cartoon. And the coating of the bowl is very high quality, the "Manual" mode compensates for the lack of temperature or time in other modes. The baked goods are baked evenly and do not burn. There is a "Fry" mode. The signal is a little quiet, so I really like it, although ... I think not everyone will agree with me on this And the appearance of this cartoon is very attractive In general, I did not notice any special jambs There is one inconvenience - the countdown "Heated" only in hours Even at first I was uncomfortable with the "Manual" mode, so now I have already got used to If I had to choose between 501 and 502, I would have chosen 501 In addition, in my opinion, the 501 has a more logical menu (and readable) and a list of modes
Vichka
manna right, I also really like "Manual", especially for frying, it is better to fry without a very fried crust, it suits me better. Today I fried cutlets on "Manual" and "Frying", so on "frying" a crust was quickly formed, and on "manual" at 150g., The frying was slower and the cutlets turned out to be more magnificent, softer.

Today for the first time I appreciated what a removable cover is. Immediately I remembered how I diligently scrubbed the lid in Dex 50.
I made lazy dumplings and it occurred to me to turn on "Steam". It's good that I was there and heard a hiss, but the cover was already GOOD! If it was impossible to take it off, I would rub it for a long time, and then again and clean! Great! I like this slow cooker more and more !!!

Who's talking about what, and I'm talking about my cupcake.
Here is how it is in the context:
Testing multicooker Brand 37501
In HP it turned out to be more like a store-fried and dense brick, and in MV it turned out to be more magnificent.
I thought it wouldn’t be baked in an hour (in HP I put it for an hour twenty), but no ... it’s baked normally.
When I opened the lid, there was a lot of condensation on it, which dripped and not a drop fell on the cake.
So the first pancake turned out to be not lumpy and this is very pleasing.

And yesterday in the night I decided to put milk corn porridge in the morning. Put. In the morning, waking up 2 minutes before the end of the program, I was horrified to discover that instead of Milk porridge there was Rice mode and 1 minute remained until the end. Well, everything, I think, products for disposal. With a breath, I open the cartoon - and there is normal corn porridge, thick, but not strong. Only with stirring did the golden crust come off from below.
The proportions were: 1 mst cereals, 2 mst milk and 3 mst water.

I have made yoghurt myself many times. True in the Brand 3702 model. But the temperature is the same everywhere. I only add yoghurt from the store as a starter (usually Activia). And I always put it at 8 o'clock. And the yogurt never flaked. Before time, I did not look into the multicooker, maybe, of course, the yogurt was ready in 2 hours

Honey mushrooms 500-600gr
Pumpkin pulp 400-500gr
Carrots 1-2pcs.
Bow 1 pc.
salt, black pepper to taste

Pour frozen mushrooms with cold water, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Then put the mushrooms on a sieve.
Cut the pumpkin pulp into small pieces.
Cut the carrots into thin slices, the onion into half rings. Fry onions and carrots, add pumpkin, mushrooms, salt and pepper.

Hello everyone.
I choose a multicooker. The first one ... I am more and more inclined to 37501. In this regard, the question is: what kind of cup cover is it? I was sure it was ceramic, but now I read Elena Brand's answer on the website: "The inner coating of the bowl is not ceramic. The bowl is covered with a durable non-stick coating from the Japanese company DAIKIN." Confused ... Ceramics or not? Maybe this is an analogue of ceramics? Will the dish taste like cooking in a clay pot? Is the heating element covered with a non-stick coating like the 37502? Does 37502 have a different coating? Ceramics or not? I ask the official representative of the "Brand" company to answer my question. Thank you in advance. I almost forgot to ask: does this multi-microprocessor control? Is it possible to reflash the multicooker when operating modes appear or change?
P.S. The question is a little off topic - how do I add a vehicle to my account? - I have an airfryer, and in the drop-down list there is only a bread maker.
Manna
tv2000, and we welcome you!
I am not an official representative of Brand, but I will tell you what I know. In the 37501, the bowl is covered with a DAIKIN non-stick coating (decent quality) - not ceramic. The 37502 has a ceramic coated bowl. The manufacturer did not mention the heating element for the 37501, and for the 37502 the heating element is coated. Well, that's all I know. And we expect more detailed answers from Vadim and / or Elena

P.S. equipment can be added in the "Profile Settings" section in the "Name" item, and the "My Equipment" service seems to be not very working yet.
