Irina (right?), I congratulate you on your assistant! Yes, you are not a student, you are just a pro. Not everyone in the first three days generally decides to bake, but here at once and so much. I wish you tasty treats in the future!
Ksenia, of course Irina is great, but it seems to me that after how many girls have already cooked in 37501, she can even cook in this slow cooker the man child. : lol: with closed eyes.

yeah, Irina) thank you girls for your support, I want to cook and I want to))) I will continue to experiment)

First of all, I bought the cartoon because of a small child: cereals, soups, etc. But I have some kind of ambush with cereals - I just can't get them well boiled, but very tasty porridge, but the feeling that a little undercooked a little, straight each grain is felt, the proportions made different 1k3, 1k4, 1k5 (the consistency of 1k4 seems to be the most it), and with a delay for the night, and then it costs a long time on heating, and the cooking time from 1 hour to 2 changed, all the same and also, only the thickness of the porridge changes, and the degree of cooking is the same. What am I doing wrong? Tell me? Such porridge, in principle, suits me, but small grains cannot be absorbed, it needs well-boiled porridge. Cooked from corn and wheat grits. And is it possible at all in a cartoon to get a mess like a canteen?
Thank you.

Neka, Welcome!

I can only advise one thing - to soak the cereal for a while, so that it gains moisture. I also cook milk porridge for my little one day - every other day, though lately only in the Brand 6050 pressure cooker. Then I grind the blender in a small chopper, and it cracks them perfectly.

Ksyushk @ -Plushk @, yes, it seems to have cooked with a delay for the night, so much longer to soak. I forgot something about the blender, we don't grind the main food, but I'll try it with porridge. Thank you.

Do you have exactly 37501? In fact, wheat is cooked for a long time, and the mode of porridge is based on rice, millet, buckwheat, oatmeal ...
Rice cooked at 37502 fine, with a little respite and heating. But it didn’t boil over. It looks like millet and buckwheat are boiled.
: mail1: Apparently "long" cereals should be soaked for 10 hours, or even better, especially if they are boiled in milk right away - just soak in advance for 8 hours in the afternoon and put them in mv overnight. Moreover, if you want to be a mess.
When we cook buckwheat on gas, soak it overnight and just let it boil. It's the same with oats.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Ugh, exactly, with a delay after all. You can also change the cereal. Maybe you have some kind of indigestible. Fig knows her.
Neka
mumi, yes, I have 37501. Thanks for the advice, I'll try to put it into practice.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @, yes, it seems like the cereal is ordinary))) On the electric stove, my husband managed to cook the same wheat porridge for me without soaking, though he had to stand over it for a long time and tediously interfere with it, so as not to burn. From multi, you want the same result, but with a minimum of your time spent.

Okay, let's try some more trick. Your experience with casseroles leaves hope that if you suffer for a long time, something will work out)))))

The liquid should not burn at all. The recipe for liquids is for not very liquid porridge, so add half a glass with each experiment
: girl_claping: And also a multi-cook for 37501! increase the cooking time based on the temperature in porridge mode, for example, twice and more water, and with a delay.

Thank you.
1.increase cooking time
2. change the manufacturer of cereals, take a finer grind.
3. increase the proportions of cereal / water. 1/3 is very little for such cereals, here you have to start from 1/5 onwards.
3. Corn porridge for a child is not the best daily option, unless he suffers from weak intestines. More preferred is rice, rolled oats.

Yes, it is only in Panasonic that you can put onions to fry and go sit on the Bread Maker, but this will not work in this slow cooker. The Fry mode (even if you select Vegetables) is intense, you need to watch and stir. But fast!

This is what I really like Brandick. 5 minutes with the lid closed (while stirring 1-2 times) on "Fry-Vegetables", and the onions and carrots are already sautéed

Wasp, congratulations on the addition!

I always cook porridge for a longer time than it is set in the mule.Today I cooked millet, set it for 1 hour 25 minutes. It also turned out that she stood for 20 minutes on heating. A very good porridge turned out. In general, I cook all porridge in about the same way, when you cook it once, you yourself will begin to regulate.

Incl. languor for 5 hours.
No oil, no mayonnaise (I hate it) !!!

She arrived !!!!
Pretty !!! Cherry !!! With a spare pot !!! They gave it to me at the post office even without my mother (she just went to my mother's address, I thought I would go on a business trip again), so I made poor eyes at them. Already it is worth shining with a blue eye and cooking yogurt At night he will go with oatmeal milk porridge, and in the morning there will be pea soup to cook. I was waiting for her so much that now she will be bothered without a breath.

Now I'll cry a little. Our Mail, as always, is not without troubles. Elena Br a question for you. When I made an order (multicooker + spare saucepan + spare plate removable), I asked the girl answering me on the phone: do they (that is, Brand) pack the packages well? I was assured that the packaging would be strong and everything would come in one piece. Alas, the plate was broken. The box in which all the goods were packed was intact, so I didn't open anything at the post office. And at home, when I opened the box, I saw that the spare saucepan was lined with cardboard, and the removable plate simply dangles in the box all in parts and is broken.

Girls, I have joy For a friend I ordered this slow cooker, they brought what kind of simpapulechka she is.In the course, I am more than she is, I am happy. Such a neat, such a girl
And what, really, a 5L pot? She's so interesting (compared to mine), narrow and tall. It is narrow at the bottom, widens at the top.
About the cover. It does not open 90 degrees, but the pan can be gently removed without touching the valve, however, it was necessary to tilt a little.
Solena
Manna thanks for the congratulations! I wanted her so much and was very pleased to see her live. And I was pleasantly surprised at how small it is. For some reason, looking at the photos, it seemed to me that its size was larger and it would be difficult to take it with me somewhere on trips (we travel a lot by car). And it turned out to be so compact !!!
A spare plate was ordered from me.

Congratulations! Now the neighbors will come running to smell. I just tasted potatoes with mushrooms from the multicooker, delicious! This time she wandered around the saucepan for 25 minutes 🔗 stirring with a shovel. I do not regret that I chose the model with the "Fry" mode from the 502nd and 501st
There was a question about the valve: it spins freely (more precisely, its upper half), strives to unscrew and fall out. How is it customary to deal with this?

That's what I like about your company, because it is promptness and accessibility to negotiations!
From my experience, this is a sure sign of a dynamically developing and highly promising company. And it was this factor that played a decisive role in choosing the brand of the multicooker. If you do not mind, give me 10 days to think about it. There is just a thought of buying a smokehouse from you, and in this case it will be more economical for your company to send the damaged plate. Do you agree?

Well, now to the pleasant. Remember the nursery rhyme: "And today our cat gave birth to kittens yesterday !!!" That is why yesterday I could not share with you the joy of the prepared dishes. Our little Yorkie gave us four puppies yesterday, and we are incredibly happy. And cooking in a brand new cartoon turned out to be extremely successful. And if it were not for my blunder, then our acquaintance with her would have been excellent. And so she is fine, but I am satisfied.
As planned, the preparation began with yogurt. The time is set at 5 o'clock, the milk was not heated (I usually heat it up for two minutes in the microwave), and it was put in a 1.5 liter glass bucket. I did not do it in the saucepan itself, because I do not like to disturb the yogurt by pouring it before cooling it. Naturally, I didn't have enough endurance not to poke my nose during cooking, and a couple of times I opened the lid to be curious, well, what is happening there. What's going on the magic happens there. It was warm and humid inside as required for this product. As a result, I got a wonderful consistency, which by the morning turned into a wonderful, thick and delicate breakfast.
Milk oat porridge was next in preparation. And here I messed up a little. After all, when I stood in the store in front of the rack and looked at the packaging with oatmeal, the little "I" in a white dress and with little white wings (well, where's the smiley angel ?!) sitting on my right shoulder told me: don't take, not all the achievements of civilization for good, the STEAMED cereal for milk porridge is not tasty !!! But no, I listened to another little "I" in a black dress with horns and a tail (well, where's the devil's smiley face ?!) sitting on my left shoulder, which nagged: well, why are you going to go shopping in search of other cereals, there is a thirty frost, and from the parking lot to the shopping center as much as 15 meters walk. In short, I gave up and bought a filthy product "steamed oatmeal" from Goodwin. Nor, of course, "the porridge turned out to be absolutely not tasty. It is certainly edible, if hungry. But even the dogs refused to eat it. Conclusion: unprocessed cereals, although more difficult to cook, have a more predictable taste and result in the end.

Well, at night my cherry-cartoon "went" cooking beef brisket on the simmering mode for 8 hours. The cow, whose brisket I put in a saucepan, although she did not die a natural death, was nevertheless not so young as to hope for an enthusiastic taste result. And the cooking time was VERY embarrassing for me! It seemed to me that in 8 hours the brisket would boil down into rags, which cannot even be called stewed meat. In the morning we woke up to the melodic bell of the end of cooking. I opened the lid of the multicooker with trembling hands, was nervous behind my back and shifted from foot to foot and from paw to paw, a large support group claiming to have a hearty breakfast. And in my head at that moment the thought swirled like a whirlwind that if I saw rags of stew, then a group of comrades on their paws and with tails would be indescribably grateful to me, but from a friend in a sports leotard I would receive a pumpkin for the promised and not provided kusman of meat. In general, my hands were shaking, my eyes frantically looking for escape routes, the lid rose smoothly up and there ... and there, inside the saucepan, a transparent rich broth splashed in which an elastic, dense, perfectly cooked meat with a pleasant pink tint lay. It was incredibly tender to the bite and at the same time did not fall apart under the onslaught of teeth, like meat cooked when boiling in a saucepan falls apart. The fibers were easy to bite, and the fat did not slip off the cartilage. My husband got a great breakfast, and I am not hidden pleasure from the fact that without spending any efforts I got a lot of free time in the morning, spending at least in the evening.

So. The cartoon met the expectations and even exceeded them. BUT!!! That is why now she will have a very difficult time from the fact that she will have to work hard to justify the responsibility entrusted to her.
Ksenia000
Hello everybody! Today I bought this beast Tell me, hasn't anyone tried to cook jellied meat in it?
Luysia
Well, how did you not try, we only cook in it.

I cook like this: I bring everything to a boil on the stove in a regular saucepan, boil for a couple of minutes. Then I drain the water with the foam, rinse the bones with cold water, put them in a multicooker, fill them with cold water and the Quenching mode.

The cup only clings to the new one, the native sits like a glove. I ordered it at the sotmarket. Moreover, the size of the bowls is visually exactly the same. I don't bother too much about this, I cook with might and main in both, just when I open the lid, I hold it slightly. And I wrote to find out if Brend had changed anything in the bowl.
The bowls are exactly the same. And they shouldn't cling to the multicooker body.

Thanks, I'll try!
How are things with the smell now?
Your message is the first, so you need to understand what the reason is.
Solena
Well, the test drive continues.
Today, the cherry beauty was obliged to prepare dinner. For lunch there was an order for pasta and stew and Anything Else. "What else" I thought ?? Well, okay, let's figure it out along the way.

The chopped onion peacefully sizzled in the multicooker bowl on the "fry-vegetables" program, hands briskly shredded the remnants of yesterday's "not young" beef, and the "Barbaros" plan matured in my head. The meat was sent to the onion, the program was changed to "braising for 1.5 hours", a steamer with beets was placed on top. The lid is closed, and ..... and what to do now ??? Don't interfere! To worry that it is not necessary to burn! No need to poke boiled beets in the side nervously! Good!!! But boring ...

As you remember, I'm not quite at home right now. More precisely, the house is mine, but now we live in another city, and in this house I do not have a single kitchen assistant. And we have already lost the habit of eating shop bread. It doesn't taste good to us now. And I can't mix it with pens. AND ABOUT! I thought of something to do while stewing meat. We all do profitroli-custard cakes, but what if we add hot and allspice and garlic to the dough ??? And we will have wonderful profiteroles that can be stuffed with garlic oil. No sooner said than done. At the exit, airy-fragrant-spicy-crunchy balls.

Meanwhile, the cartoon sang in a melodic voice that USYO! meat is ready !!! I finely chopped the sweet pepper, mixed with the meat and took out the saucepan from the multicooker. Myasko came out for a feast for the eyes! Taste - color - aroma !!! MMMMMM !!!! In its place was a spare saucepan, where the pasta feathers from "Grandi Pasta" were determined. The boiling water from the kettle has just covered the pasta, a little salt on top and the "Buckwheat" mode is set. While rubbing the beets out of the corner of my eye, I watched the cooking stages change. At the penultimate stage, bubbles of foam appeared in the valve, which jumped and burst in the valve, but did not crawl out. When the countdown started, I looked over. The program ended, I put the oil on and waited a couple of minutes on the heating. The pasta boiled well, but their aesthetic side suffered greatly with this cooking method. The feathers stuck together a little and were not even tubes, but deformed crooked "twigs". They were a little toasty underneath and that gave them a certain charm.

Conclusion: if I have no time to look after pasta or my spouse who regularly misses the moment when I need to open the lid when cooking in a saucepan and I get a stove filled with slimy broth, in this case it is rational to use a multicooker. If you need a ceremonial dish, you won't go anywhere, you will have to use the traditional method.
