According to the recipe book, a complaint about the pickle, it says stewing for 2.5 hours and water to the required density. Water is absorbed by barley, it turns out that there is almost no water left, if you add to taste and stewing for 2.5 hours is already completely overkill, for me everything boiled down in one and a half, another 15 minutes and in general there would be a misunderstanding, not soup. In general, the impression is that the recipes were downloaded from the Internet, for multi Panasonic, then slightly, just slightly, corrected and presented as a book of recipes for Brand. Then it was necessary at least to take an experienced rewriter so that the recipes were sensible.
Manna
In general, yes, barley somewhere and cooked for an hour and a half. But I usually soak the barley before cooking for a couple of hours. Then it is cooked for about 30 minutes.

And ... I also leafed through the recipe book here (I, however, did not read it very carefully) ... There really, in many recipes, the time is indicated with excess

Fi @ lka, no one disputes that there are inaccuracies in the recipe book. I advise you and everyone who starts using the multicooker to use the recipes from this topic. A list of these recipes is on the first page of the topic.

These recipes have been tried out and have instructions for timing and mode selection. Photos will help you imagine what should happen in the end.

Thanks for the advice, I’m not doing badly myself. You just read a book to get some tasty idea, light up, set the time, well, I think since a book is for this multi, then everything must be accurate, but the result is not satisfactory. This is upsetting.

I also measured at the end -41 degrees. And then I measured it in an hour. I'll follow you. Once I try yogurt, I will definitely measure it again in an hour.
my neighbor makes yogurt in a thermos with a yogurt maker. It is for the reason that the real temperature in the yogurt maker is about 50 degrees.

Why don't they call, they call. I can put as many photos of my creations in a cartoon. It's just that you don't always have the time and opportunity to open the Internet, and when you just start, you trust the book, and here is such a blunder!

Aren't the recipes in the book based on your meals, girls?

And then to the producers and designers of the recipe book. If there are correct recipes on 1 page of this topic (and even with pictures and with answers to questions about cooking), you may indicate in the instructions that they should contact this site in this topic. Or, nevertheless, to correct it, although I feel that you will have to write a new one if you still want to make it competent. And then, in favor of the TRUE recipes in the book: not everyone "sits" on our site. I myself accidentally found it, and I took root. And now I advertise and recommend Brand multicooker, because I like them ... I myself want which one I don't know the updated 501 or 502. Yes, and the smoker is in the plans ... And all my friends already know about this new "product" of the Brand company, although NONE of my friends on this site has never been! Here!

Well ... they cooked they prepared they took pictures ... they tried ... but what was the point then?
Dusha
Wow "meaning then", what's the point !!!! I look into the recipes almost every day, firstly, they have been tested by more than one person, and secondly, even if I cook with my own changes, the hint on time and on the choice of the program is invaluable. Girls who uploaded recipes and photos, thank you very much, without them anywhere !!!!!!!!!!! As for the recipe book, I didn't even look there.

Well ... in general ... if according to the law ... then in this case the question of copyright arises and the consent of the author of the recipe for its publication is necessary and certainly with the name of the author This is the law. Of course, it is this law in our country that very few people care about.
Luysia
I would personally agree without mentioning me, because I cooked it, but I spied the recipes or just an idea from someone on the same Internet or in a cookbook ... There are not so many of my own ideas from scratch ...
Aygul
But in general, manna, Yes! Few people care. I want to say: "So then they would cook themselves!" But since the multicooker was given for testing, for sure, the company could have come to an agreement with the girls, come to a mutually beneficial solution. Of course, on the one hand, the multicooker was given for testing free of charge, the reciprocal "gesture" was supposed to cook, checking the modes, to evaluate the quality of a lot of things - both the modes themselves, and the appearance, the quality of the coating of the pan, multicooker in general, valve operation, ... But yes, there was no talk about copyright. And yet they could agree

Not, Lucia, that's understandable. I mean those that are "from scratch". Have Vikuli there are many, for example. And we had several of these ...

In general, it would probably be worth doing this (in the sense of taking recipes from testing into the recipe book). All the same, proven recipes, already for sure for a specific multicooker model. Although not a very big book, but reliable

Which mode to choose and temp-ru?
maybe on hand?
what is the temperature then -100 or 120? and how much water to pour?

Olga, I didn’t cook my tongue, but if I did, I would choose the "Stew" mode for 2 hours, and water ... I would pour 1mst for a start, and then I would have looked.

I did it 5 times, each time it comes out differently.
Today I will try again with aktimelkoy, although they wrote here that it is harmful. To it I will add 50/50 the existing yogurt with euitalia.

It's the same for me, every time in different ways. And the cooking time is different, and the consistency.

Hello! I became the next owner of MB Brand 37501, I'm happy with everything, it's a worthy thing. She cooked borsch, cabbage soup, cottage cheese casserole, stewed potatoes with chicken, rice and millet milk porridge. But this is not a problem when preparing milk porridge from oatmeal, the porridge escaped from the MV through the valve, cooked 1: 5, took 1/2 MVstak of cereals. What did I do wrong?

To prevent the milk porridge from running away, I add a small piece of butter. The result is stable, no shoots. Try it. By the way, I cook porridge every morning from 3 tablespoons of rolled oats. And also try to buy another manufacturer next time, not everyone is running
Lakshmi
Hello everyone!
Finally, yesterday my toon arrived. There was a smell of rubber, plastic or something else I don't know, but after steaming a lemon, the unpleasant smell disappeared. The first dish in my multi was delayed oatmeal. As a result: the milk did not turn sour, did not run away, only a little when the milk was fried from the bottom, since the porridge turned out to be thin (more like milk soup). But my husband liked it, and so did I. I took the recipe from the instructions for rice millet porridge. Next time I will try to cook in 3 glasses of liquid + 1 oatmeal.
And now I'll go and look at the recipe on the site and cook something for lunch.
Vasilica
Lakshmi, congratulations on your assistant! Let it always be happy!
And oatmeal should be taken less liquid or more flakes, not the same proportions as in long-cooking cereals. Good luck!
Lakshmi
Vasilika Thank you!

For lunch I cooked potatoes with meat in sour cream. Well, very tasty And there is more time - this is Big +.

Girls, can anyone know the recipes in which he put all the products in the cartoon at the same time, set the mode and went to work? Please share !!! In December I will "live" at work, and my family needs to be fed.
Vasilica
Girls, hello everyone!
Me manna caught in someone else's Temko and, therefore, I will write here my method of cooking pasta in our cartoon. In my retired Lakuchin there is a "macaroni" mode, I really liked it, I often used it. When I bought Brandik, I was a little upset that there was no such separate regime, but then I decided to experiment. In Lakuchin you pour water, select the mode and time for 8-10 minutes (how many is written on the pack), when the water boils, the cartoon beeps, you need to throw pasta or dumplings and press start again, the minutes will count down. But I cooked differently, immediately threw in the pasta, poured it with boiling water so that the tails would stick out, set the minutes, and since the water was already boiling water, she squeaked almost immediately, pressed start and calmly did another thing, but in 2-3 minutes until the end, mixed once (so that it would cook evenly). Here's a program. There is no such thing in Brandik, but I found a way out. The "steam" mode is very suitable in terms of boiling intensity and the time can be set from 5 minutes, but what else we need. I pour in a little oil, turn on the "frying" mode, it will warm up, throw in the macaroons, stir so that they will be covered with oil (then they will not stick together), pour water from a thermopot, so that it will almost reach (tails sticking out), salt, mix and expose the "steam" mode for 8-10 minutes, I close it and also stir it 2-3 minutes before the end. All. Pasta absorbs all the water, not boiled, not sticky, generally very tasty. It's just makaroshi. And we also love to fry the onion first, and then everything is the same. Well, the classic - naval pasta, I fry the onion, minced meat and then according to the recipe, it turns out delicious, not confusing, then you don't need to wash the frying pan, the pan, all in one bottle.
Girls, dear, if this method is useful to you and you like it, then take somebody pictures and put it in a separate recipe, unfortunately I cannot myself, otherwise my method will not be lost and will be useful to someone else. I really hope for your help
Vasilica
Lakshmi, I cook everything that can be stewed and soups (except for borscht), closed it and left. And the rest seems to me no, no, but you need to control. Maybe the girls will tell you more.

Well, I, too, have already been cut (I'm a lazy person), a couple of cubes may fall through the holes, but this is not critical. I chop the bottom layer carrots, potatoes on top. But with eggs, it's a good idea, I'm just not used to the fact that I have two steamers.

Good morning everyone!

I have a question for the representatives of the "Brand" company, please tell me if you have any warranty period for the bowl. One of the many reasons why I took Brand was reviews that Brand has one of the most durable coatings on the bowl. I have been using the multicooker for only a month, I use the spatulas that came with it and the silicone spatula and scratches became visible at the bottom of the bowl, not to the bottom of course, but not small either. This does not make me happy at all, either I came across a defective bowl, or it is simply impossible to use the paddles from the kit (it is not clear what to use then). So I wanted to know about the guarantee for the cup, will such an outrage be changed or will I have to buy a new cup?
JIucu4ka
please tell me how best to bake a biscuit so that condensation does not drip on it ?? How many casseroles I didn’t make, you can still see what was dripping, and in the process the valve might not close or even pull it out?
