please tell me how best to bake a biscuit so that condensation does not drip on it ?? How many casseroles I didn’t make, you can still see what was dripping, and in the process the valve might not close or even pull it out?

Strange, I have never dripped condensation during baking, and in general, there is usually little or no condensation after baking.

Good morning everyone!

I have a question for the representatives of the "Brand" company, please tell me if you have any warranty period for the bowl. One of the many reasons why I took Brand was reviews that Brand has one of the most durable coatings on the bowl. I have been using the multicooker for only a month, I use the spatulas that came with it and the silicone spatula and scratches became visible at the bottom of the bowl, not to the bottom of course, but not small either. This does not make me happy at all, either I came across a defective bowl, or it is simply impossible to use the paddles from the kit (it is not clear what to use then). So I wanted to know about the guarantee for the cup, will such an outrage be changed or will I have to buy a new cup?
Good day.
There is no guarantee for the bowl.
Scratches can come from seeds or coarse salt. If they are shallow, then you can ignore it and cook further, if the scratches are deep, then the best option would be to buy an additional bowl.

If you showed a photo of baking, then you could compare and answer you whether it is a marriage or not. But I will tell you right away, in this model of the multicooker there is not much condensation when the Baking mode is working. For example, I never dripped condensation on baked goods.

the fact that the biscuit is "in the hole" on top is normal. Condensation did not drip. The top, since it is not fried and the crust does not form, turns out to be porous, as usually the biscuit is inside.

Yes, I hardly cook anything with bones, only if I use fine chicken and salt. It's a shame, not even a month has passed. How much does the cup cost?

Olga, did you have a spouse or kids with spoons and forks in the cartoon? Mine tried at one time ... until I saw, but were stopped by strict suggestion - it helped - the cups are like new

No, they do not climb, I immediately strictly forbade it and I constantly remind about it. Especially my son.

Yes Mannochka in layers, minced meat, grated raw potatoes, a mixture of eggs with sour cream with garlic, cheese, Each layer overlapped with one corner of pita bread. I love these puffs. I'll try a string with potatoes (you say raw?), Garlic and herbs

You can boil potatoes, I just really don't like to grate boiled ones ...

With a boiled puff, the vapsche will cook very quickly. But the taste, it seems to me, will be a little different

I had a situation similar to yours, too, after the first months of operation, scratches appeared. Don't worry, everyone has scratches. Although it is indicated that the coating is resistant, the coating has almost worn off on my saucepan (I bought it in December 2011), the food began to burn. Nevertheless, it seems to me that the pan, even if it is glass, wears out which coating do not.

Psichika, well, my mule is already a year old, there are scratches, but nothing has been erased and does not burn. Although I cook almost every day.

I didn’t mean at all that it’s like that for everyone. Apparently my curved handles helped the coating not linger for a long time

FOR TWO MONTHS I HAVE COVERED THE CUP WITH SMALL SCRATCHES. ALTHOUGH I ONLY USE SILICONE SHOVELS. BUT I COOK CHICKEN Rather Often, I COULD SCATCH WITH BONES. TODAY I BOUGHT THE SECOND BOWL, AND IT'S A LITTLE DIFFERENT. THE INTERIOR COATING IS A LITTLE DARKER AND THE COATING STRUCTURE IS MORE "LARGE" (I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE ANOTHER), BUT THE MOST UNPLEASANT THAT WHEN OPENING THE MV, THE BOWL IS SNAPPING.

Did you definitely buy a bowl for this multicooker? nothing should cling ..

I bought Brand 37501 champagne color. Outwardly beautiful slow cooker. I decided to cook chicken soup from the recipe book attached to this cartoon (the very first recipe from this book on the 1st page). So he chopped the chicken, carrots, onions, poured 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil on the bottom of the bowl (although the recipe says one spoon), poured everything that was cut on the bottom of the bowl and put, as written in the recipe, on "frying vegetables", that is. . for 20 min. At the same time, I did not close the lid in the cartoon, as advised in the instructions for this cartoon in the "FRY" mode. It means that after about 5 minutes I went to see what happened, with a spoon applied to this cartoon, mixed it and saw that the markov was burning, in general I mixed it. After a couple of minutes I mixed again, and saw that there was already more burnt, in general, until the end of the frying mode, I stood near this multicooker and periodically stirred it every 5 minutes, but in the end all the carrots and onions were burnt, as a result of which, after the end of the "Frying" I threw it all into the trash can, leaving only the chicken. After that I again chopped the onions and carrots and poured everything into the bowl together with water and potatoes and put it on the "Soup" mode. As a result, the carrots and onions were not fried and hard. The soup was not what I expected. In general, the first impressions of this cartoon were bad. Everyone wrote before that the bowl in it does not burn, it turns out everything is different ...

Edik I sympathize with you, but where did you find the "Soup" mode in the Brand 37501 multicooker and where did you see that in the "Chicken Soup" recipe it is written that the chicken with vegetables should be fried for exactly 20 minutes?
edik_v
confused the "Extinguishing" mode was called. Look for the name and recipe of the soup in the recipe book attached to this cartoon.
vernisag
Anyway, in this cartoon, the frying program is very active and I do not leave it at all when I fry and stir constantly. And also, it was necessary first to fry the meat, and only then add the onion, and only then the carrots. By the way, I don’t fry carrots at all and they’ve never been tough in my soup.
edik_v
in a frying pan, I would have done so, fried meat separately, vegetables separately. So and here I read about the miracle of the cartoon, so I decided to buy one for myself, I think I will abandon everything to fry, steam, stew or cook and I will go about my business, but it turns out that frying on this cartoon is nothing other than in a pan. Or am I doing something wrong? All according to the recipe and read the instructions
Luysia
I looked, that's why I wrote. In the book like this:

"We fry everything in a multicooker with oil on the FRYING-VEGETABLES mode."

This means that you need to fry the meat with vegetables a little, lightly, and not 20 minutes (set from 5 minutes). The book contains the regime, not the time.

The FRYING mode is high-temperature, so it is far from recommended to get away from the multicooker, you need to stir.

If you want a more gentle roast, then use the Baking or Manual mode with a temperature of 120 degrees.

Everything is correct, stewing, steaming, different cereals, steaming, milk porridge and even baking will be without your participation, but you need to fry carefully and carefully.
vernisag
Well, I have no frying program in my staler, for example, everything is fried there for a long time and tediously, you can leave the room, nothing will burn out. I really like the roasting program in the brand, I just need to either follow and quickly fry or put it on a lower temperature, since this cartoon has it.
edik_v
"Frying vegetables" by default costs 20 minutes, so I fried that much, especially the chicken in 5 minutes as you write to fry - it will not be fried
vernisag
The meat does not need to be fried too much, it is enough to quench it, there was no protein foam in the broth afterwards ...
edik_v
I realized, in general, frying on this cartoon is nothing better than in a frying pan, you still need to stomp and stir near it, otherwise everything will burn out and the bowl will burn. Therefore, there is no one to fry in a multi reason
edik_v
on one tablespoon of butter (as it was written in the recipe) you can't put out the meat, you can only burn it
vernisag
Niiiii che you did not understand ... Frying in a cartoon is a sheer pleasure! And the oil splashes don't fly anywhere, and the bowl coating is super!
Luysia
Edik, you not at all right not quite right!

The Frying mode is very good, for example, if you take a large piece of meat, chicken (or all this in pieces) and fry it on the Frying, and then turn on the Stew mode, you will get just super.
edik_v
talk about the super coating of the bowl when at least a year has passed, and on the new kitchen utensils everything is always well prepared at first, be it this and a frying pan with a ceramic coating or some other. Everything is mapped to time
edik_v
and when frying in this cartoon with the lid open, everything flies and drips upward, that is, it is necessary that the cartoon also stand under the hood. In general, if I fry it in a pan

you can cook in it 2 times a week and 1 time a month and every day, the service life of the coated bowl will depend on this ...

Even the most crooked housewives do not have any cartoon, the family is well-fed and happy! And the hostess herself is just happy! And if your first acquaintance with the cartoons did not work out, this does not mean that the cartoons are bad, but simply that you have not yet understood each other and have not adapted. I have many acquaintances who have already been cultivated and, moreover, with different MVs and EVERYONE is very happy, I have not heard a single bad reply, only delight. And people are all adults and reasonable.
edik_v
and be it any wizard and with any slow cooker, but he won't make candy from the city ...

Yes, it is normal. And yes, you have to mix. Indeed, the instructions clearly say: "We do not recommend closing the lid of the multicooker during the mode, because the Frying mode works at a high temperature."
And the same is duplicated in the mode table.

Today I cooked chicken legs in a quantity of 8 pcs. Fried on the FRYING-VEGETABLES mode for 20 minutes for 1 st. l. (maybe even less, lila by eye) olive oil with the lid closed. Interfered three times, well, maybe four. Nothing stuck, because juice was released from the meat, and it did not allow the meat to stick to the bowl.

Quote: edik_v

If you want not to trample near the multi during frying, put the "stewing" mode on, you can safely close the lid and you can be absent for about 5 minutes, in this mode the temperature is lower and the food does not fry so quickly. I do not add oil at all on the "quenching" program. And by the way, I burned food in the cartoon a couple of times, they burn but TO in a multicooker bowl, nothing is fried, just rinse with water.

And about crooked hands, you are probably about me: girl_red: I already erased the coating, but I'm still trying to make candy out of g ... to make a candy ... so I'll buy a new thicket and get started
