In the morning, the first thing I do is stomp to the refrigerator, take the milk out of it and pour it into the CF, add sugar (I like sweet). Steam for 5 minutes. While I wash, the milk is just about to boil. Then I pour the semolina in a thin stream and cook it like on a stove, stirring it - it will take no more than 5 minutes, which is comparable to slicing and heating sandwiches in a microwave.

Thank you so much!
Now I have definitely decided on the choice.

Oh, I forgot to clarify one detail: when the porridge boils, the Steam program must be turned off, a liter of porridge will continue to puff by inertia for another 2-3 minutes. Usually this is enough for additional cooking, but if it is not enough, we run Steam, Warm-up or a similar program for a short time. I forgot this a little, because both pots from Brand are constantly in the refrigerator and filled with something tasty, and the porridge has to be cooked in Panasonic (it is not so powerful, I do not turn off the steaming there almost until the end of cooking).

I read the tips here ... do not knead ... put the baking powder at the end ... The first time I did it - I beat everything ... e-mine ... it turned out the same .. And now no

I will take one more time in the steps of Elena Bo zebra
In general, I made a zebra ... It did not work out all the same. But not as before with the sole not baked, but rose a little and, it seems, would have been a little more and it would have been good. But here's a caveat. I put, according to Elena's recipe, for baking-1h20min. There was completely raw dough inside. Then I turned on the manual for 150. I thought that I would turn it off for another 20 minutes. But the result was a full cycle of 45 minutes. It got a little better inside and didn't fall, but it's still damp. Not even wet, damp, but damp. The stove didn’t take any longer, otherwise there would have been coal outside. Here, and think that it’s not that way ... Well, it wouldn’t work at all. But for the first time there was a beauty. It's a pity that way. I soaped up such beauty for the holidays to bake guests, but here I can’t tame this zebra

And, here, the orange pie turned out) Hurray. I beat myself on the hands when I wanted to beat with a blender)) I mixed everything with a spoon and it turned out. But I still don't understand why the recipe book says to bake for 30 minutes. Well, it’s not true. The first time I put it, then I adjusted it in time. This time at once for 50 minutes.

And in general, I like the purchase. : girl_dance: I'm bastard from her)) I like the bowl. Coating. When my husband brought it (it was a surprise for my birthday, I chose it myself), I thought it was a pity that it was not a ceramic coating. And now not even an ounce of regret. Nothing sticks, and even if I gape and do not interfere with the meat in the frying, one movement with a spoon is enough for everything to go away and further fry.

A. The only negative. Maybe someone doesn't care. But I burned the first 2 days with enviable persistence of my hand. And I didn’t know what the matter was)) Then I told my husband, to which he replied: “The shoulder blade is short here, and you burn yourself on the edges when you interfere. Take another, ours” ... I stopped burning)) Well, I'm like that - everything is written)) Attached is a spatula, I burn, but I use what they gave))) So, here. The handles on the instruments would be more authentic.

Very simple .... Steamed vegetables and steamed cutlets at the same time

We put vegetables in a bowl, I have: potatoes, onions, carrots, bell peppers, frozen zucchini, seasoning, a little oil.
Put the minced meat patties on top of the double boiler: finely chopped chicken breast, finely grated 1 pc. carrots, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. l starch, black pepper / salt.

And now about the main thing:

Thank you very much to the employees of the LLC "Brand" company, in particular to Vadim and Elena, for deciding on such a bold step and offering to test their products, and providing our girls with products free of charge. Not every company can boast of this. And thank you for not leaving this forum, always answering questions from members of the forum, even if they are repeated for the hundredth time.
This will be my first multicooker, Panasonic originally wanted it, but the bowl and the price were embarrassing ... then I saw the topic about Brand and finally established my choice, and the price is acceptable and the bowls are good. And of course, as an inexperienced user, the automatic programs "Porridge, Pastry, Yogurt, Fry" were important to me. While I'm of course in the stage of euphoria, waiting for my mullet, but I really hope that we will become friends with her and she will not be covered with a thick layer of dust, like some of my other techniques

Thank you very much to all the girls who have tested the multicooker. Thanks to you, we are beginners, we can find out both the advantages and disadvantages of multicooker. And with so many recipes, you can not think about what to cook for a very long time

Here, I also discovered a topic about testing the Brand 35128 airfryer, so temporarily I say goodbye to you until my mule comes to me)))

For tomorrow we have according to the plan Milk porridge with a respite for the morning, Darnitsa bread and something else. I'll go see your recipes

P.S: Thanks to the "Brand" company for the prompt delivery of my mule!
nadka
So, on the first day, my little girl worked very hard
Prepared:

1. Rice milk porridge from 1 MCT and 4 MCT of milk with a delay in the morning. The porridge turned out to be very tasty, the rice (round) is well boiled. But there was a small attempt to escape the milk, the inner lid got dirty and there were a few droplets from the valve outside. But I’m not sure that it was not my fault either, because I didn’t add butter for lack of butter and I’m not sure about the quality of milk. We will experiment with other milk.

2. Bread "Darnitsky" with sourdough, according to this recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=100332.0
Kneading in a bread machine, then put the dough in a slow cooker, set the "Yogurt" mode for 10 minutes and left in the proofer for 3 hours, baked on the "Pastry" for 1 hour 10 minutes, turned it over and another 10 minutes.
Conclusions: Bread does not break the "roof" as it was in the bread maker and in the oven with the same set of ingredients and proofing time. The bread is springy, does not crumble, the porosity is good. Well, the taste is also good, no worse than in a bread maker or oven. Next time I will try to bake on the "Manual" at 150 degrees, we love the crust for sunburn.

3. Luysia Lucky Curd Casserole https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=147299.0
I made half of the portion, but forgot to reduce the baking time, as a result I got tanned from below, but it did not affect the taste, the casserole is really "Lucky" and tasty. Luysia thanks!
Testing multicooker Brand 37501

4. Yogurt. Made from 1 liter of milk "Prostokvashino Otbornoe" and yogurt "Activia natural" 125 gr. I didn’t boil the milk, mixed it with Activia and poured it into brandy glasses for yogurt. The bottom steamer holds 5 pieces, without a steamer only 4 pieces fit. She poured water on "shoulders" of milk in glasses, mode "Yogurt". The yoghurt was ready in 2 hours 40 minutes, now it is in the disabled multitask, later I will put it in the refrigerator. Let's see what I did tomorrow
In the meantime, only this photo, although it is unlikely that you can see from it

I'm still waiting for her - in 2 weeks she will be brought from the capital of our country. In the meantime, I read all the posts on your forum. The question is: does the steam coming out of the multicooker during the cooking process harm the wall cabinets in the kitchen? Thank you.

Let's just say it's not useful for lockers. But it all depends on the intensity of using the multicooker and what exactly you cook most often (for example, when steaming, there is much more steam than when using the Stew mode).

But for more than a year I have had a multicooker under the cabinet and nothing. Sometimes, if possible, I put it on the closed stove cover under the hood.

Unfortunately, the bottom of the cabinet is wet, although they hang quite high. With active boiling, droplets hang down. I will either make a "pipe" from plastic bottles or attach a glass shelf for small things under the cabinet. Without this, I'm afraid the boards will get wet

Of course, join us, it's not difficult for us to make room
Of course, it's not good if hot steam gets on the cabinets. When I cook in a slow cooker, I slide it to the edge of the table and turn it sideways, in this case, steam does not fall under the cabinets.

Hope, congratulations on the slow cooker! The choice is excellent!

As a beginner, I have two questions for you:
1. Does the tilt of the cover bother you? How is the bowl removed?
2. How are things going with condensate? A lot / little and where does it pour?

Unsubscribe, please. And then there are sometimes hysterics on these two points, in my opinion, completely unfounded (hysterics).

Hope, congratulations on the slow cooker! The choice is great!

As a beginner, I have two questions for you:
1. Does the lid tilt strain? How is the bowl removed?
2. How are things going with condensate? A lot / little and where does it pour?

Unsubscribe, please. And then there are sometimes hysterics on these two points, in my opinion, completely unfounded (hysterics).

1. The inclination of the lid does not bother me. The bowl is easily taken out and a little bit you have to deflect it to take it out, but this is a little so insignificant that I do not attach any importance to it. And then I reject by inertia, although it is possible not to reject, as shown here on this video 🔗... Time is simply spent more on taking out the bowl without tilting, but in my cartoon it is possible, I tried

2. When baking, there is very little condensation and when the lid is opened, it accumulates in the silicone gasket. But I take out the baked goods right away and leave them in the bowl on the table until they cool down (if required), I don't keep them heated. I didn't notice a lot of condensation on Yogurt either, but I didn't cover the jars of yogurt with lids tightly. On Kasha, there is more condensate on heating, but when you open the lid, if it flows out of the silicone gasket, it accumulates in the curb (I don't know how to call it correctly) near the bowl. I had a lot of condensation in the "Steam" mode, but this is not surprising, since there is intense evaporation of water. There condensation pours wherever it wants.

In my opinion, these two problems are more suitable for highly inflated. And you definitely shouldn't dwell on them. I take out the cup without problems and I don't catch condensation with a towel, I don't feel any discomfort. Something like that..

P.S. you can call me on "you", or rather even need to, I don't like formalities

I also have veneered oak cabinets, whatever one may say, but her place is still on the stove under the hood. I don't see any other options. Humid air, albeit not very intense, should be vented outside and not accumulate in the kitchen, reaching the dew point.

I liked the reaction of the 60th Dax users the most (if suddenly someone else does not know, this is an analogue of Brand 37501): "Is it true that the lid does not open at a right angle? Yeah, really. Well, okay." And that's it, the topic was immediately closed, no one else discussed anything about this cover, and even more so did not hysteria, everyone is just happy with the possibilities of this miracle multicooker

VS NIKA, you seem to have been making yogurt with Narine's sourdough? Can you please tell me the procedure for preparing your yoghurt? I bought 2 bottles at the pharmacy today, no instructions. I read on the Internet that you first need to make a leaven from 1 liter of milk, and then add this leaven to the yogurt milk to get yogurt. But I won't use up a liter of sourdough in 10 days ... that's how much yogurt I'll make. Tell me, what are you doing with these bottles? Maybe other girls who did will respond?

Day number 2

1. The husband is passionate about potatoes, especially well-fried. We decided to try making French fries. I don't like deep fryers because of the high oil consumption. So, I poured oil into the mulch up to level 2, the "Fry-Meat" mode, the lid was not closed. The potatoes were loaded so that the oil completely covered it.
Here she is "swimming" with me

Testing multicooker Brand 37501

2. Due to the rapid volatilization of fries, it was decided to fry the potatoes, but with an onion, as usual in a pan. It turned out delicious, with a fried crust, in general, everything is as we love. The mode is the same "Fry-Meat", the cooking time is 30 minutes, every 10 minutes. mixed. I did not close the lid.
Testing multicooker Brand 37501

3. We were kind of "lucky" because our dad is a hunter. And from time to time, wild animal meat appears in our refrigerator. This year is no exception and there is a lot of Moosie meat in stocks. This is very tough meat, minced meat was wound from the loins (by the way, the cutlets from this meat are simply breathtaking), but the meat on the bone is difficult to apply somewhere, since it used to cook it for the same broth for 6-7 hours, almost like stew.
By the way, the multicooker was also bought with the expectation of this meat, or rather it was interesting whether she could handle it or not.
Soaked the meat on the bone for 2 hours in cold water. Then I put it in the cartoon and put it on "Extinguishing" for 4 hours. By the way, here on this program I don't have enough time, it would be cool for me if the time interval was up to 8 hours. Well, nothing, there is also manual if that.
After 4 hours, the meat was well cooked, tender and detached from the bone. But next time I will add more time.
Testing multicooker Brand 37501 Testing multicooker Brand 37501

4. Well, for dessert, it was decided to bake something. This recipe for Pie - Kolobok was chosen https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=69956.0 as cherry jam required urgent disposal. Made half a portion, baked goods 1 hour 15 minutes. The pie turned out to be interesting, tender, tasty, but very sweet. We will try with another jam, since it is still half the cellar
Testing multicooker Brand 37501
Dark specks are not burnt pie, they are "tanned" cherries

And now the Main Question! Where to put all the pots and pans now, if everything can be done in one slow cooker without getting a lot of dishes dirty? I have never used the stove for 2 days, I even put the lid down on it and now it is an additional work surface

I also want to try! Finally I bought a silicone "mat", or rather some kind of openwork napkin, so as not to put the metal mesh of the deep fryer directly into the saucepan. The mat is special, perforated, does not interfere with the temperature sensor in the MV. There is still oil left to buy, I forgot during the use of CF that oil is needed for frying

The grid is called "Pot Fryer 20cm" 🔗

There is also a "Flower-shaped silicone hot plate" with holes. I wanted to cut out the center of one of the rugs, but my hand did not rise. And the hole is important: somehow my water on the "Steam Cooking" boiled away, and one of the products fell - and exactly in the center of the pan! The thermal sensor was deceived, the heating did not turn off. So I was looking for a higher stand. The height of this is 8 mm. Hopefully this gap will be sufficient.

Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen

Unfortunately, recently, there is absolutely not enough time to visit the forum I respect.
Do not be offended, please, those who asked me questions, but did not receive answers to them ...

I came with not very good news. A few days ago, another attempt by Phillips to prohibit the POVOS factory from cooperating with Brand and producing Brand 37501 and Brand 6050 multicooker was successful. ...
And the POVOS factory notified us about the impossibility of further collaboration.
So I must inform you that the Brand 37501 and Brand 6050 multicooker, which will arrive in February and March this year, will be the last representatives of their series.
So hurry up ... those who thought to take it or not, those who thought to wait for the new 501 or not, those who understand a lot about good and high-quality multicooker ...

The good news is that at the beginning of February we are announcing new models from the high-quality SUPOR plant, and I am sure that they will be able to adequately replace the outdated models (we are making every possible effort for this)
