I apologize in advance if there is a similar recipe on the forum -
This recipe is quite suitable if you don't have time to fiddle with the dough, but you want delicious tea.
Probably, it is for these cases that Armenian lavash is on sale.

We need 1 package - that is, 2 pieces.
Grate apples (5-6 large pieces) and mix with sugar to taste. Beat 2 eggs + 1 tablespoon sugar + vanillin and add about 400 ml. milk.
Dip pita bread into this milk-egg mixture and put it in a mold greased with margarine, so that the edges hang down.
(I usually just line the pan with baking paper and don't smear anything.)

We spread 1/3 of the apples and cover with a second piece of lavash soaked in the mixture, then again the filling, bend the edges of the second lavash, again the filling and cover with the edges of the first lavash.
In any case, it’s more convenient for me, but it’s quite possible to just wind up rolls of lavash cut into pieces and soaked in a milk-egg-milk mixture and put them in a mold.
Pour the rest of the mixture on top, let stand for 10 minutes and put in the oven.
Bake until golden brown.

You can eat it warm (for the first time I didn't even have time to lick it!), But cold it is also okay.
I also baked the same pie with unsweetened filling - but beat eggs with milk, specialties and salt.
In the sweet version, it turns out something like a Napoleon with custard, but in the meat version - meat with a very tasty sauce!
During baking, the aroma is breathtaking!
