Cool recipe! I love these, from the series mixed, poured, baked! Eh, when will my husband install the oven for me! I'll probably beat him soon! But the recipe was dragged into the piggy bank! Thank you!

Omela, tell me how to adapt this excellent recipe for HL?
Do you mean HP ??? Since my HP does not have the ability to choose the temperature, I would knead everything with a mixer, pour it into the HP bucket and turn on the "Baking" mode first for 40 minutes. You can try it on "Kekse", but I can't vouch for the "airiness".
shum4ik
Of course, the same HP!
My X800 has two preset modes:
- "bake only" pastries, 40 min. at 140C (just bakes)
- sweet pastries "sweet", 60 min. at 123C (program with mixing, etc., probably this is the "Cupcake" mode)
Will it be enough to knead HP, without beating and blenders?

Let's just say - the result with a blender and without is different, but both times edible. Of course, with a blender, the dough is fluffier and fluffier.

Apparently yes. In this case, it may make sense to use baking powder (1/2 - 1 tsp. L.) Instead of baking soda.

She cut it warm.

Prepared the dough as recommended and sent it to the oiled HP bucket. I removed the kneader blade beforehand. For baking I used the Keks program.
Since I have a maximum of 700 grams baked, the calculation was for 200 grams of sour cream (small jar).

Thanks for the delicious pie recipe!
And some more in our family began to eat dried apricots, starting with this recipe.

Good day. I put the cake and bake it in a 21 cm dish. It seemed that the shape was too big for so much dough. Do you bake in the form of what diameter?

Bake. Baked for an hour at a temperature of 180 C. Medium oven level. 15 minutes before the end of cooking - the lower level of the oven under the foil. I can't say anything about taste yet. Let's wait until it cools down. I saw too late that baking powder could be substituted for baking soda. The pie has risen, but not very straight ...

I'm talking about raising ...

Whipped with a blender. Dried apricots sprinkled with flour a little, until I know how it was distributed in the dough. A little bit later...

Well, I liked the pie. Simple, but delicious. The sweetness of the pie is set off by the sourness of dried fruits. Most importantly, the eldest son is fastidious in food - and then he ate two pieces. Thanks a lot for the recipe!
As for dried apricots, most of it ended up in the bottom of the pie, although I sprinkled it with flour. Like, and cut not large. Next time I'll try to cut it even smaller. Have you cut dried apricots into pieces of what size?

Report on the topic.
Omela, thank you very much for the pie.
Very tasty moist dough without a hint of impermeability.
The dough was ideally enough for a tin for a jellied pie with a diameter of 28 cm. The top was poured with apricot jam on agar.
Apricot jam on agar-agar
nila, Nelya, thanks for the delicious stable jam.

Top French meringue caramelized with a burner.

The photo did not work out very well, it was at night, but half of the pie had already been destroyed ...
