Ingredients

DOUGH
flour 600 BC
yeast 2 tsp

milk or water 250 ml.

parsley 0.5 bundle
dill 0.5 bundle

Cooking method

  • Combine sifted flour, yeast, egg (room temperature). Melt the butter. I dissolve sugar and salt in water / milk (room temperature). Knead the dough.
  • Distance 1 hour.
  • While the dough is brewing, prepare the filling. Chop the herbs finely. Squeeze out the garlic. Add softened butter. Salt (you can slightly oversalt). Mix thoroughly.
  • Knead the dough and cut into balls (not too large - the dough will double in volume when proving). Make a hole in the balls for the filling. You can use a blade. I didn’t have anything suitable sharp at hand, I found only a needle, so I cut the dough with a needle (not very convenient).
  • Distance buns 40 minutes.
  • Bake on the lower rack for 10 minutes. Low fan speed, t = 180 ° C.

Time for preparing:

Kneading - 15-20 minutes. Proofing - 1 hour. Cutting - 15-20 minutes. The second proofing is 40 minutes. Each batch is baked for 10 minutes. TOTAL - 2 hours 30 minutes + 10 minutes for subsequent batches of buns.

Cooking program:

10 minutes at low fan speed at t = 180 ° C.

I made buns according to your recipe yesterday. Everything worked out perfectly. I put the rest of the cheese in a few ... yum yum. I even got 10 pieces from half of the ingredients. Before that, I was not friends with yeast dough at all and with an airfryer too.
