Orange Granita with Campari

Ingredients
Sugar 75 g
Water 150 ml
Orange fresh 300 ml
Campari 45-60 ml
Cooking method

Bring water with sugar to a boil (stirring continuously), let it boil for 3 minutes and cool. Add fresh. Turn on the ice cream maker, pour in the orange mixture and "freeze" for 5 minutes, so that the edges begin to freeze, and the mixture remains liquid in the middle. We transfer to a container, mix and put in the freezer. After an hour, we take it out, grind it well with a fork and return it to the freezer for another half hour. we take it out, put it in the glasses and fill it with campari - it should turn out very nice and very tasty !!!
