The first experience was unsuccessful. It's a shame, so I wanted to please the family.

I cooked everything according to the recipe. When I combined the mixture of eggs with milk, brought to a boil, such a taste of rmlet was. I poured everything into an ice cream maker, the ice cream turned out, but I did not like the taste of the eggs. The husband said it was more like a custard. Why am I wrong?

The recipe itself is taken from the instructions for the ice cream maker. and lies on the Kenwood site (confused with a chocolate maker. And now half the forum will rush to look for a Kenwood ice cream maker).

I think the phrase "Bring to a boil" means that there is no boiling process. My daughter often did it, and there was also something missing. As it turned out, she put on a decent fire, and turned it off when she was sure that she had brought it to a boil. That is, she boiled this mixture. In addition, the term Trickle ... She had about 2-3 centimeters. Moreover, a thin trickle makes sense only with simultaneous stirring. Without stirring at the same time, it's like a trickle.

If you are upset, I can do it with step-by-step photos ... Although here they may not help.

Why is ice cream non-vanilla in Russian and vanilla in English?
AlenaT
Probably because there is no vanilla in the ingredients ...)))
