Carob Ice Cream

Ingredients

Fat cream 500 ml
Sugar 3-3.5 st. l.
Light roast carob 2 tbsp. l.
Vanilla seeds half a pod

Cooking method

  • Beat the cream until firm.
  • Add sugar, beat again.
  • Then add the carob and vanilla seeds and mix well.
  • Send the mixture to the ice cream maker and cook until solid.
  • I got it ready in 10 minutes.
