Coconut ice cream

Ingredients

Coconut cream (milk) 540 g
Sugar 100 g
Flax-seed 3 tbsp
Water 300 ml
Dry cream 2 tbsp
Coconut flakes 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Boil Linseed jelly (water + sugar + flaxseed and cook until thick)
  • 2. Add dry cream to the linseed jelly, as they dissolve. Strain the mass (get rid of the lumps and flaxseed). Cool and refrigerate until completely cooled.

  • 3. Drive coconut cream into the cooled linseed jelly.

  • 4. Put the resulting mass in a bucket and place in the Ice Cream Maker. Cooking time 40 min + 20 min. Add coconut flakes at the very end.

  • And this is how ice cream looks right out of the freezer. it was very frozen, I had to scrape it like shavings. But if it stands for 10 minutes, then it is quite possible to apply it with a spoon.
