Lemon yoghurt ice cream

Ingredients

lemon 1 PC.
powdered sugar 150 gr.
natural yoghurt 400 ml.

Cooking method

  • Scald the lemon with boiling water or blanch for 2-3 minutes, gently peel off the zest. Then "dissect" the lemon into pulp, juice and all other waste)). Beat the pulp, juice and zest with powdered sugar with a blender until the zest is crushed, add yogurt (I use homemade, low-fat), beat again and pour into an ice cream maker.

There is a similar recipe on the website, where the author suggests making sorbet in water and adding a few spoons of yogurt. I only use yogurt and add zest. The ice cream is sour, very aromatic. The zest must be removed thinly, without touching the white part, otherwise it will taste bitter. It freezes in 15 minutes. Lovers of lemons, try it, very tasty.
