Ingredients
Cream 35% (I took 20%, I didn't find 35%) 300 ml
Egg whites 3 pcs
Lemon 0.5
Powdered sugar 80 gr
Sugar 100 gr
Vanilla sugar 0.3 tsp
Cooking method

Pour the cream into a saucepan, add sugar and vanilla sugar, mix and simmer for 30 minutes. Cool and beat with a mixer until fluffy. Beat the egg whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice until stiff. Gently pour the whipped egg whites into the whipped cream and stir very gently. This has already been done by the machine. Then she pulled out the lid and covered the bowl with the ice cream with cling film and put it in the freezer for 3 hours. After 3 hours, it was necessary to draw out and beat the frozen mass with a mixer. The machine could no longer do this, the blades did not rotate the frozen mass. And I did it with a blender, I don't have a mixer. Leave in the freezer again for 3 hours. The end result was the consistency of ice cream.

But I decided to experiment and gave vanillin in the cooking process. He probably ruined the ice cream. Today I will try again, but it's a pity I don't have a camera down to show the photo. If it is clearly visible on the mobile phone, I will show you.
