Weights board. how do you like this idea?
I’m good. Where is this sold?
Creamy
I want to share with you how you can quickly make your own "fancy lace dress" for cupcakes. Here is:

Kitchen stuff (1)

It is made from purchased "Openwork paper white round napkins", which are sold everywhere and are always available in all packaging departments that sell bags. scotch tape. rolls of price tags, cling film and other goods. These are the napkins:

But creative people can cut round snowflakes from thin paper themselves (I couldn't make a "blueprint" out of ordinary paper, it was too thick and had ugly creases), there will be an exclusive.

Kitchen stuff (1)

Place 6 to 8 napkins from the pack in a bowl of cold water and keep them a little until they get wet. Do not overdo it!

Kitchen stuff (1) Kitchen stuff (1) Kitchen stuff (1)

Place a stack of 6-8 wet wipes on a cupcake mold, turned upside down, center, then gently squeeze the mold with wet and pliable wipes. Then, on top of the wet napkins, put on the second cake pan. Do not pull too much, otherwise it will be difficult to separate the forms. Our wet napkins ended up between two muffin tins. Place to dry on the battery. After drying, take out the finished corrugated sleeves - elegant lace dresses for cupcakes. I got it like this.

I described the process for a long time, but it turns out to be made quickly for one or two. Maybe this method is already familiar to you, but I did not find it. If it does not fit in this topic, then let the moderators move to a more appropriate section.

I’m good.

The board is called Cutting Scale. Weight range from 0 to 99g.
The scales, marked on the board with a red circle with a special dial, show the cook exactly how much cabbage or carrots were chopped at a particular moment.

- This is very convenient, because it is undesirable to constantly run from the cutting board to the scales in order to find out whether the product is prepared enough for the preparation of a particular dish. At the same time, almost all recipes are made taking into account the exact weight of the ingredients, - Vladimir Saveliev, the chef of the Receptoria restaurant, comments on the novelty. - But in In this case, the hygienic side of the issue is also important for me. Cutting board involves direct contact with food, and, accordingly, it is constantly exposed to water, cleaning agents. If a novelty is designed with these functional features in mind, then, of course, it will receive recognition from chefs.

shl. I have already read that the bones clog the holes.
The bones do not fray! Yes, it clogs, if you do not periodically clean the cake. In the process of working with the grater, periodically with a spatula (which came with the kit) I clean up the compacted mass from the grater itself. For me it is easier than doing push-ups through gauze or nylon socks, socks, and most importantly, my hands do not hurt. Mashed - in molds and in the freezer, bones - in a separate casserole + water - it turns out (I have a waste-free production) an excellent drink.

So that's the same! Niunia, do not frighten - have I ever quarreled with someone? Oh, yes, there was one plagiarist who, instead of running to correct the recipes, started rolling a barrel ...

Sens, there would be both the third and the fourth, so we are limited by the list. At first I didn't want to publish it at all, well - I don't like this option! Then I decided to just look - and what happens? And when I realized that there are those who believe that since there is no list, then there are no devices, I decided to leave.

I would like to provide feedback on this onion sprout container:

Kitchen stuff (1)

I didn't expect to be so comfortable
She took a white box for herself and it stands on a white windowsill in the hall - beautiful
There is no foreign smell at all - once a week I change the water to the onion, probably more often, there are no midges, you do not need to clean the roots - just pull yourself the longest feathers. My son was always too lazy to go and get the onion out of the refrigerator, and he just forgot, but here it was always under his eyes - he went to the narwhal.
Very, very happy with the purchase !!!

dopleta-larisa , about icons, I think they still make sense. sometimes when you need some advice or someone's opinion quickly on some device, then you see who has this item, and who you can ask: how? how much? what for? why? ..... dimensions? .......
something like that.

You know, if I'm interested in a device, I open a topic on it through a search and read all opinions at once. And look for the device of interest in each forum member in that line below - how much time will you spend. And the opinions of different owners may not coincide.

Pakatushka, do you sell eggs in plastic containers? In principle, it turns out well too. Only for 12 onions.

Previously, plastic trays were sold in dollar stores, but now they have disappeared, and most stores have closed ...
I will try to adapt ice trays with large holes ...

We recently opened a live Butlers store in the city center
I tortured them for a long time, when they will bring such measurements, but there they answered that if there is in Kiev, it does not mean that they will bring to us.
But then the hour has come - and there is a holiday on our street
My men at work, out of joy, ran to their women to buy on March 8
Costs UAH 59.99

I didn’t think of what could be on the scales! I always pour out of the pack "by eye".

I cook 50 grams of dry food per serving. The fact is that different products have different shapes and volumes. By weight, I weigh the same, but when you look into the pan, the volume, for example, of bows and feathers is very different (there always seem to be more bows).

You cook several times by weight, and estimate how much you need for your family. Maybe you need not 50, but 70 grams, because it depends on your appetite. In principle, I also selected the required weight using the test method.

We buy spaghetti as a rule of the same length, so it will suit us
I myself am indifferent to macaroshkas, I practically don’t eat, but my son loves, and to such an extent that he even volunteers to cook, such a measure will be very useful for him.

If I cook pasta in a saucepan, then I also pour it on the eye; but when I cook in the microwave, I definitely weigh it. If the pasta not eaten right away remains, then you can always make the pasta or casserole delicious.I don't like to throw away products.
