Making syrups from vegetable juices

Syrups are prepared from juices obtained from dried vegetables, for example "Dried cherry", when 1 liter of pure natural cherry juice separated from two kilograms of cherries, cooking jam, jam, in the case of making mashed potatoes and confiture with added sugar.

Fresh vegetable juices are blended with acidic fruit juices.
Then the juices are heated until the sugar is completely dissolved, stirring occasionally.

The resulting foam is periodically removed. Ready hot syrup is poured into jars, which are sealed.
