Carrot seasoning for the winter

Ingredients
Tomatoes 2 kg
Carrots 0.5 kg
Onion 300 g
Sunflower oil 0.8 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Sweet pepper 3 pcs.
Cooking method

Twist the tomatoes in a meat grinder, cut the onion and pepper into cubes, grate the carrots. Mix everything and cook for 3 hours. Pour into sterilized jar and roll up.
Most often, I harvest tomato juice, and later, in the fall, when the rest of the preservation is less and there is more time, then I close this seasoning.
Before closing the juice, I boil it well.
The seasoning is good for soups and borscht, for stuffing eggs and for pizza, and also great for dressing cabbage rolls.
I replace 2 kg of tomato with 1.5 liters of juice.
