Thank you girls for the advice, I have already thrown Vitek into the basket, but again I think there are so many bad reviews in the net! is there a good grater? And does it really make mashed potatoes or then the nozzle is lying around to no purpose?
Ludmila82
The only thing I didn’t use in my blender was a potato grater and a French fries grater, I just didn’t have time. On a grater / shredder yesterday, the body of vegetables for freezing for soup for the winter, everything turned out very well, the grated carrots are slightly different (the shape is somewhat similar to sticks). The mashed potatoes are very good, not dull and without lumps, on the contrary, airy, although this may also depend on the type of potato. I like everything, it washes quickly. Now I spend more time peeling vegetables.

I made a spontaneous purchase, giving in to a discount.
So when they bring it, I'll leave a review myself.

There are not many reviews in Russian.
I don't really believe in the market, I divide it by 10, but everyone praises it there, so at least zero. The most similar to a human review (i.e. not customized) I found this 🔗

video ad here

I found on YouTube that it is called KAI Blendia Stabmixer abroad
🔗 - manufacturer's website and there is Russian language

he has such a video (how different is our and foreign advertising, we would not have approved this)

From googling foreign reviews, I realized that they often take it because of the emulsifier rod nozzle for the production of homemade creams. At least I have come across forums of home cosmetics more often than culinary forums. In this part, there are a lot of praises, they are compared with some other emulsifiers, etc. They only complain that 30ml is not allowed. cream to make, at least 50ml. Funny But there are few reviews about cooking.

That's all I know, but how will they bring it, I will test it and accomplish my goal. They promised in 5 days. Payment to the courier in cash, so don't worry

***
By the way, from a funny thing, while googling, I learned that in Germany there is a clone of Bamiks - ESGE Zauberstab M200 Superbox, well, there are other options for equipment and power. I don't know why they need a different name and a clone, for the price they are the same. Or is it not a clone. I didn't understand.

Two weeks ago I bought a Bosch MaxoMixx MSM87165 blender.

Blender

The set includes attachments: a leg, a chopper, a whisk and a potato grinder. I can compare it with the previous Bosch MSM 6700 blender, which served faithfully for five and a half years, worked every day at least three times a day, would continue to serve, but in the main nozzle - the leg - the knife became dull and began to spray when mashed in small bowls. I used the chopper only a couple of times in the old one, in the new one it is larger, I think this is a plus. Although, as in the old one, you cannot wash the lid, only wipe it. With a larger shredder, this is not so unpleasant, since there will be a greater distance to the lid, it will not get so dirty, and plus I use the idea of closing the lid with cling film. I have already tried a leg, a potato grinder and a whisk.I am very pleased with the quality of the resulting mashed potatoes. In general, the new blender is more massive than the MSM 6700 model. He's so graceful! But the new one is not heavy, not at all, just a little larger and the motor part, and the attachments themselves, larger gearboxes - for the corolla and for the potato maker there are separate connecting "adapters", they also cannot be washed. In general, I do not wash my leg under water and on the side where it is attached to the blender, it will not have time to dry out, I simply do not risk it, although the instructions say that you can wash it in a dishwasher or under running water and dry it by placing it immersed partly upward so that the water flows out. The engine part fits very well in the hand and very comfortable buttons - main and turbo. I remember when I just started using the old blender, for a while, until I got used to it, my hand ached, there are recessed-convex buttons, that is, convex buttons covered with rubberized material on the recessed part. Here, the buttons themselves, although a little recessed, are flat, made of plastic, larger in size and even my finger with a fingernail fits on the button, they are pressed very easily. That is, the new model is more convenient to control. The speed is regulated in a different way, it is convenient both there and there, you can control the gear change with one hand. The buttons for detaching the attachments are larger than in the old one, there are convex small buttons, in the new flat ones of a larger diameter. Convenient in both blenders.
There is one nuance in the potato grinder, its rotating "butterfly" is disconnected only when the nozzle is attached to the motor part, then you can turn it (as shown on it itself) and remove it for washing.
Now the structure of the leg itself. In the new blender, there are no slots in the leg, I think this is a plus, since in the old one I had berry skins, dried fruits, greens stuck in these slots, I had to pick them out and purée further. There is no jam in the new one. But! There is a plastic insert inside the leg, as I understand it, this is such a technological move for better chopping and mixing of products. Inset with tabs and shallow dimples.

Blender
Blender

Because of this insert, there is an instruction in the instructions - to cool the processed product to 80 degrees. But it's okay, the most unpleasant thing is that food particles get between this insert and the metal and I have to pick it out with my fingernail every time, well, or adjust the brush. If not for this, the blender could be considered ideal. I hope that the manufacturer will release a leg for this model without a plastic insert.
The blender is very quiet, it seemed to me quieter than the old one; powerful, finely chops and purees with the foot.
To my surprise, the leg from the old blender also functions with the new motor, but it is not attached, the mounts are still different for them.
A glass from a new blender cannot be used in the microwave. It comes with a lid, and there is a lid for the chopper.
The instruction is for models MSM 87 ... and 88 ..., that is, the motor is the same for them, they differ only in the attachments included in the kit.

My favorite worker in the kitchen is Scarlet's blender. He knows how to do everything: dicing, kneading dough, making minced meat for cutlets, and making mashed potatoes, so tender and fluffy, shredding cabbage with small strips and shredding carrots for Korean salads. There are two Bosch food processors available. One MUM with a dough mixer, the other a cube cutter, but I use them extremely rarely, it is very dreary and long to wash them. and I removed them out of sight. And I got Scarlet at a ridiculous price with a big discount from OZONE. I accepted the store's offer and bought this device, not really believing in its ability to do something worthwhile, and Scarlet's firm did not inspire any confidence in me. I began to test it in work in all respects. I was surprised that he famously coped with everything that had to be diced, chopped, grated, kneaded dough, chopped meat into cutlets and much more. The tests were transferred to the next day.I made mayonnaise, whipped the meringue protein, and made mashed potatoes with a special nozzle, not really believing that it would make the mashed potatoes airy. I was mistaken to puree the nozzle even better and faster than I did by hand. I have been using the blender for the second year already, it works like a clock and makes me happy. And what a handsome man he has no words looks just super! I love him very much!

Which one?

When my old Phillips broke down last year, I wanted to take IS-HB44K01, but then the prices for it, and everything else, kaaak soared insanely that Polaris took, which does everything perfectly (cubes, rubs / shreds, mashed potatoes, etc. etc.), except for the leg itself, with which she did not make friends. That is, in fact, a small combine, an excellent assistant, but not a blender, so I stare at the "legs".
lillay
Now the Moulinex hand blender is being sold with a 50% discount on the Ribbon for promotions for coupons. Has anyone bought one? I want a second submersible, because in my Boche the rim is broken, but I need it.
Moulinex has a 450 ml chopper and a whisk with a power of 450 W. Model not specified.
velli
Miranda, I have that Scarlet model you mentioned. I took it somewhere at the beginning of last year, when the prices for blenders were still reasonable. Now the price for it has doubled, or even three times.Miranda, and on the contrary, I very often use the "leg". I make mayonnaise with it, I whip raw meat mince with it for sausages and sausages, puree soup, berry and vegetable puree and you don’t remember where I use a submersible blender. I wish you a good choice if you decide to buy. By the way, why didn't you please?
Miranda
velli, yeah, I set my sights on 3 + - thousand, and he suddenly became under 6, and everything suddenly became under NG, and it seems to me, then it even fell a little. But then the excitement was, everyone shook off the shelves, the sellers were not at a loss. At the wrong time, I needed to change the blender

I didn't make friends with my leg that's why.

When she first turned on, she behaved strangely, the sound was as if the gearbox had broken. I examined the design - on all nozzles and on the lid of the bowl, at the point of engagement with the motor, there are gears, which have 6-8 long face-pins, and the leg has an almost flat stick, only two tiny pins opposite each other, doused with rubber. I thought about marriage, went to the store, but it was like that for all Polaris.

I left the blender, as it seemed that it would be even more expensive further, everyone scared with a dollar for 100-150, and the cubes / grater / shredder / whisk / mashed potatoes are excellent.

Then I tried to make mayonnaise with my foot a couple of test times, and both times the proven recipe was thin. I removed my leg and never used it again, deciding that Polaris was not a blender, but a mini-harvester.

Girls, good afternoon everyone!
I reread a good half of the topic, and it seems that I already broke my head - which blender to choose. While leaning towards Bosch MSM 881X2.
It seems that I have not seen bad reviews for him here, but somehow there are not many good ones either.
For 7 years I lived with old Phillips, and until it burned out - he generally suited me. For a long time I dreamed about Bamiks, about milk whipped into foam ... but after reading the forum, I was afraid that I would not make friends with proteins.
So what I need is:
-very smooth puree
-good whipping of proteins
-dough of medium consistency

Perfectly:
-mill for sugar (in fact, grind flax and chia seeds for diet truffles; Philips could not cope with this)
- whipping milk into a froth (well, what if someone else can do this?)
-cubes (interesting, but not necessary).

Can you please tell me who to pay attention to? I broke my whole head ((
Miranda
velli, I am from Moscow.
But for the last year I have been living in two cities - Moscow and Yaroslavl, and I will be like this for another year, then I will finally return.

I was thinking about a combine, but while in Yaroslavl in a service apartment, I don't want to. That's when I finally return to my Moscow one, then.

I saw it in the Media Market a month ago, googled it out of curiosity - everywhere for 10 thousand + - 100 rubles. The curiosity immediately ended. I only noticed that it was cool.

And here comes an advertising mailing from 003 stores, they say, discounts on various things, including this blender - 6.8 thousand. I went to look at the reviews again and saw that there was a discount for it in the Media Market if I bought it through the Internet ( there are 7.3, but for purchases from 5 thousand promo code V500 and minus 500, that is, the same 6.8 thousand). But I ordered in Invitro, there was also a discount (either the manufacturer gave permission to a number of stores, or it coincided) - minus 50%, that is, 4975 rubles. + delivery. Pay not in advance, but to the courier. Well, I could not resist

(here is the link, I ordered a red one, but there is also a white one - 🔗)

He bribed me with knives-attachments a la Bamiks, continuous work for 5 minutes, a mill and a whisk, a comfortable stand. But reviews are few, so the risk
Miranda
cheremu6kaWelcome to the forum

I may be wrong, but I have not seen these three options in any blender.

Perfectly:
-mill for sugar (in fact, grind flax and chia seeds for diet truffles; Philips could not cope with this)
- whipping milk into a froth (well, what if someone else can do this?)
-cubes (interesting, but not necessary).

Foam milk seems to be only Bamix, and it has a mill in a number of models, and if a superbox, then also a mini-harvester. They say it is convenient when 1-2 carrots / onions are needed.

Many have cubes, but few have a mill. There are large and small grinders in the same set, but the small grinder is not at all a grinder. And it's unlikely to foam milk.

Bosch MSM 881X2 is a good option, but without froth milk and grinders. Good blender, cubes / shredder / grater, knives, two chopper bowls. I didn’t see him, but I was holding the previous model - msm 88190. It is the same, but without cubes.

In principle, you can still find Bamix for the price of Bosch, or a little more. But there are no cubes and the reviews on proteins are contradictory.

To be honest, I would also be hung up with a choice
I wish you to decide as soon as possible, buy and enjoy your purchase.
Manna
Bamiks has analogues. For example, from Shteba, Bosch has a similar one.
Miranda
Manna, Exactly, there is a staff!

And I never saw Bosch. Now I googled out of interest and did not find it. What's it called?
Manna
Miranda, Bosch has several of them in different configurations: MSM7800, 7700, 7500, 7400, 76pro.

Here I also made a small comparison:
Quote: Manna

A few years ago I got a blender Zepter mixSy.
Like this
Blender
I liked it very much. I also bought a combine from Bamix - Bamix SliceSy (price - 4.5 thousand rubles).
Blender
I was sure that Zepter and Bamix were identical. But...
Recently I was also given Bamix classic.
Like this
Blender
It turned out that the Bamix nozzles are slightly larger (the base is wider). The Bamix blender itself is a little heavier. There the difference is stated at 15g (and the weight, by the way, is not small - 940 and 925 grams). But these 15gr are somehow perceptible. Maybe because the buttons are more convenient for the Zepter? And maybe the weight is distributed differently? And I was also upset that Bamiks had an ordinary wire, not twisted. The Zepter has a spiral. It's so convenient! That's strange. Zepter "licked" this blender from Bamiks, but it turned out more convenient.

Well, of course, both blenders do what they say. These are very good, high-quality blenders, which also perform the function of mixers. For example, whisk the whites in a few seconds.

This is all about the fact that, to my surprise, I still found the differences

By the way, now Zepter began to produce these blenders in orange
Blender

And the price of the issue ...
I saw the Orange Zepter for 219 euros (about 9 thousand rubles)
Bamix in a similar configuration - Bamix M200 SwissLine - costs the same - about 9 thousand rubles
Blender

By the way, now Bosch has released a similar blender - Bosch MSM 76PRO
Blender
But he has no replaceable attachments, only two legs, one of which looks like a Bamix / Zepter. In such a modest configuration, it costs about 3 thousand rubles. But what pleases me is the twisted wire

By the way, Bosch now has a Bamix SliceSy combine. Complete with Bosch MSM7800
Blender
The price of this blender is from 3 thousand rubles (4 thousand on average).
Miranda
Manna, Thank you!
It was not clear from the small pictures on the i-market.

Before, I didn't always have enough time and energy to just cook food, but as I moved, the time and interest reappeared. It would have been better if it appeared at least two years ago when prices were different, but what can you do. I read about Bamiks six months ago, and really wanted it, but the price managed to buy Polaris. I didn't persuade myself to buy. But I was staring at analogs, but Bosch did not notice at all.

I was surprised by the German analogue of ESGE Zauberstab, all configurations are exactly the same, all options. The warranty is also 5 years. The coasters and the physical form are slightly different, perhaps. They stand the same and stand side by side on the shelves.

Nadin1234
Please advise what to choose: Redmond RHB-2925 or Maxwell MW-1168? The equipment is the same and the price is about the same.

Miranda
Hello everyone!

I took my new blender today - Element el'blendia EW06PR (the last R is red, red, and EW06PG is G gray, gray).

Delivery in the store where I bought it through the courier service, which told me all the way in SMS the story of the journey of my box. Therefore, I knew that in the morning she arrived, but there was no call, I called myself. But for today the delivery was scheduled, they said that they had been calling from one o'clock in the afternoon, so as not to disturb them with early calls, and did not have time (I called at 12), the next delivery is on Monday, and I asked where they were, and it turned out to be on the next street 500 meters away, so I went myself, why wait for Monday

The first glance, and the very first impression.

1.Unpack
Didn't expect such a big box. True, not hard.
Designed and packaged well.

Includes a bright little book on good paper, first instructions with a photo, then recipes. I also liked the little scraper and brush. Useful in the household for narrow jars to scrape the leftovers. I knew about the book and the scraper / brush, but I didn't think they would be so cute.

The stand smelled a little of plastic, after a short time it passed.

I did not immediately find replacement knives. They are so tiny, in such a tiny box.

The knives in the instructions are distributed as follows - for chopping meat (standard form), for mashed potatoes / smoothies (i.e. soft and / or boiled, star shape), for ice and, quote, squeezing juice (i.e. for solid different products , not quite an asterisk, she has two teeth like this, it seems to chop ice).

Unfortunately, the photo of the knives in the box and the photo of how everything stands together have not been preserved. I pressed save, but the phone was completely discharged and turned off, and these two photos disappeared, so the photos of the knives and everything together are not my photos. But I'll take some more photos later.

2. Almost every day, returning home in the evening, I drink such a cocktail - whey, squeeze a slice of lemon, a spoonful of jam (or honey), a spoonful of fiber (sweat it). Today I made it a new blender.

First with a stick nozzle. The serum froth, increased, but not like a simple phillips, but with smaller bubbles, and thickened. I decided to experiment and change the nozzle, I took a puree knife. The whey did not thicken with this attachment, but it grew faster to its critical mass.

In terms of quantity, as well as with a simple blender-leg. The consistency is different. After a simple one, I tried to quickly stir the fiber and eat it, since the liquid stratified into a sediment and a frothy cap. I always compared it to oxygen foam, which also needs to be eaten faster. It didn't stratify at all. Residues in the bowl on the walls were dense bubbles. And the taste is denser. Not a huge difference, but enough to feel. It was an easy task, although Polaris, who is cutting into cubes, did not cope with it at one time for some reason.

Before and after photos in a bowl from the set.

3. Then I was asked to grind the coffee. Therefore, I was the next to test the mill.

She poured the grains, closed with a plate, with a lid on top. But I felt that something was not right. I don't drink coffee at all. I don’t understand, I don’t know how it should be, but the record and something hard made me doubt the correctness of the actions. And yet, yes, coffee in two stages is necessary - a very coarse grinding without a plate, with a thinner plate depending on the taste.

The instructions say 40 grams. I took 35, but I think that's a lot. Enough 25 + -. And so it seems like an ordinary coffee grinder. I really don't know anything about coffee.

That's all for today, tomorrow I will test different things.
I cooked pilaf, I wanted to chop an onion in the mill and carrots, but they told me: "My coffee grinder, I only allow powdered sugar and not hellish spices, but onion / garlic, etc. - no." So the rest of the experiments and reports the other day.

***
Overall, the first impression is good.

Rubber coverage and weight distribution are good, it fits well in the hand. It is easy to change the attachments, both the attachments themselves (a stick or where there are knives or a whisk) and tiny knives (they are very easy to remove by picking them up with the end of a brush or scraper).

Very, just very quiet!

The stand represented less, but still arranged for him to live on the table.
PS I've been writing this post since six in the evening, I keep running back and forth. I managed to chop ice, frozen berries (black currant), frozen melon and milk. Everything cracked instantly, grabbed onto soft ice cream.

But if we compare it with a sorbet maker a la yononas, then the mass from under the blender melts faster, and is not so thick / dense, but maybe I poured a lot of milk. I didn't have time to take a picture, I'll repeat it tomorrow.

Lёlik
I'll sit and listen, it's very interesting.
Mirabel
Miranda, Happy shopping for you! Let it please!
Miranda
Mirabel, Thank you

Lёlik, I tell you further

1. Whisk and egg.
I made cherry clafoutis, I decided that I could beat one egg from there separately white, separately yolk with sugar.

I didn't time it, but it took less than a minute for the protein, and the same amount for the yolk. The whites are whipped very hard, the yolk with sugar is also ok. Whipped the whole clafoutis dough with a whisk. True, when I added flour, I did not turn on the engine, but rather stirred it up, turned it on when I added milk.

I really liked the whisk! And how quietly it works, it is possible at night, if it wants to quickly cook something.
And I like that you can not keep time in mind, they say, the engine will burn out. Since all operations are less than the stated 5 minutes, then you do not pay attention to it.

photo of squirrel and yolk and added a photo of clafoutis

I put the glass of protein on one side so that the degree of whipping is clear

Blender

UPD while I was writing a post, already clafuty is ready
I did it in a slow cooker, all the dough with a whisk, frozen cherries, I don’t sprinkle them with powdered or sugar on top

Blender

2. Ice cream from frozen berries.

Very strongly frozen melon (120g), frozen black currant (100g), your own yogurt (60-65g), 3 tbsp. l. milk 1.5%, powdered sugar (by eye).

Still, in order to compare with the result from the sorbet (I have Maxwell), you need absolutely no liquids. But yesterday I liked it with milk, so I repeated it with milk. There is only one difference I can say now - blackcurrant ice cream with small bones and remnants of the peel from the sorbet bowl, does not grind them, but with a pitted blender, only a little peel. While the frozen sound was crushing, it was louder, crumbled and began to hum quietly again.

Here is a local chef demonstrating the capabilities of this blender.
Miranda
I continue the report.

1. Meat. Meat knife.
Chicken breast is the softest meat. But since the cutlets were planned from it, I tested the blender on it.

For me, it grinded too much, almost into pate. And most importantly, I didn’t even have time to breathe, I lost everything so quickly. But the cutlets are delicious, the family approved, they said that it was tastier and more tender. But I just can't remember the taste after a meat grinder. That is, different, yes, but in what exactly the other is not formulated.

Today we will also make ham, there will be pork. Such a paste-shaped "grinding" suggested the idea of preparing meat for ham only with a blender, without mixing with a mixer. But the photo is tomorrow, so that with the result immediately.

To be honest, I have never chopped meat with a blender. I mean, with a foot. In the chopper, yes. How should it be a leg?

the cat very strongly condemns cooking, considering it a waste of time and a translation of an excellent product

2. Mashed potatoes. Puree knife, which is a star.
Here you will have to admit your curvature. We rarely eat potatoes, and I completely forgot the proportions - there is a lot of milk, it turned out to be watery. But! Not a paste at all! No lumps, delicate uniform structure. But how exactly the mashed potatoes are watery because of the large amount of milk.

PS Now vegetables are still stewed on squash caviar (I think that it will be clear from it how the soup-puree will be), and I'll put the ham soon. But I'll tell you about it tomorrow. What else is left to test? Mayonnaise and sauces?

***
Spun the meat on the ham, tomorrow the result, but for now the comments.

Cuts hard, and immediately emulsifies. It depends on the meat, though.
Chicken, I do not understand when to seize the moment. After all, it cuts piece by piece (any leg would not be able to put a kilogram under the "skirt" of a leg at once), and you seem to move it from piece to piece quickly, and something comes out through the hole, but what remains is crushed there many times. Excellent emulsified consistency, for example, for a doctor's sausage. Although, the cutlets are really tender. In general, chicken is not customary.

And I managed to catch the pork, and it came out better from the hole, practically did not stay there. Here you can already get close to the minced meat.

But I still did not understand why meat should be made with my foot. Plus, then wash thoroughly, it gets under the knife, you need a brush.

In short, there is such an option, it works, but if I am meat with my foot, it will rarely and under some special recipe that I have not yet come up with

p.s. Today I tested new blenders in the media market. It became so sad - sometimes heavy, then the buttons are uncomfortable, I just can't choose "the one" (

I wanted to experiment with a stick nozzle + milk today, but the day turned out differently than I planned, I'll try to do it all tomorrow (that is, today)

I continue my little report.

Yesterday I got so tired of all this kitchen that I had a culinary dream for the first time. I will not dream of the whole dream, of course, but there was a moment - some man (I don't know who) decided to make himself some food. And so he reads in the recipe "grind the food with a blender", says "aha", takes the blender and begins to grind - beat them on the food with all the dope, like a hammer, and most importantly, he liked the result. Woke up laughing

***
1. Meat.
Yesterday I already wrote in words that, in my opinion, he cuts soft meat and then into an emulsion, and he cuts the meat harder.

Here is pork like. And like a cooked ham. Usually I mix minced meat with a mixer with dough hooks approx. 10 minutes, but this time I decided only with a blender. 800gr. (pork and chicken) with a blender, 200g. cut into pieces.

then I forgot that I wanted meat Before taking a picture

but the ham, which I took out of the ham maker in the morning (the specks are grains of mustard), and it can be seen that it is very close to the result when the minced meat is twisted with a kneader

I haven’t decided whether I will make meat with my foot. Not because it is bad, but because I haven’t come up with such a result yet. And yet, it is necessary to clean thoroughly under a knife after meat with a brush. But, probably, so many blenders.
2. Zucchini caviar.
As a standard, I stewed chopped various vegetables in a slow cooker according to the recipe for squash caviar. This morning, that is, cold, I mashed it with a puree attachment.

For me, I would rate the smoothness of the caviar-puree at 98% + -. Rather, by eye, everything was 100%, but then she began to interfere with and examine with a spoon, I got a couple of sooo tiny pieces of tomato (by the way, I did not remove the skin), but when I ate, nothing came across. For these couple of pieces I take off 1-2% of 100. Maybe there was a lot in the pan and this is not correct, I don't know. But if without nagging, I liked it.

I think the soup will be about the same.

Tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I will test the stick nozzle on mayonnaise or some other sauce, and try different milk shakes with different nozzles (although I don't expect a breakthrough here), both cold and warmed

there is a recipe in the blender book about warmed up - photo
the book is generally cute

cheremu6ka, as I understand it, what attracts you to Bamix and its analogues?

In fact, there are not many analogues that can be bought in Russia. As far as I could google, I could be wrong. This is Shteba and Element. Bosch has options with a second leg, but not interchangeable knives.

Since I have neither Bamiks nor Shteba, I can only compare them in terms of price, configuration and my feelings from the reviews I read.

Price
1. Bamix is a good blender with great possibilities, and a superbox with even more possibilities. Better to discuss in the profile thread. But the price is not for everyone, especially now. Although googling gives out several sites where you can get it for 11-11.5 thousand, and if in Moscow, then you can first look and then pay.

🔗 - here is free delivery within Moscow time and payment to the courier, that is, if you don't like something, you doubt - you don't lose anything. Superbox 11K, Deluxe 5.4K
And, yes, do not get fooled by the inscription - only a promotion for 2 days, no matter how much you thought to buy or not, this inscription is there all the time, marketing

🔗 - here there are 11.5 thousand superboxes and self-pickup from Taganskaya, that is, you can also look at it before buying.

For regions, paying in advance with such a low price may be suspicious. Then it's better in a trusted store, and the cheapest is now at 003 for 13 thousand white - 🔗

Further, prices jump under 20 thousand or more, as for me, this is somewhat insane

2. Steba MX 21
Ya-market gives out prices from 4 thousand (Yulmart and Ozone), up to 5 thousand + -delivery.
About his work, and most importantly, work a year after purchase - you can find out in the profile topic.

3. And a little-known one, which I ventured to buy - Element el'blendia EW06PR / PG, sold abroad under the name KAI Blendia Stabmixer.
Now you can buy it at a discount (the cheapest - 4800 + delivery depending on where), and so unreasonably expensive. That is, if I would allocate 10 + -1 thousand for a blender, then having stopped in Moscow time, I would try to buy Bamix in the above stores, and not Element.

That is, right now it is comparable in price with Shteba, but whether it is better or not, I don’t know. The first glance and the first month of use are not the same as a year after purchase.

Equipment
Bamiks superbox is the richest - both a grinder and a slice for rubbing / chopping a small volume, chopping, etc. Three glasses for cooking of different volumes, a stand-stand.

Neither Shteba nor Element can boast of this. Their plus or minus can be compared in terms of configuration only with Bamiks Deluxe.

But Shteba and Element have a separate rim. And if you whip the whites, then in the Bamiks topic, the virgins argue - someone has whipping, someone does not, but here you are. Although, if you beat a lot every day, then as for me, a hand mixer is better.

Shteba is closest to Bamiks in terms of knives - both a disc and a disc with holes. The Element has its own characteristics. Shteba seems to be whipping up milk, but maybe the Element will soon find out, but I don't expect miracles (I don't really like milk, rather sour milk, and after reading the profile topics, I concluded that everyone is playing whipped milk at first, then along the falling milk, and over time the milk nozzle is leveled)

Shteba has a grinder and Element has a grinder. Shteba has a coiled wire, Element has a straight line 1.7 meters. And here and there a glass, Shteba's is round, Element's is oblong and with a lid.

The Element also has nice little things - a stand-up stand, a beautiful book, a brush and an extremely convenient silicone spatula. But I don’t think that much outweighs, although it is convenient. Is that the rack. Although Shtebu can be on the wall.

And it is clear that Stebe will miss the mill, and the Grinder Element. If only because you always want something else

Those. data and capabilities
Power is the matter, the main thing is speed.
Bamix - 12 and 17 thousand
Shteba - 4-13 thousand (regulated on the first), and 16 thousand
Element - 5 and 12 thousand

Weight.
Bamik - 940g.
Shteba - 1.1 kg.
Element - with a whisk - 688 g., With a foot attachment and a knife - 772 g.

Time of continuous work.
Bamix and Element - 5 minutes.
Shteba - 2 minutes.

What to buy?
And here we must first answer the question - why do I need a blender and how am I going to use it? And yet it depends on what is already in the technology. Well, how much money, of course.

Another question is to buy here or order from abroad and wait. There are more analogs to choose from. The same Demo.

Maybe a simple leg, and more complete options with all sorts of graters or cubes will do?

My choice
I have long wanted to try Bamix, but the price, so I was in no hurry to buy. And another thought - do I need all this, do I use a blender so often, or will it be idle more often, and then a regular blender is better, and other thoughts. I also looked for analogues, read and thought about Shteba.

Why did you choose Element? I don’t know myself, most likely the discount affected. After all, you think - a thing costs 10 thousand + -, but I can now for half the price, suddenly it is really cool, and corresponds to 10 thousand. Plus a lot of nice little things in the kit. And also, I completely forgot about Shteba, I was blinded by the discount, if I remembered, I would compare and maybe I would hang with the choice. Or maybe it would not have been blown up at all for the purchase, since there was no urgency.
Good luck with your choice!

Girls, I decided to buy a mini blender here, what would you advise to make a smoothie? I watched princess and redmond, of course I liked Severin, but we don't have him! Who has what experience?

It's time to finish your familiarity-testing with blender

I tried to whip milk after freezing it.
Using different knives, it was whipped into an airy cocktail that increased 2-2.5 times, but not foam. Everyone drank the cocktail with pleasure, I didn't even have time to take a picture.

Then she beat it with a stick nozzle. It seemed that there was no foam. And then, in order to utilize milk whipped in different ways, I decided to make ice cream.

First, I pureed frozen fruits (banana, melon, black currant) without liquid at all. I wanted to see how much the result differs from the sorbet. I did not find any differences. The same result in consistency, frozenness, only small pitted currants. And then she began to pour milk there, and something poured out, but then it began to fall in a half-thick mass. That is, there was foam, but not as cool as Bamiks, but foam.

I laid out a little spoon for a photo. And just now I remembered that I hadn’t whipped hot milk, I forgot to try it the other day, just not to forget

Now we test the stick attachment.
I made a French sauce from a book - vegetable oil, vinegar (I have grape), salt, pepper. Interesting sauce, but less vinegar.

Then the classic - mayonnaise. Made milk. Excellent, thick, very fast.

In both cases, I decided to complicate the task, using the uniqueness of the nozzle - I made both sauces in a tiny jar a micro portion. Yes, a thin wand did it. And this is really an advantage - to make exactly as much as you need for one salad, in just 30 seconds, not to store it in the refrigerator later, always fresh, etc.

Even today I quickly made eggplant caviar.
Baked eggplants, tomatoes. I first cut the pepper and onion with a knife (hands), and then quite a bit, also with a blender, in the total mass.

First, for some reason I put on the nozzle for puree / juice / smoothie, although I wanted to chop it. And it made tomato juice out of tomatoes, or rather a smoothie. Then I changed it to a knife attachment (for meat they call it), and added more tomatoes.

RESULTS
I think it's time to finish testing, I have already tried all the attachments.

So, I liked the blender.
He has a good package, a convenient rack where everything is stored, works continuously for five minutes and can do a lot. I like that it is very quiet. I would like to live long.

1. Whisk - very good, proteins with a bang, batter too. I didn't make an omelet, but I'm sure it will be great.

2. Stick nozzle is a good emulsifier. Thickening mayonnaise, can be used in small containers. I understand why this attachment is praised in foreign cosmetic forums. It is similar in design to a professional laboratory disperser. They compared this one on that forum in tests (horror, it costs a thousand euros) - 🔗

Highly dispersed emulsions will not work, there it is necessary from 30 thousand revolutions, but this is really laboratory work, for home conditions, that is, fine mixtures - sauces or for homemade creams - what we have is enough.

3. Leg attachment with three interchangeable knives.
All three cope with their functions - the knife even chops the meat too much, for mashed potatoes (that is, from soft products) - excellent, for ice - it chops frozen fruits and ice. I still need to experiment with which nozzle is better. Many are not enough, I like that there are several options for knives.

4. The mill.
I am not allowed to use it and happily coffee. I am thinking of organizing a diversion - buying a coffee grinder and taking it back for myself. Therefore, I did not experiment here, but since the coffee beans are tough, the onions will cope, spices and sugar too.

5. Miscellaneous.
I really like the scapula. It is small, one edge is closed, and if it is semi-liquid or liquid, it does not roll off it, it is like a spoon in these cases. The brush is just a brush. I remove the knives for her (at the end of the handle and at the spatula and the brush, this is especially for removal), so that if it breaks, it's not a pity.

The front desk is comfortable. Here the cord is not very convenient to wind back and forth, and I don't wind it, it lies neatly next to it.

Nice little book.

6. For the price.
I wouldn’t buy it for ten, I don’t regret it for five. Is this an adequate price? I do not know. I'm used to simpler blenders, I don't really have anything to compare with. The fact that he is better than those that I had before - yes, is it so much better that 5 thousand - I don't know. But I like.

It seems everything
If you have any question, I will answer. I can test with some product.
