Maybe someone will come in handy:
Profi Cook does not supply parts for its equipment even to authorized service centers.
Profi Cook and Clatronic - one person. At home ( 🔗) the clathronic website has the glass I need, but the price is 30 euros and it's not clear if there is delivery ...
I don't contact this manufacturer anymore (although the blender was cool)

Looking for a replacement.

Looked at VITEK VT-2620 ST 🔗 (metal bowl), but there are very few reviews .... The power is already 300 W less, will it cope with solid foods (although there is also ice pick)?

Can anyone have a Steba MX 21 Hand Blender. Good and bad things to say.
Miranda
Deva, the forum has a thread about this blender.

Does anyone own the Element el'blendia EW06PR / EW06PG blender? Didn't find here by search

Blender

I went to the Media Market today to hand over the batteries, and went to look. I saw, was surprised at the similarity with bamiks (they stood there side by side), returned home and study now.

What is similar to bamiks - the attachments are small, the mill with a knife and a grinding disc, the box-stand is similar, only the Element found it more convenient to store it in this box. Continuous work 5 min. can.

Of the differences - there is no disc attachment, but there is a straw attachment, it is indicated that for sauces. This is the first time I've seen such a nozzle. There is a whisk. The set includes a brush for cleaning and a silicone scraper from a jug of sauces.

There are few reviews, on the Yandex market there are, and they seem to be positive, from the same place I got to some review. I also looked at the instructions (it's also a recipe book) on the manufacturer's website ( 🔗), by the way, good recipes.

But I want reviews that you trust.
Ludmila82
Miranda, I want to buy a polaris phb 1034l, it is similar to yours, but without a nozzle for mashed potatoes (I do not need it, only my husband makes a pyon). Would like to ask you how you are with your blender over time?
Miranda
Ludmila82, half a year and the flight is normal
at first I forgot that I had it, got it for big work - vinaigrette, salads on the other, but then I got addicted to using it every day

I rub / chop everything into soups, borscht and salads - beets, carrots, potatoes, both raw and boiled, cucumbers, onions ... the usual set
I would like to have several disks of different sizes

I cut a lot of things into cubes, from salads, to raw vegetables, apples in a pie, now I thought that I didn't cut only raw beets into cubes

chopping knife - I like it, I often use it, it chops everything perfectly, except that I don't chop the greens, I haven't even tried it in such a large bowl.

the bowl is large, at first it is unusual, now it is convenient, do not forget to only empty it if there is a large volume, but it fills up quickly if it is a salad / vinaigrette / okroshka

***
about the rest of the nozzles
- we rarely make mashed potatoes, because in general we rarely eat mashed potatoes, but for another I did not fit

- a whisk, too, not often - I don’t beat proteins to peaks, this is rarely needed with a mixer, and I don’t make liquid dough either, but if you need to quickly beat the yolk and white, I use

- the leg blender itself ... as I was scared then, I don't really use it, although I tested it several times later. Soup-puree, baked pumpkin, etc. are normal. But I didn't like it, apparently, from the very beginning and lies, I use the old leg-blender.

***
Total. I really like everything that a large bowl can do - a knife, a grating disc, cubes. I think that it was profitable then I bought this, but attachments are rarely or not used at all.

That is, I do not quite use a blender. More like a mini harvester. Therefore, I still look at blenders in search of the ideal. But while the existing bunch of the old blender-leg and the new large bowl is working, I think there is no point in buying, just choosing and looking
Ludmila82
Miranda, thanks for the answer.I really wanted to order, but they don't want to take them to our wilderness. In the price category with the same functions, SUPRA HBS-125 or 121 is suitable (I did not find information anywhere how they differ, they are the same in the description). If you have experience of using, please write.

Although not in this type of blender, the pulse mode helps me a lot to achieve a good result.
Miranda
Ludmila82Wow, you asked today about Polaris, I answered, and then I went to Auchan for shopping and saw Polaris there. Well, sooo similar to mine, but the price is cheaper than I bought before NG. I took a picture, because I would not remember the full name.

Blender

Now I looked, mine is called Polaris PHB 1232 AL and on the Yandex market the most expensive, and there is also PHB 1033L (in Auchan it is sold, an excellent price of 2 thousand for cubes, but on the I-market it is not on sale), PHB 1034L and PHB 1035 AL Cube (these two are available in a number of stores)

How they differ is a mystery to me.

***
I can't say anything about Supra and Vitek.

Miranda
Ahh ... my 1200 watts, and the one that took a picture in Auchan - 1000.
The motor is outwardly different, the buttons are slightly different.
Apparently this is the only difference between them, and the bowl itself and the nozzles are the same.
Maybe in some there is no for mashed potatoes or a whisk, that is, a different set, but the cubes (that is, the bowl and everything for her) are the same for everyone.
Ludmila82
Miranda, thank you very much, but I live in a small town in the north of the Nizhny Novgorod region. and to the nearest Auchan 200 thousand km. Therefore, it's not even a matter of choice, but of what they can deliver, that's why I choose between Supra and Vitek. Polaris would be great, I have a multicooker of this brand and really like

Ourson has a new grater blender, beautiful. If I had come out earlier, I took it instead of Bosch. But the price is not cheap at all

PHB 1034L and PHB 1035 AL - each in 20-25 stores in the i-market.

I don't know anything about Supra and Vitek
Ludmila82
Miranda, so I can't find anything, so I really hope that someone used and help me with advice
Miranda
Ludmila82. Good luck with your choice and purchase!
Ludmila82
subiata, how does your Vitek 1480 also serve?
Ludmila82
In short, I decided, ordered Vitek 1480. I hope we get along with each other
NNV23
Dear owners of the BOSH 67140 blender! I ask for advice. Recently I became the owner of this device and, reading the instructions, I was surprised that only 100 (!) Grams of meat can be loaded into the grinder. Are you really doing this? And then today, grinding 500 g of chicken fillet, I loaded it 5 times. These 100 g literally lay in a pitiful heap at the bottom of such a rather big grinder.
Mila56
NNV23, Nina, I have a BOSH 66150. I also have a small chopper and put meat into it no more than half the chopper volume. You can, of course, lay more at your discretion. But in this case, the meat is not chopped very well (unevenly). But more importantly, the lower part of the chopper cover (where the gear sticks out, and the groove around it) will get much more dirty with the minced meat (the minced meat will be hammered into the groove and it is problematic to remove it from it), and this cover cannot be washed under water (according to the instructions), it can be wipe only with a damp cloth (according to the instructions). And you can't get into this groove with a napkin at all and as a result, the smell of minced meat remains and therefore the minced meat itself is microscopic. qty. And over time (until the next use), the smell from this cover only gets worse.
Mila56
NNV23, Nina, look at p. 128 all holes 2549-2554. There is more about this. Only if you wash the lid of the grinder inaccurately and water gets inside - the lid of the khan (it will jam the internal gears (they are not visible) in the lid or something else will be there). Such cases are known and the shredder has to be thrown away. The instructions are not written in vain. In general, for processing a larger volume of products, it is better if a blender, then necessarily with a large-volume chopper (1700 ml., 2 liters). For example VITEC 1480 or POLARIS 1033 and 1232 or others, there are many of them.

I would like to get an assistant for the kitchen who could:
1) make a milkshake from milk and ice cream;
2) chop vegetables for salad;
3) mashed boiled potatoes.
It would seem nothing complicated, but it turned out to be not so simple. The models that we chose according to reviews (Steba MX-21 and BAMIX), although very good, do not correspond to the tasks
Can you tell me something good? Or am I expecting too much from the blender?

I don't see anything from your list that cannot be done with Bamix, and other blenders, probably, too (although I may be mistaken)
I can tell you from personal experience of buying a blender (this is my first)

Recently, I decided to make vegetable cocktails with various compositions, ranging from salad to carrots. I did not consider expensive models at all, I was looking for something inexpensive on the Internet and, preferably, of normal quality.
On the website of the Mediamarket, among other brands, the Bamix brand attracted for the price, it turned out that these blenders are made in Switzerland (not China or Malaysia, like Brown, Moulinex, etc. brands) and, most importantly, that gave confidence in quality - a 5-year warranty!
In the end, I chose bamix-mw140, with interchangeable knife attachments, that's just with them you can do everything that you described.

Now the store's website does not have such a thing (I bought it a month ago), but the design and completeness are like this 🔗 only mine is slightly more powerful.
At that time, mine cost exactly 5,000 rubles in Mediamarkt (in other stores this model was more expensive, just compare prices 🔗 ),
but I bought it for 4500! Made a discount using a code 🔗 (still valid)

There are no complaints about the work, the hardest thing is that I chopped a carrot for them, does it with a bang, only first you need to cut it into cubes.
The motor at the first speed (there are two of them) heats up after 4-5 minutes, you feel it with your hand, so it's better to let it cool. By the way, the instructions say about this.
Easy to clean, even very fast. It is smaller in size than other blenders, but as written in the instructions, it can be immersed in food or washed with a handle (where the motor is located), but I have not done that yet.

In general, here is my story - for a month of work, I am satisfied with my choice in all respects, especially the price

d_n_a
Dasha-Doma, bamix m200 will definitely cope with vegetables, it is equipped with a slice vegetable cutter, the milkshake is super, you probably know yourself, and for the perfect puree you need either a special nozzle or a crush, otherwise there will be a paste - my favorite dish. I'm used to it, but it does not perform all its tasks perfectly :) but it is reliable and a good guarantee. And for mashed potatoes, stationary is better, not to mention green cocktails.

Does Bamex have such a special? and where can i see it?

Girls, something I was completely confused and upset. I read the whole Temka, but I didn’t decide on the blender. This is my first time: before that, I had no problems choosing Orson and Berner's graters, I almost decided on the bread maker. And with a blender, an ambush. But I don't want so much:

1. To be able to make delicious mayonnaise.
2. Milkshakes.
3. I want beautiful cubes for vinaigrette and Olivier.
4. Potato grinder.
5. Need a nozzle for potato pan.
6. Ice pick knife.
: girl_in_dreams: It seems everything.
Girls, if you have come across such a wonderful unit, poke me, do not pass by.
Mirabel
Favorite wife and mother, In my opinion, the potato grinder and cubes do not go together. At least I didn't find it, and you want a nozzle for potato pancakes. I think you will have to buy 2 or even 3 items for all your needs.

Yes? do not have to buy a separate potato grinder? Universal is where the hole disc is?
I have a blender with attachments like Bamix.
d_n_a
Mirabel, I meant a multi-functional knife, but the puree that is obtained with this knife is more like a paste and it takes a long time to make a normal portion, the lumps remain all the same. It is better to use a special press, the puree will be normal, without lumps. The forum already has a topic about these press, I read it here before buying.
They are mechanical and inexpensive.
d_n_a
Now on the market I read ambiguous reviews about the bork, which is actually tokebi. There are more questions. This is an analogue of tokebi v8000, the commercial of which does not allow me to forget about it. I'm also interested in the declared function of chopping with a multifunctional knife, for example, mashed potatoes. Do lumps remain, how homogeneous is the mass? I would also like to know about the bowl: are the declared functions being fulfilled: meat chopping, grinding, etc. I would be very grateful for your answers.
Jouravl
d_n_a, I also studied the market here and picked myself a mixer. And I drew attention to the Braun mixers of the multiquick series. I liked that there is a large selection of attachments, including a potato grinder for mashed potatoes and cutting for vegetables (no cubes!). And that you can buy a basic model, and then pick up those nozzles that are needed. And the kits are already sold with profile names (Soup, omelet, buffet (sliced), baby, pasta, etc.). The price is different, but still cheaper than the Chinese tokebi ..
Those services in Russia are carried out by the same company as Kenwood, Delongy.
I chose between Braun and Kitchen, and ordered Kitchen as a result.

Tanyusha
And I have Kitchen, though not long ago bought, but still happy with it.
Jouravl
Tanyusha, I chose Kitchen, because it turned out to be cheaper and I absolutely do not need cuts, I need a worthy replacement for Bamiks .. With him, in general, trouble, the universal nozzle flies and I catch it in a saucepan .. I hope that everything will be OK with Kitchen. And it won't get that hot.
Mirabel
d_n_a, I have a press! I would like an electric press. It means that Bamiks will not cope with mashed potatoes.
Tanyusha
Jouravl, and Kitchen is cheaper than which blender? It seems like it's not very cheap.

6. Ice pick knife.

I'm afraid to be mistaken, but there is no such thing in one set (one purchase).
There are options with the purchase of attachments.

1. For example, there is a good Bosch - the current senior wife model Bosch MSM 881X2

Blender

Cubes, cocktail, mayonnaise, various graters (potato pancakes are the same).

But here the kortoflemerka (it is in the kit only from simpler Bosches for some reason) and an ice knife (as in the previous older model - MSM 88190) must be purchased separately.

2. I also have to buy from Brown, but I haven't studied their line, so I won't tell you.

Phillips with cubes seems to me too expensive and has a smaller package. The richest in one purchase from Bosch - several options for cubes, many graters, two bowls (large and small).

***
Or two devices.

For example, buy inexpensive grating cubes-mayonnaise from Polaris (look at page 131), Scarlet or Vitek, and buy a good blender with them without a bunch of extras. nozzles, which means cheaper from - Bosch, Brown, Bamiks, etc., one that crumbles ice and makes a cocktail.

Polaris and Scarlet have a potato grinder in the set, Scarlet also has a dough hook. But neither Polaris, nor Scarlet, nor Vitek will pull ice. I won't tell you about the cocktail.

***
Act completely differently.
For ice cubes, buy a small harvester, and a blender for mayonnaise, with a potato grinder, if the harvester does not have such an option.
Miranda
To be honest, my ideal blender would have the same requests as yours, plus a mill for powdered sugar, spices, and also so that the set includes a large bowl with graters / cubes, and a small bowl with graters, such as at Bamiks.

But this does not exist in nature.
I am morally preparing for the combination - combine + blender.
Jouravl
Tanyusha, today I paid 8600 rubles for the model 2561 cu5. 5 - five speed
Blender
Three attachments, including a potato grinder, a whisk (a must for me), a mill, a glass per liter.

Thank you all for your answers, the fact is that if you order this tokebi from the Jim Market, you get a cost of 105-120 ye, made in Korea. But Kitchen Hades also interested me, I'll go and read it. By the way, there is also a bamisk, but ... there are so many in it that you want something more ideal.
Tanyusha
Jouravl, and where did you buy it? Mine cost me a little more than 9 tons. and then got on a discount on the Westwing website, as well as 12890 rubles.
Jouravl
Tanyusha, on eBay. Its price is 89 dollars, delivery cost almost half of 45 dollars. Well, I also grabbed the Ferrari stove -101 euros, 6500, there the delivery was 15 euros, and the cost was 5500 in rubles ..
d_n_a.. for tokebi, too, the nozzles are removed, like in Bamiks, I personally often cut my fingers, so I was looking with nozzles that can be unscrewed normally. And the video, of course, is impressive ...
Tanyusha
Jouravlthat I am afraid to buy equipment on eBay. But now I'm looking at the attachments for the Kitchen mixer. As soon as he comes to me, I will definitely order nozzles there.
Jouravl
Tanyusha, the risk is of course, but sometimes the game is worth the candle. I look at the processor, it seems really ideal in terms of functions, here it is 48,590, and there 480 euros plus shipping, and the voltage is 220, apparently made in Italy, there are many proposals. And according to the description, everything you wanted ..

Hello everyone :) I just bought this thing - Bosch MSM 88190. Now I want to ask those in the know - is a nozzle for cubes sold separately and where in St. Petersburg? I found it together with a bowl for 5300, but it is here, you just need a knife, I guess.
