My friend and I bought 724 cashes together, six months later it broke down from overloads, we made a cocktail with ice with our feet. Under warranty, the part was replaced, after that they stopped overloading the motor and the blender works fine. So basically plastic breaks down and is erased from overload. The blender must carry out its functions, and not the mission assigned to it for unplanned work in an emergency mode.

Even during the purchase, sellers did not recommend us often
use turbo mode ...
And I do not use it at all, I have its five speeds - above the roof)))

I only chopped the greens with my blender, but it still broke.

Girls, tell me which blender is better to buy. I am a complete layman in this area. I would like to make mayonnaise with it. A friend praised the Zepter very much in this part, but it is a little expensive for me. Maybe some other cheaper analogue will suit me for this purpose? Thank you in advance
Tashenka
I have been making mayonnaise in a simple Philips Comfort HR7605 for many years. It has a wavy disc for mixing liquids. Here with the help of this disk and do it. And I add oil through the pusher. There is a small hole in it through which the oil flows in a thin stream into the bowl.

Here is a good and inexpensive one, there is even a potato grinder:

And with the "foot" (the one on the left in the picture) you can make mayonnaise in a minute. : yes: This set has everything. A friend of mine bought it and seems to be very happy. I have a Philips 1618 (with the same set of nozzles) and I really like it (the main thing for me is that there is a potato grinder there). Copes with everything stated in the instructions very well. But there is a small bowl (for chopping food). Happy choice to you.
katerin
Thank you girls for your prompt reply. But somewhere in the depths there is an amateurish question: will the mayonnaise be better on the Zepter or the models of blenders you have proposed are enough for menesis, and it will be the same here and there, in view of the fact that making mayonnaise is the simplest thing that a blender can do? Or is mayonnaise difficult?
LLika
Especially for mayonnaise I bought a cheap hand blender "leg" for 70 UAH. And as soon as I learned how to make quick mayonnaise, there has not been a single case in 2 years that it would not work. So mayonnaise is not difficult at all and does not require expensive appliances.
Lagri
katerin for mayonnaise, indeed, one "leg" attachment is enough, but then you will still want to use other attachments (and you will have to buy a new blender again ...). Making mayonnaise is very simple and if you only need to make mayonnaise, you can buy a hand blender ("leg"). And the Zepter's power is not too small?
Tashenka
I have never tried it with my "foot". I would be grateful if you teach. Although I like doing in "Fillet", I also want to experience other ways.
LLika
I do it right away in a 0.5 liter glass jar. Break 1 egg, add 0.5 tsp. Boxes. salt, sugar, mustard, pour 180-190 g of refined vegetable oil, immerse the blender, covering the yolk with it and turn on, do not move. See how the sauce is formed. I count to 15 in my head and start slowly lifting the blender up. Then a couple more up and down movements and the mayonnaise is almost ready. Now you need to add vinegar to it and I also add a couple of tbsp. tablespoons of water (the taste from this is not cloyingly greasy and the sauce becomes thinner, it is more convenient to lubricate salads).

The forum has a topic on making quick mayonnaise and even a video was posted, look through, read, you will find a lot of useful things https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8958.0

Thank you very much, doubts are dispelled, so I'm not going to buy a Zepter, which is probably a more powerful thread.

And here you can see how mayonnaise is made in a matter of seconds.

Mayonnaise didn't work out for me. Made on quail eggs, adhering to the exact recipe of "lazy" mayonnaise. In terms of density, the consistency of fat-free kefir turned out and exfoliated. I had to finish it in the old, proven way in Filechka.

Hello everybody). Please advise what I need. I want to make cocktails from vegetables, fruits (apples, bananas, kiwi, carrots) at home. Plus, you can add something like milk or sour cream, energy impurities for sports. What kind of apparatus is needed for this, a juicer, a blender, a food processor? Here, for example, from this video
Here is a model 🔗 A PHILIPS HR-7775/00 food processor, judging by the reviews here is a good juicer, costs UAH 1704. Or maybe something better can be found for this amount?
Manna
I don't really understand why you need a food processor to make a smoothie. In my opinion, a juicer is enough and blender.
81ruslan81
What is a smoothie? I just did not see juicers separately, I looked at one of the largest inter-stores in Ukraine, the outlet. And the harvester seems to be praised, it squeezes well, the dry cake remains ...
Manna
Smoothie - this is that cocktail of "everything in a row" that you described the Juicers ... Well, this is for you in a different topic. I saw that girls from Ukraine bought a Zelmer screw and were happy with it. True, I don't know what she does with carrots (whether there are grains). Take a look at the topic about juicers.
81ruslan81
I didn’t find something about this topic (I don’t know much about cohon technology. As I understand it, to squeeze the juice I need a juicer, but I already need a blender to mix a cocktail? That is, it’s better to take a food processor, it has all this and a lot what else?

PS.
Is it all your technique in your signature? Why do you need so many multicooker, etc.
Manna
HERE this topic is about juicers.
Well, it's up to you to decide which is more convenient for you: a combine or a blender. A juicer is needed in this case in order to squeeze out the juice from what the blender cannot purée.
Yes, this is my technique (there is more, not all on the list). Why so much? My answer is standard: do you have only one saucepan in your kitchen, and you cook, fry, bake, and bake in it?
Squirry
Hello dear kitchen professionals! Please tell me a full kettle in kitchen appliances! They always helped me on this forum to choose something that radically changed my attitude to cooking in principle - I hope this time it will be so
I read reviews and can't decide which blender to choose. All the previous 10 years I got by with an old Brown, who could only make mashed potatoes, and an even more ancient Moulinex combine, which could somehow grind some types of products (for example, I could not cope with minced meat completely). And modern blenders can replace both machines for me, and at the same time they can provide an even larger set of functions. But what to choose as the best option? What I need is a grater function (touch cabbage and onions in salads, vegetables for frying), minced meat (Moulinex couldn't cope with meat), whipping cream, making sauces (the idea of mayonnaise and pesto was interesting). Cubes are tempting, but I can do without them. What can you tell me?
Thank you so much!
Squirry
Has the topic died with my arrival? Sorry
Lagri
Most likely, what you need is in Philips with a cube cutter, that is, in Philips HR 1669 (or Philips HR 1659) or there is also a Vitek VT 1480 blender, such as it. Ordinary blenders don't cut cabbage for salad.I now have blenders and more than one, but for cutting vegetables I have a Moulinex multi-cutter, I like it (or even better, a Philips multi-cutter would probably be).

I have exactly such a Brown blender, 5 years ago, and I didn’t manage to do anything digestible with these graters, although I also took it because of them and this is my first blender. Tinder or very good in large chunks, or vice versa, a solid mess. I solved my problem with graters at the expense of attachments to the Zelmer meat grinder, on them I rub potatoes on potatoes

Girls, does anyone have a Kitchenaid blender? I caught fire with this blender, but there are no reviews anywhere

I'm tired of choosing, thinking and guessing which blender is better. My "old" blender just crumbles after each use, so the question of choice became acute. I bought a Kenwood HB 713 R blender. I did not find a picture of this particular model in the Internet. As in this photo, only without a whisk. I haven't tested the potato maker yet, but the blender itself is good, the buttons are comfortable and comfortable in the hand. My previous blender Clathronic is inferior to it in many ways.

Write when you try the potato grinder. I wonder what kind of mashed potatoes will turn out - airy? I always whip a blender on a turbo with a whisk, the lumps break and it becomes airy.
Stafa
No, this potato grinder with corollas did not stand nearby. I've only been making mashed potatoes for 1.5 years. Airy and tasty.
Antonovka
And my blender is broken, Brown MP 540 A plastic gear fell out of the carcass with a motor (a detail, in short), it buzzes and twists everything, but does not grind anything under load - it does not have enough strength
Taia
My old blender lasted for about 5 years, I never used a whisk from it. I liked the mixer better, so I didn't buy a blender model with a whisk now. And I have shredders with knives, both small and large. Therefore, I did not take a large set of blenders, why take too much?
Faced the fact that everywhere, and in online stores, too, they give an incorrect description and completeness of the Kenwood HB 713 P blender and there are no reliable pictures anywhere. Only in the store did I pay attention to the box from the blender, and everything was right on it, even the seller did not know that there was a potato grinder in the kit.

It seems to me that you have chosen several outdated models: both Phillips, Bosch MSM 6600. I would not consider with a plastic foot at all.
It is not written where you are from, perhaps there is no choice in stores? If so, then I would take the Bosch PowerMaxx MSM 67PE from your list.

And then I found another, but no worse - already with three knives on the axis! Ordered, they will bring it soon.

Larisochka, thank you very much for the tip. I also ordered such a blender from Wikimart. Well, right, exactly what I wanted: 3 knives, 2 speeds, pulse mode and a very decent power for such a baby - 500 watts. The description says that you can even chop ice.
