Gave me a Morphy Richards 48980 Food Processor for my birthday.

Well, now I'm screaming with delight. Squirrels, dough ... True, I didn't have imported harvesters before, but ... When he works at full capacity, the table and chairs tremble ... But even cut the squirrels with a knife ...

About the blender. I have a blender Magic, and when I took this ... well, in short, edged weapons. Only I didn't understand here, the bottom is removed from him, or not. In general, the hand reaches for Magic, because leeeeeeeeeeeeee !!!

Hairpinhow is the harvester? Did you disappoint?

Cook!!!

BEAST!!! Has already stopped seizing. Squirrels for scrap, noodle dough - hurt yourself!

I'm sooooo happy with them !!!

Cook, I very often browse the site There very often there are ads like "I have never used, I give it at half price." I understand that these are gifts (most often wedding). Well, it fell for a year, and then ... And more often than not, it's true. In the end, not every mistress needs such animals ...
I mean, maybe it makes sense for you to look there ... five thousand, all are not superfluous ...

Hairpin, if not difficult, tell me how the device behaves with small volumes: Meringue 2-3 eggs, butter cream 200-300 grams of butter, dough 300-400 grams of flour?
Is the dough and cream on small volumes kneaded normally or do you have to constantly scrape off the walls and the hook?
The device seems to be not with planetary mixing. Does it interfere? Or is planetary mixing just another publicity stunt?
And, at the same time, what is the maximum amount of dumplings (noodles) dough that can be made on this device.
I am in the choice. I've already broken my whole head.
I thought about Gastro but Tanya1962 advised against it, she is not very happy with the device.
Thank you.

Lyi!
Alas, I cannot answer all the questions. I make creams in mixers. In addition to this combine, I have two more mixers.

1. Meringue was done for 4 proteins. We have to scrape off the whisk. All this white mass is wrapped around the whisk. There is almost nothing on the walls.

2. I make noodle dough for 4 eggs and 400 grams of flour.

In both cases, I don't need more, because:

1. A large amount of meringues in my oven will not fit;

2. I will not fit a large amount of noodles in the dryer.

I can only estimate by eye:

1. Meringue for three proteins will turn out;
2. The noodle dough for 6 eggs and 600 grams of flour should also be rolled.

Thanks for the quick response.
It probably won't work for me then.
What mixers do you use for creams and meringues? Maybe I shouldn't chase everything at once, but take it separately for the test and separately for the creams?
I now have 2 in stock: one is purebred Chinese, the second is English (like) Ultima, and in both cases, oil creams have to be finished by hand, and meringues are not taken at all. Tired and, most importantly, it takes a long time.
Thank you.

I have two mixers with bowls. Tefal 300 watts and Bosch 450 watts. Let me make a reservation right away that power, as it turned out, does not matter for the strength of proteins. If interested, I will throw a link to mixers.
I beat both the meringues and creams for about fifteen minutes. That is, first the proteins to the state of proteins that do not flow out of the half-turned bowl, and then I put the sugar in a tablespoon. For creams - first, until the oil is whitened (well, not quite whitening ...), and then the base on a tablespoon.
It is quite possible that I lengthen the process, but it does not bother me ... While everything is whipping up there, I do other things.
In meringue mixers, I do not beat until such a dense mass ...
In Morphy, these processes would have been ... minutes ... 2-4 ... So the time difference ... every five ...
But ... Morphy's ... sound ... well, as if a Boeing flew into the kitchen ...

: flowers: Hairpin, it's a very long time. My squirrels of Tortyzhkinsky quality are whipped for less than a minute, I don't even have enough time to detect, I look at both, so as not to interrupt. I have a combine power of 900.

What is your harvester? I don't want to buy a useless thing again.

I'm not ready to buy such weak devices.
My nervous system is unlikely to withstand such aircraft sounds.
Yes, the Morphy option is completely eliminated.

Lyi, I have Moulinex FP 7131 with the maximum number of functions. I don't see this model on sale, there is a similar one, but with an electronic display. I would not advise him to anyone, since I did not hear very much feedback (electronics fail due to voltage drops). What I don't like about mine is that you cannot use the Capital whisk for whisking proteins for whipping biscuits on baking powder and cake. For this, a plastic knife. But he SITS the dough. But, on the other hand, this plastic knife can knead 1 kg of very steep dumplings dough in 1 minute. He has a meat grinder for 1000, no reverse, I use it often, very convenient, but tough meat, she does not take quince, of course. I did not use a juicer, because there is a separate Belarusian worker who will endure a lot and in large quantities. I like blender. The metal knife is excellent. There is a mill for nuts and herbs. Maxipress - 2 types. The graters are okay, but the fries are just awful - some scraps are ugly, and even jump up like crazy. You can't chop cabbage nicely either. The noise, of course, as Shpilechka says, is still the same.
He's French, not Chinese. And yet, I have a service center in the next yard where you can get any part for Moulinex, they write them out from France. This just in case warms my soul personally.

Yes, you will have to go back to the Kenwoods. I will consider all options from 010,560,260. The fact is that I separately have both a meat grinder and a juicer (2) very good, plus 2 combines. But I make creams and dumplings by hand.

My power is 600 watts. But I wrote about meringues. That is, whipping proteins + adding sugar. For whipping the whites, a minute, I think, will be enough.

But I again emphasize that it is not only about the power. I have a 450 watt mixer a bit weaker than the 300 watt mixer.

In general, if it were not noodle dough, I would have lived in peace with two mixers !!!

Yesterday I tried to make butter cream in a food processor. Cream from Lisss, full norm. There are 125 grams of oil. I smeared all the oil on the walls. I had to constantly turn off and scrape with a spoon. In addition, in mixers with a bowl, you can walk along the walls with a spoon in the process, but here ... the bowl does not turn ... Well, the process of scraping the cream off the whisk ...

Well, in short, spit on. In mixers longer, but quieter and more convenient. Even if the cream was twice as much, a lot of oil remains on the walls, and there is no way to scrape it off without shutting down.

Hello.
I have questions about Morphy Richards 48980:
1) Tell me, how did it not break down in a year of work? (How many hours a year did you exploit)

2) Kneading bread dough.
Have you tried it by chance?

3) Mixing time.
How long does it take him to make a bun?
Yes, and it turns out a bun?

4) Are there any technical complaints about the device (fault tolerance)?
5) Can't upload photos / videos (kneading process and kolobok)?
6) How is the meat grinder?

7)
review:
Disadvantages: A lot: the power is very weak, the meat grinder barely pulls, everything rattles, the stirring attachment (not whipping) does not fit well, sticks and does not go into the groove, stirring is poor at the bottom of the bowl, you have to take everything out and manually stir and put on whipping conversely, the grater is nowhere worse, it will still cope with cheese, but with carrots it is just a nightmare, whole plates remain untwisted and as a result generally sticks and everything falls out, everything is somehow inconvenient, clumsy and tight. A blender, if used for nuts, grinds some into soap, and leaves large pieces on top, which eliminates evenness.
- Do you agree with the review?
- are there really problems on the part of the stirring nozzle (not whipping), that it "does not fit well, it sticks and does not go into the groove, stirring is poor at the bottom of the bowl"?
- and with the fact that the blender and the meat grinder are bad?

Thank you

Hello.

Well, I will not immediately answer the points there, because it is hefty difficult. But I will try:
1. During the second year of work, a blender was burned to hell on the first attempt to make Queenie's mayonnaise. Although Caprice succeeds. No blender now ...
2. Nope. I twist for noodles almost regularly. Once every couple of months. 400 grams of flour + 4 eggs (respect Chuchelka);
3. Gingerbread man is a bread term, and I have not tried it on a combine;
4. Yes. Well, firstly, he often does not start working at all, and secondly, the penultimate time he whipped the whites so that ... well, in short, I thought he thought he was at the funeral. Well, like a fork without tension ... Well, the noodles are understandable, the dough is tight, but the proteins ...
5. Nope ... only pictures of cooking noodles ... Well, I haven’t grown to the video yet ...
6. As usual ... At first I thought that it was possible to wash in the dishwasher, but she, the bitch, still began to turn black. There is no difference between her and mine Moulinex.
7. A lot of buckuffs. Simplifying the answer. It's not worth so many rubles.

Uhhhh !!! Right on all points dashed off !!!
Well, if someone is dissatisfied with the tama, which is not right away, then ... THE HAIRPIN SHOULD KNOCK ON THE FACE !!! And then she could still walk on other topics at all !!!
