Look at the description of your model, there is one more plastic leg ... you don't have it?

There is no it.

They lie around ...

Or maybe there are models 713 and 713P or not?
Taia
Judging by the pictures from the Internet, Kenwood 713 without a potato grinder, it has an additional wide plastic leg.
Just like Kenwood 714, there is Kenwood 714P.
The letter "P" means the presence of a potato machine. So I think.

Looked more closely at your link to the Kenwood site. Note . And they are lying too. There is a description of this blender, specification, equipment, photo of the same blender. BUT NOTHING matches.
AlenaT
Girls, usually in such cases you need to contact the site manager
and specifically talk to him about a specific model.
He will read out the complete set from his technical documentation
and will give detailed explanations ...
I had such a situation when I bought my 724 ...
In the store, one price, and in the online store, twice !!!!!! less.
So I ate the whole bald patch to the site manager, what is the dog buried in.
Everything turned out to be simple: the purchase price and the desired profit)))
But he put the whole set on the shelves for me.
Taia
I bought my blender in the store. So the sellers told me that they do not have blenders with a potato maker on sale. And only when I myself began to examine what was laid out on their shelves, I saw a box with a blender, and on the box there was a photo of a potato grinder. And I want to note - the box with the blender is not small and quite bright. I ask the sellers: What is THIS?
Therefore, it is not a fact that managers are aware of the product, or are interested, or ... you can guess anything.

Here's what I found among the reviews on Kenwood HB714 ( 🔗).

now general information!
1. the engine in this model and in all models of absolutely all !!! blender has a maximum power of 200W !!! and not 700 as "honest manufacturers" write, the rated power of the engine is 113 watts. therefore, any advertising statements (including the instructions for the device) are blatant lies.
2. About the Turbo button I want to say especially. It is better not to use it at all, since the engine does not have airflow due to the very design of any blender. the engine is inevitable !!! overheats in a matter of seconds and BURNS. and the body of almost any submersible blender is non-separable and in the service it WILL NOT be repaired by ANYONE !!! since you will have to cut the body. but you can't glue it back. due to the fact that there are few maniacs with stopwatches that make sure that the Turbo mode does not exceed 10 seconds, blenders usually burn out most often in turbo mode.
3. since the motor does not have a snug fit to the inner plastic walls of the blender, then a noticeable heating of the body occurs when the blender is ALREADY BURNED !!! therefore it is impossible to shovel them long and hard. that is, you cannot chop ice. at least in the instructions they write what is possible. you cannot make minced meat, you cannot grind frozen strawberries, nuts. Since the blender WILL NOT COPLE WITH SUCH BREAKING. here in a grinder or a drill there are engines for 700 watts, so after all there is a blowing of the engine and dimensions !!! and here...
4. Especially "warm" words of "thanks" I would like to say about the plastic connections between the motor and blender attachments.ALL BLENDERS WITHOUT EXCEPTION !!! Plastic is everywhere! it’s like a safety concern, like the plastic will break and nobody gets hurt. on the other hand, the buyer's pocket will suffer, because if this stupid plastic breaks, then you will have to throw out the blender with the WORKING one !!! engine. after all, the case is not separable!
5. Finally, no model is equipped with an overheating protection device. so that at a temperature close to overheating, the temperature sensor sends a signal to the control board and the relay turns off the motor until it cools down. So it goes...

I think that according to the reliability of the information, Bamix are the most honest - they do not overestimate the engine power.

Girls a question to the owners of Kenwood models, tell me what equipment do you have?
Kenwood HBM713P?
Kenwood HB714P?

On the manufacturer's website I read that HBM713P has - a glass, an iron leg, a plastic leg, a nozzle for mashed potatoes. HB714P contains - glass, iron leg, plastic leg, whisk, nozzle for mashed potatoes.

Do you have it or not?

Now, if this is true, then I would ideally fit a 713 whisk and I do not need a chopper, but in stores everywhere there is a different description, and you will not achieve the truth

Help me to understand
Ask Lena-Koshatnitsa. She knows the difference, if I'm not mistaken.

I have such a case (not Kenwood) - the thread on the engine was eaten. Now, if I grind something in a chopper or make dough, I constantly put it on the lid, and hold it with the other hand. I don't use the whisk and the leg attachment at all - it's not convenient.
I bought a cheap blender stick not collapsible. Although not very compact (the motor does not detach from the nozzle), washing is a pleasure. The buttons are rubberized, sealed, no moisture is terrible. For mayonnaise and cottage cheese for casseroles, etc. just what you need.

But what to do with a potato grinder, I think, I choose
Sandy
I now have a Cameron blender (iron leg, 500 ml chopper, double whisk) 3 speeds, made in China. I bought it a hundred years ago, either in Foxtrot or in Eldorado .... I don't remember already, it was not expensive, I thought that for the first time it would be after the burnt out and irreparable Phillips. And for so many years nothing has ever broken, he plows that deaf and dumb and crackers and that I just didn’t grind them, only the plastic on the body turned yellow on one side ...
And here about the Kenwoods they write this ... maybe people were just not lucky, my HP Kenwood has also been plowing for a hundred years and nothing has been done to her
Rita
It seems to me that these are features of human psychology. If everything is good, then this is normal, it should be so, so they don't write. And as something breaks, they immediately raise the noise. I have many different Kenwoods, all still work. And my potato machine is Philips. For a year now, I don't use it every day. We don't eat mashed potatoes that often.
subiata
As I understand your torment. Itself went through it. But after Vitka swore (at the categorical insistence of her husband) to buy such equipment. I chose between Phillips 1655 + separate leg for mashed potatoes and Kenwood 724. UAH 1150 against 720. I even ordered Phil with a leg. But the leg was not shipped from the warehouse for 3 days, and during this time an amphibian with cold paws came to me. I canceled the order and bought Kenwood. And I'm not worried. In general, for any technique, I look at the ratings on the Yandexmarket, if more than 4 and highly rated, you can contact. That's why I even bought Vitka (at that time he had a score of 5, but he didn't appreciate it very much, that's why it flew by). I wouldn't buy it now.

And the fact that there are a lot of negative reviews, indeed, a satisfied customer will not always praise, and an unhappy one wants to ring all the bells (at least some consolation)
Sandy
In Moulinex and Phillips, I don't really like the shape of the iron leg (well, not the leg itself, but where the knives are), but in Kenwood for some reason I like the fact that it is so wide ..... maybe there is no difference ... huh?
subiata
Yes, it seems to me that there is not much difference. Each blender has its own chips (sometimes knives, sometimes a shape), but the result is not much different. Here's the one that's plastic and flat at the Kenwood 724, good in shallow dishes. But she is very different from others.

When I make mayonnaise with my foot (I have the shape of a Phillips), then if two eggs are kind of difficult to grab everything under the foot, but it seems to me Kenwood will cover it without problems, but the mayonnaise turns out, then it may still be so and there is no difference ... ..
subiata
I have made mayonnaise with only one egg as Kenwood. In a half-liter jar. I barely stretched out my leg so thick. I haven't tried more of them.

For me personally, it is a little unusual and uncomfortable.
I used to have Phillips Kuchina, there is a leg with a margin
I got into the throat of a half-liter can (I make mayonnaise in it),
and at Kenwood it intermeddle, but with great difficulty, uncomfortable.
But this is the only inconvenience.
Sandy
Girls, and nobody made mayonnaise with a wide plastic foot? if what comes with the kit

Do you need this wide leg in general? or not really ..
subiata
As far as I remember, she simply does not fit there. I'm at work now (I work, though !!!), I'll be at home at lunchtime, I'll see. As for me, it's such a nice addition for a small volume in flat dishes. I think it will be good for a large number, but an ordinary leg will cope there. But where the knife is shallow in a normal leg may not reach the product. I already wrote that it is convenient to use it to cook a little sauce - I cooked it in a pan or saucepan and blended it.

This glass does not fit anything and it is in size

And it is also cool to grind soup with this leg,
it is positioned that way ...
subiata
Yes everything is correct. The plastic leg has a diameter of 10 cm, just like the puree leg. And the glass too.

So what do all the legs fit into the glass?
Taia
The Kenwood Potato Maker DOES NOT fit (does not fit) into the glass that comes with the blender.
Sandy
Quote: Taia

The Kenwood Potato Maker is NOT included in the glass included with the blender.
Well, a crush and not necessarily that the glass is included and the plastic leg is included?
Taia
So it seems, as subiata wrote above, they are the same diameter. So it is not included either.
subiata
Neither a plastic leg nor a potato machine is included in the supplied glass. They are designed to work in other containers. In a glass, you can wield an iron leg or a whisk. Although this does not bother me in any way. I rarely use this glass.
Sandy
Thank you girls for the answers
I've probably already decided ... I'll take all the same Kenwood 724

But with a wide plastic leg, it is very convenient to make mashed soup, squash caviar, etc. right in the saucepan in which everything was cooked.

I am very pleased with my Kenwood, though I only use a puree and a wide leg, I gave everything else that was in the kit, I have 2 more Filipka. Keshik and one of the filek are constantly working.

Previously, there were only 724 and 714P with a puree attachment, but we sold only 724. Now we have several models of Phillips. For me, the most comfortable in my hand was still 1371. I don’t know, maybe because it first appeared in my hands? Yes, even after almost daily use, the gearbox of the grinder broke down. So, there is nothing eternal, if you do not use technology, it can serve for tenths. Filka's gearbox flew (at the chopper) after three years of work. I think it's okay.

Sandy, by the way, I took my Kenwood in your Kiev online store
AKC (in English letters).
I ordered from Chernivtsi, and a friend from Kiev came to them, checked
complete set and bought.
It cost me 728 hryvnia, half the price,
than in our stores.
Good luck with your purchase!)))
Rita
I also like 1371 more, but because of the leg - there are no holes in it, so it does not spray anything when working. This is important for me, because it makes it possible to puree the soup for mom right on the plate.

I have it with my leg right above the stove, always at hand and a large shredder from 1377 stands nearby. I just love it, the size of the grater is perfect for me.
Sandy
Girls you will laugh, I changed my mind again
In short, I went to Comfi to feel the blenders Kenwood seemed heavy and the button was not convenient to press next to Moulinex, as she took it in her hand ... well, mine lay down like a native and it is sooo convenient to press the button with your thumb. Let me examine and compare everything.
I liked both, of course, but Moulinex is lighter, a very comfortable handle is covered with some kind of rubber or, in general, it is not so sliding ... a solid assembly seemed, four knives, and the whole iron potato machine killed and the knife also changes easily to another, one is the same into a small hole, another in this type of strip. And assembly France is not China. And the last argument is the design, black with stainless steel looks pretty, so it looks like all the appliances in the kitchen are almost in that color.
It costs 1200 with a penny hryvnia, I trudged home in the tyrnet to order

That's it ... I will order vopchem. By the way, Moulinex from the video seemed to me somehow flimsy, but in fact he turned out to be much better. And then I need a blender mainly because of a potato maker, but here there are two of them and iron. The seller says that the model is last year and has not been returned yet. Although the Kenwoods too.
Rita
Sandy, great! I dreamed so much that someone would buy a mulka thread! I liked him so much! Buy, report back!
Sandy
I ordered it already and I will definitely report it, especially since I understood that no one else has it here, and it will be interesting for everyone

Your karma as a "pioneer" did not pass you by

I looked at blenders today. Kenwood has a plastic knife in his potato grinder.
I liked the thread with cubes, the bowl is large, there is a metal knife in the potato machine, the warranty is 3 years.
Are there cubes in Moulinex? Then I choose.
AlenaT
Why does a potato machine need a steel knife?
The puree turns out to be cool and airy, I answer.)))

It's impossible to get stuck there, because the potatoes are boiled.
subiata
As a user of a nozzle with both metal and plastic "propeller" I can say that I have never had a case of it getting stuck. Neither one nor the other. The material of the propeller has no effect on the quality of the puree. The puree was wonderful both in Vitka and Kenwood.
