and in mine there is still such a lid with a hole, in addition .. apparently for mayonnaise

Girls who have these blenders:
Philips HR 1616
Vitek VT-1469

Advise which is better
Taia
Of course Philips. In my opinion. If only because manufacturers of different weight categories.

Okay, I'll wait for your assessment.
Anya, I received it yesterday.

Blender

I rate it "excellent". I made a curd casserole, everything, thanks to three pairs of knives, mixed very evenly. Shredded the crumbs from my breadboard for breading, very good too. (Photographed next to Filippok to represent the volume)

It was during the manufacture of crumbs from crackers that my Kenwood724 covered myself (I mean this particular part of it). I read that the problem is in the gearbox. I hardly realized that this meant his cover. The knife spins without the contents, and if you put something, it just buzzes. There is probably no point in repairing.

Thank you for examples of using Saturn: you can crush cottage cheese and make bread crumbs. Need to try.

I don’t know .... my first blender a hundred years ago was just Phillips took on the advice of my mother. She had the first track after a couple of months and mine. Therefore, I do not consider it a special weight category, then I bought a Chinese cheap one and still serves it, I'm already tired of it, I want to change it, but so that there is a "potato maker"

That's right, the potato grinder is a great thing. I bought a Philips 1618 blender because of her. I really like it. I have 2 Philips blenders, and the second one is Philips 1372. And both work fine, mmm.

Philips 1618 with a potato machine.
And the Kenwood 724 is pretty much the same. My Phillips has a power of 650 W, and Kenwood has 700. But my speeds are 16 and Turbo. And in Kenwood - 5 and Turbo. But at Kenwood, the chopper bowl is bigger than mine. Take Kenwood.
And here is a Philips like mine, only it is called Blender PHILIPS HR-1638/90 Black:

He goes in Ukraine as 1638.
Taia
And I specifically chose a blender with a potato grinder. I have a Kenwood 713P model, there is only a blender itself, a potato grinder and a tall glass-mug.

Some other potato grinder there. I have this:

And the blender itself is like this:

Often online stores post pictures that do not correspond to the real look and the real configuration, they take "from the lamp" so to speak. For example, I have not found a real photo of my blender anywhere. But I was looking for it on an Internet. Even in the store I was told that they did not have blenders with a potato machine for sale, only when I walked through a row of shelves I saw a LARGE box with a picture. Asked the sellers: What's this !!!
Lagri
Do you have the same potato machine as mine?
Taia
Exactly like that.
Lagri
Clear. I really like it.

It seems to me that turbo mode is useless at all ...
Even sellers in stores do not recommend turning it on too often.
I have a Kenwood 724, so its five speeds for the eyes is enough
And there has never been a situation that this Turbo is needed ...

And I often use this setting, especially for beating eggs. Now we bake pies with apples, and so I beat the eggs whole, quickly. Sellers in the store are often not competent at all, you need to listen to them less. I met with this.
Your Kenwood 724 is also very good. My friend has one, she praised him.

Maria, I have two questions for you. Firstly, the blender, as stated, has two speeds: 1 - low speed, light pressing of the button and 2 - high speed (the same button), but I either press this button or not, and the speed is always constant. And second: it is written that knives are disassembled, and you can use a different number of knives. Is that so? I can't make them out (although, in general, it's not really necessary, but still ...)

On the second question, I will say the following: that the knives are definitely separated. Hold by the upper knives, by the round projections and by the lower knives, by the sides and twist in opposite directions. If you're worried about cutting yourself, take a rag.

And about the speed, so it seems like two. The way you write, that's how I include them. It buzzes in different ways. If you press harder, then it will buzz differently.
dopleta
Thank you, Maria ! Hurrah! The knives have come apart! But I still don't see the difference in speed. And one more thing: does the glass itself in the process of work do not want to spin because of the centrifugal (centripetal) force?
Lagri
Larissa, I'm very glad that everything worked out for you. I always hold the glass with my hand. There even, it seems, the instructions say what you need to hold. Well, with speed, maybe later you will feel like there are two of them. It would be better, of course, 2 buttons did.

Stopped at Vitek VT-1469 (new)

Blender

LED backlight
Mixing container (l) 800
Shredder material plastic
Power, W 800
Puree nozzle
Infinitely variable speed control
Turbo mode
Speeds 5
Removable stainless steel blender attachment
Removable nozzle mixer for making cream
Chopper bowl (l) 500

Let's see my Vitek mixer for a long time, I'm sooooo happy with it
Shelena
Sandy, I have a similar blender Vitek 1478. It does not have a potato grinder, but there is a 2nd chopper (large) and 3 grater attachments. It has been working properly for a year. Convenient!
I think that the one you have chosen will be no worse.
PaniSveta
Sandy, if you have already bought a Vitek blender, tell us how you would like the mash attachment. I also look at him precisely because of the mash nozzle. It's just that Vitka has a different design than the Philips and Kenwoods. Those have a plastic blade and cunningly curved, while Vitka has wide metal blades like a fan.At first I wanted to take Philips, I respect this brand very much, but in the model with a puree attachment (1638), the small chopper is only 300 ml, I am not satisfied with my experience, I am used to 500 ml. And Phillips turned it on in the store, and he growls so I didn't expect, my first blender was Phillips, though more than 4 years ago, I may not remember exactly, but I think not, now Bosch is so generally quiet compared to Phillips. Vitek is quieter. So I climb the forums looking for reviews about Vitek.
My Boshik is 5 years old, the gear that holds the main leg is already starting to lick off, and it is weakly holding, staggers a little, instead I decided to look only with a nozzle for mashed potatoes. Kenwood I don't want - I regularly come across reviews that the engine burns out from overheating, and the service often refuses to repair or replace it under warranty. So if now the blenders are weak about overheating, then it is better to burn cheap than expensive. My Bosch and I never thought how long I did something with them, and nothing happened to him, did not even heat up.
In general, I highly recommend it - I have a Bosch MSM 6500 blender, smart, plows like a damn, well, or any other 6500-6600-6700 series, the difference is in additional attachments.
subiata
I had a Vitek with a puree nozzle, and now Kenwood. I do not see any differences as a result of the operation of this attachment. The design of the blades is the same, only Vitek is smoothly curved, and Kenwood is more angular, like two rectangular plates. For six months of using Vitek, I could not remove the blade, I just turned it when washing. And Kenwood's is easy and fast. And in general, about Kenwood, I got the impression that, despite the lower declared power, he copes with the task faster than Vitek.

Cope faster because of three knives, and in Vitek there are two
But what is that third plastic nozzle for? and what is the volume of the chopper?
subiata
Not just three knives. Let's say with a whisk in turbo mode, I beat 4 eggs with a glass of sugar until such an air mass! In time, about 40 seconds at 5 speeds and then - 3 times turbo seconds for 20. The plastic leg is intended for use in small dishes or in the kitchen (it is written differently everywhere). I understand that it is good to use it in a frying pan or stewpan (plastic, so as not to scratch the coating, fine-good grip). So far I've only been making mushroom sauce with it. I fried onions and mushrooms, when the moisture evaporated, I added a drop of flour. When everything turned red, I added the broth and seasoned it. And I went through this attachment right in the pan. Only need to be removed from the fire (it is written in the instructions). The result is a very homogeneous mass, like mayonnaise, only the color is different. So it is very convenient for making sauce in a pan. The grinder has divisions up to 500 ml, but the vessel itself is larger (700-800 ml). Its size is the same as that of Vitek. By the way, it chops well, interrupts the products evenly. In my other grinders, sometimes there were "balls" bunched from all sides. I had to cut the food into cubes.
Taia
And I can compare my old Clathronic to the new Kenwood blender. It was in grinding with "foot" that I did not notice any particular differences, neither in the quality of grinding, nor in power.
BUT! In Kenwood, the buttons are much more convenient, it is more convenient to press. In Klatronic, the buttons are very inconveniently located and very deeply recessed into the body. For this reason, it is necessary to press strongly into this depression, even the finger hurt from this. Then, the engine part from the Clathronic weighs 200 grams more than Kenwood. And in the hands, at work, it is very felt. And the leg-chopper at Klatronic, at the very base where the knife is not technically thought out, there is no gasket that would prevent the products from seeping into the cavity of the leg-pipe. Because of this, there accumulated and rotted what was seeping there.
My husband constantly had to unwind everything in order to be able to wash the cavity of the pipe leg from decay products, and then reassemble everything. And then, of course, due to the fact that it seeped in there, everything began to rust. ... Therefore, when choosing a blender, I already paid attention to the location of the buttons, to the weight of the blender, and examined the inside of the "leg" of the blender, whether there are any gaskets.
Sandy
I like Kenwood more and more
subiata
I also had Klatronic, and then Vitek. Regarding Klatronic, I agree to all 100, only it did not leak inside me. And Vitek, like a submersible blender, suited me (it was 1480, the gearbox on a large bowl broke down). The only thing was that the attachment of the nozzles was rather weak for me, but on 1469 there was a different principle of attachment (judging by the button on the side, a latch, and in 1480, as on the thread, it was necessary to turn a little). But when I saw Kenwood, one word suggests itself - Beast-machine. Moreover, it works quietly.

I was in an active search for a blender for a long time, I was looking with a potato grinder, I went all over the Internet. But I never came across such a Moulinex model, this is the first time I see it. Maybe this is a new model, there are not even reviews on the internet.

Personally, I am confused by the very high positioned button. It will probably be uncomfortable to hold. Of the 3 I had, Kenwood was the most comfortable to hold. And in the Yandexmarket there are reviews for this model and a similar one, but with a different configuration, somehow not very much.
Sandy
I don't know, maybe I read a couple of new reviews, but they are only positive, especially about the potato machine, which is alarming
ActivFlow technology - 4 blades
High power - fast results
Corolla
Removable metal whisk for whipping.
Ejection of nozzles
Eject key for added safety. All attachments are firmly fixed and can be removed by pressing the button.
Power 700 W

2 metal puree attachments

Metal submerged part and body elements

ActivFlow technology (four blades)

Soft touch plastic handle

Measuring jug 800 ml

Corolla

2 speeds

Chopper 500 ml

Yeah ... I watched a video about this model - you only need to press with your thumb, that is, it turns out that the handle lies in the hand and the thumb presses the buttons, and there are only two of them, one simple and one turbo (these are two speed).

In general, how is Moulinex?
