Ol, I'll tell you more - you are very smart - honestly - in view of the fact that in the apartment I changed the wiring literally 2 weeks ago, and made us a very competent and intelligent man (a special thanks to him) - he simply categorically refused to put an outlet next to the battery - not for any money - and this was not a show off on his part, but responsibility for the quality of the work he performed.
Moreover, the outlet was there before (and it was there for about 35 years). An accident happened - pipes rusted in the ceiling - they called an emergency gang and they already changed the pipes to plastic, installed and moved the bimetallic battery to another wall to the outlet. got a lot of money for this and dumped - they don't care about the location of the batteries and sockets, but electricians can get it.
