Girls, I've been using a multicooker for 1.5 years. Like everything!!!!
But food began to stick to the bowl. I decided to change the bowl. And everywhere they write that it is out of production !?
Tell me what happened !? And is it possible to get the bowl somewhere else or replace it with an analogue !?
Probably, this question is for the BRAND representatives !? More details: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=147299.0

Here read about it.

I want to cook yoghurt in a multicooker. And now I have a question. Can you make special yoghurt cups? And cups of any company or only brand ones are suitable there?
N @ dezhd @
Girls, take me to your company of lovers 37501, it happened, I finally bought it. Urrra !!! They brought me to work with delivery, since I could not meet the courier at home, so my colleagues were all exhausted, why would I need another slow cooker. But they do not understand their happiness, dark! And I tell them "wait, I'll buy a pressure cooker in a month"
And tomorrow I plan to make pilaf. I will try to make friends with my new assistant.

Of course, you can. You can cook in any jars that suit you in size (one large or several small ones).

Hope, congratulations on one more slow cooker joy !!!

The bowls appeared. I would like to ask the Brand's representatives whether the bowls will appear on sale from partners (on Ozone, for example), or whether the company will exclusively sell them itself. It is painfully inconvenient to pick up by self.
SwetaS
Girls and boys, can someone enlighten me, dense. I ordered an additional bowl, then I remembered about the O-ring, began to look and saw that it was offered both separately and complete with a removable plate. Why do you need an additional O-ring, I know. Why would you need a plate as well? Is it worth ordering a kit, or is it unnecessary?
Luysia
You did the right thing to order an additional plate. With one, you cook milk porridge and bake pastries. And from the second, everything else (aromatic with garlic, bell pepper, etc.).

And an additional ring is needed so that it would be possible to change it if suddenly something happened to the old one. There you need to bend such petals (I looked yesterday). But this is already as a repair of the plate itself.

Please tell me, what is the optimal number of bowls for a multicooker? Two or three and how long the bowl will serve (with average use of MV).
Thank you

I have two bowls, I have been using the multicooker every day since February this year. I bought the second bowl in May. Both bowls are in good condition.
Vasilica
I have a cartoon for a year, plows every day. I even took her on vacation. Recently, I began to notice that it is already a little sticking, frying. Just today I was preparing an omelet, in some places it stuck. But everything is washed easily.
I still have a spare, but I am considering buying another one.
Rick
I also have two bowls, they are constantly used. I'm thinking about a spare one, but I don't know ... For six months of daily use, the bowl is in excellent condition. I have the second cartoon since May. Also with two bowls. One is still not enough.
AntiLEXX
I want to buy, but I don't know which one or the new 502 or this 37501.Interested in filming production of 37501? And then spare parts (for example, in a year) can be found for her, and will the service centers accept it again?
Or is it just better to take 502 and not suffer?
who will advise what?
Thank you!
Manna
Brand 37501 is discontinued. The last (!) Batch of accessories for this model is on sale right now. Of course, they will accept it in the service, but whether it will be repaired or written off is a question of the availability of spare parts (will they run out by that time). Personally, I like 37501 better. I haven't heard of any breakdowns. If you buy 37501, then you immediately need to buy a bowl.
Basja
Girls and boys - users of the Brand 37501 multicooker, tell me, what can you set the cooking time and temperature yourself - is there a multi-cook? Or am I confusing something?
Manna
Yes that's right. Brand 37501 has a "Manual" mode - this is a multi-cook.
Basja
Oh, girls, you can ask a question: here are the specifications: "Specifications Brand 37501"
Manufacturer: Brand
Number of preinstalled programs: 12
Power, W: 980
Volume, l: 5
Delayed start: Yes
Bowl coating: Teflon
Cooking time adjustment: No
Temperature control: Yes
Type: Multicooker
Control: Electronic
Color: Other
Warranty: 1 year
Country of origin: China
I was confused by the item Time adjustment no. I ordered for 5990 rubles. but here I saw a completely different price 3950. The difference is 2 thousand. Well, I don't really want to overpay.

py. sy. where the price is 3950 - not on sale. But the question remains. If I need to set the temperature to 40 * and the time to 2 hours, I cannot do it?

You can. In Manual mode.
Rick
For Rice and Buckwheat, the time can be changed on all programs. And on the Manual also the temperature.
Basja
Rick and thank you, that seems to have read everything, but you can see that I missed something somewhere.
Today I want to order an additional additional saucepan and a double boiler, the one on top.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @

and a double boiler, the one on top.
If the multicooker is manufactured in 2013, then the set will include two steamers: an upper and a lower one.
Basja
I do not know what year of release, I wrote a message to the online store about the equipment - they are silent "like partisans"

The 37501 has automatic modes and modes that allow you to adjust the time and temperature.
For example, the mode of milk porridge - you can adjust the cooking time, but you cannot adjust the temperature.
You can change the temperature only in MANUAL mode and additionally select the cooking time.

37501 - remained only with some of our wholesale buyers and others do not, then they are unlikely to greatly discount the price, since the multicooker is high-quality and popular.
If you see that the price is lower for a product, but there is no product, then this store uses a popular model like a duck to attract customers to its website.

Nina, with one (bottom) steamer was the first batch of multicooker released in 2011. I do not think that since then someone has had them in their warehouses, because the model is popular and well-bought. Therefore, the probability of having two steamers in the multicooker you ordered is almost 100%. But it doesn't hurt to clarify, of course.
Basja
Hurray, hurray, hurray !!! They brought me a cartoon today. I did not find it about the year of release, but the set includes both steamers, a measuring cup, a spatula, a deep spoon and a plastic lid, as well as a recipe book. My uncle told me that if something happens I can return this product within 14 days, and that they will come and pick it up themselves. So it will be necessary to test it for "strength" in the coming days. Thanks to everyone who took part and answered my questions.
SOVA040581
Both me and I were brought Brand 37501 !!! Already 2 pcs. snapped off, myself and my mother. Take in your ranks. I am cheated now.I am so glad! And the courier seller, so good, told everything, showed everything. Now the main thing is to decide what to cook in it for the first time.

Just do not forget to keep the porridge heated for at least half an hour! And I like to make yoghurt and in Brandik

Thanks for the advice, I'll hold you. And I take the yogurt maker right away, because I’m for a multicooker, so I’ve already thought of tasks, she will be busy with me, but I don’t want to

And why am I, I didn’t go to this forum before, but now I’ll catch up.

So I went in one day ... Now there are two multicooker (plus one more for my mother), I stand in line for a Brand's bread maker and painfully ponder whether I need an airfryer
Just come here
Oh, don’t say, some waste, but benefit for the whole family, we're not selfish.

And instead of a yogurt maker, I immediately took the second cartoon, as they say, two in one, so that you could make yogurt in the second if Brandik is busy, and you could cook something else in it, again, if Brandik is busy.
Girls! With new clothes you! I am sure that they will only delight!

I came to show here too. This summer I got a small ladle from Uuterra (on a tip Ksyusha, for which thank you)
I use this ladle as a culinary spoon - I spread out the finished dish from the bowls of the multicooker (and side dishes, and meat, and soups, and porridge). Very comfortably. The peculiarity of this rug is that its front wall is soft, which allows you to very carefully clean the bowl. Here, for example, a bowl after milk rice porridge extracted from it with this crumb
Multicooker Brand 37501
In general, I highly recommend this ladle
Here's another example, but already from another multicooker (small for 2l), she poured soup from the bowl with this ladle

Mannyash, Congratulations! Where else did she brag?

And I also use this ladle to pour the milk combined with the yogurt starter from a saucepan with a ceramic coating into jars.
Manna
Zhenechka, yes, yes, we already know, they already handed you over to us Small he, small I crumple the rest of the ladles are exactly TWO times more

KsyunechkaI'm so happy thanks to you
I was showing off while still in Temko with that little cartoon that is on the second photo

I've seen that one ... with all the giblets ...
Softpaw
Girls hello everyone !!! I finally thought to make yogurt for a child
Tell me how to do it correctly in a mule and most importantly what kind of milk you need and most importantly what kind of leaven !!!
Softpaw
And what kind of spatula is so wonderful? What kind of firm? She also wanted one.
Where in St. Petersburg can you buy?
Manna
Softpaw, it is imperative to sterilize everything that comes into contact with milk and sourdough. I would advise you to ferment not in the bowl itself, but in sterilized glass jars on a silicone mat or napkin. You can take pasteurized milk, and Lactin or Evitalia starter culture (and a very small child? Then you can take lactin bifidum). Pour slightly warm water into the bowl up to the shoulders of the jars. Well, on the "Yogurt" mode for 8 hours somewhere. One bag of lactin is diluted into 2 liters, mixed thoroughly and poured into jars. After that, the mixture is no longer stirred until complete cooking. In no case is anything added except milk and leaven.

The spatula is that ladle that I showed? It is sold in Uuterra stores. In St. Petersburg in the shopping and entertainment center "Raduga" Pr. Cosmonauts, 14, lit. A.

Any small jars will do? High are suitable for baby food or is it better to buy special ones ??

And a rug and a napkin why?

And what is the firm of the blade? I would ask my mother to go buy it :-) so maybe she showed a picture on the website and maybe an article to make it easier to find
And is it expensive?

Any will do. A rug so that the bottom of the bowl is not damaged by the jars.

I realized thanks!!! And how to dilute the starter culture on the packaging is written?

A sachet of Lactin starter culture can ferment from 1 to 3 liters of milk. I ferment in half liter jars. Up to 4 jars, or 3 x 0.7 each, stand in our bowl. Just small jars of baby food, even for 1 liter of milk, are 10 jars. How to put them in a bowl and then pour water? In my opinion, this is inconvenient. And then it is inconvenient to get yogurt out of tall narrow jars.
You can still take ultra-pasteurized milk, then you don't need to boil it, but just warm it up.

Thanks for the tip !!!
The girls at the mule's watch ran 20 minutes ahead! All the time I forget to take this time into account when postponing!
Can I somehow change the time or is this part of the mule not collapsible?
Basja
Softpaw, reset the settings and reinstall, in my opinion on page 9
Manna
Softpaw, the time is changed by long pressing on "Delay".

And here are my first steps in general in multicooking in our Brandosh. Yesterday my husband brought her right away, washed her, cooked rice-millet porridge, everything turned out well, an hour on milk porridge and then another half hour on heating. Just right.
Today I baked a pie with oat dough and currants from Cartoon. For dinner I made a Sunny Orange Chicken from Solena. Everything worked out. The pie is not ah, but I overdid the oatmeal, the dough turned out to be thick, and I put the currants heartily, so when I opened the lid, the top was floating almost in juice. But the pie stood, froze and did not even jump out of surprise, and the bowl stood in hot water for about 5 minutes, washed off perfectly. Many thanks to all! I will continue to master! Only when would you have time to eat so much? And I would also like to sit on a diet before NG, lose weight.

I have questions. Forgive me my darkness, but I have the first electric pot in my life, so for now I am afraid of everything, I have chosen it for so long, I suffered, one might say, it is scary to ruin:
Should the lid be kept open only when frying? Can't close on frying?
Is it possible to open the watch during the operation of all modes?
What's the best way to open the lid? So that the condensate gets into the grooves around the bowl as if from above, I don't know how to call them more clearly.
And it is also very important: how to properly care?
Just wash the bowl and wipe it away from the water around the top? Should you remove the lid plate? Valve? Silicone ring?

And the last thing: what else should you buy while you still have it? The cup is clear - by the way, tell me which one is better: gold or black? Vei only replied to me that she liked gold more, and somewhere on a branch she read that black is better. Should you buy a silicone ring and a plate? Concerns are especially strong due to the fact that this unit has been discontinued.
Vei
Flax, losing weight to NG is unlikely to succeed, curiosity and goodies will do their job)))
Both black and gold bowls are absolutely identical in quality, the only difference is in color. The golden color is more pleasant to my eye, the dishes look better, you can see everything better and the eye rejoices.

Why do you need an internal plate? What are you supposed to do with her? Although if for your own peace of mind, then it is not so expensive. Better to buy another bowl and set of good silicone spatulas, spoons, ladles, slotted spoons and baking dishes.
Rick
You can open and watch on any program, except "Baking", well, it's like in the oven, it's better not to bother baking. It is undesirable to open "Rice" and "Buckwheat" on the touch programs, the work of the program gets lost. I open the lid by simply pressing the button; I do not hold the lid itself. And I look after as needed. More often I just wipe everything with a cloth, remove the plate when it gets dirty, but this very rarely happens.
helgoncha
Thank you so much!
Another question. I read somewhere on a branch that girls use the Simmering mode for frozen foods. Would like to clarify how you cook soup from frozen meat and vegetables? I did not find anything similar in the recipes. Tell me please!
Rick
If I have time, I defrost the meat a little in a micron, and then I fry it in a multitool. And if not, I just fry it a little, and then add water. The cooking time, of course, I add then. In general, I look at the situation.
Oca
I was at a loss what topic to ask. Presented just such a cabbage 🔗
