I wrote about the final product, and not about the 37501st))) once I tried the pier. porridge on a postponement, we do not like this. Only about this we were talking about Tastes are different for everyone.
Cooked porridge that has stood as long as needed on heating - we eat this with a bang, with any cereal.
I know about the product. And you have the 502, right?
From what can the taste change, from what is in the milk and water for several hours or from the fact that the cartoon is different?
I mean, I have no negative effect from the postponement. But I don't have a delay of more than 6 hours, or even less as a rule. I go to bed late, but I get up early, I don't have time to shed anything special.)))
The only thing is, if the rice is soaked for a long time, it badly affects the taste ...

Yes, but I have never done porridge in it before. Doing in Panasik 10 or 181.

I'm not saying that it turns out to be tasteless, we just did not like the degree of boil-off during the delay (everything is very boiled), that is, the consistency of such porridge. This is what I mean

I don’t know what “grits” are, I have cereals written on the pack .. And it also happens in different grinds. Maybe it still depends on this?
Groats are crushed groats. For example, there is buckwheat (unground) and buckwheat (crushed, chopped). Often grits are also called grits. By the way, flattened grains are also called cereals, although we often call them flakes.
Quote: Vasilica

Girls, this is our Mannochka loves such porridge. And who loves thinner, then you need to cook 1: 6.
Yes, yes, I usually cook all milk porridge (water: milk 1: 1) in the proportion of cereal: liquid 1: 3 (1: 4). I agree that cereals boil faster and better in water than in milk. I don’t cook porridge with milk alone.
valushka-s
I remember, I remember, as a teenager () I decided to cook rice milk porridge for myself, and they taught me the same way (though I don’t remember who anymore), first you cook it in water, and only then you add milk, and you cook on to the desired consistency !!! and always got delicious porridge!
and somehow there was not enough milk, so I added condensed milk
Softpaw
Hello girls! at the expense of the "splashes" from the multi, I think that I really did not let it cool down after frying ... now I let it cool down and then I just turn on the extinguishing!
thanks for the advice !!!

p. from. Girls, you do not know, the bowls are not on sale yet ??? I want to immediately buy a spare, yellow one))))
Tatoshenka
Girls, I ask for advice, like the experienced! I decided to buy myself another cartoon, the choice seems to fall on 37501, so I want to dispel the last doubts, take or not take - that is the question, or would you advise to pay attention to some other?
Manna
And what is the question then? Maybe you somehow concretize it?

I read what I wrote there and it became incomprehensible myself ... Doubts arose due to the fact that they were produced by another manufacturer, and I also look that pressure cookers are being purchased more and more often now, maybe it's better to look at them? For example 6050? Our progress does not stand still, so I think, maybe I can look at some newer model, more sophisticated or something?
Vei
I really like 37501, and I have it, but I like to cook in pressure cookers more and more, and therefore I propose to take either 6050 (a proven version), or wait another month or two and take the new 6051.
Manna
And I like the multicooker more. And in pressure cookers I like to bake and steam under pressure. And I like both 37501 and 6050. Both models are good

When I cleaned up the closet again, I found the remains of the Zepter vacuum bags. I refused to use them a long time ago due to the high price of the original packages and the impossibility of replacing them. I only use large glass jars as a marinator. And then I found a couple of bags and decided to test the now fashionable sous-vide technology. She poured pretty hot water into the bowl of cherries - 60 degrees, turned on Manual 80 gr for 1.5 hours. I took chicken fillet, salted, seasoned, slightly greased with soft butter, placed in a bag, sealed. Immersed in hot water. I closed the lid. After the end of the program, the fillet was taken out of the bag and very quickly fried on both sides until golden brown. She threw grated cheese on top. The result surprised me. The breast turned out to be unimaginably juicy, tender. She disappeared instantly without any garnish and sauce - she didn't really have time to photograph.
Multicooker Brand 37501
Before that, I cooked the breast in milk (I threw the marinated breast into boiled milk and kept it on heating for an hour. It seemed very juicy and tasty. But in the package it is much juicier and more aromatic. The next thing I will try is, probably, pink salmon sous-vide. ... And not in a vacuum, but in bags with a zip-lock. ”The vacuum" bites "painfully.
But once I read Admin's recipe about cooking in my own juice, why didn't I?
PalmP
And I cooked the salmon in a cherry at 60 gr. directly in a vacuum package, as I bought it (only defrosted). Only then I slightly seasoned and salted.
Multicooker Brand 37501
I seasoned the potatoes and pumpkin in a baking bag, from which I somehow evacuated air with the help of a cocktail tube and a Zepter device, and tied it up to 80 grams for 1 hour into the Orson processor. The dinner was a success.
Rick
Did I understand correctly that the products were in vacuum bags? And if you do this in a regular baking bag? Or is it fundamentally what is in a vacuum? Wouldn't it be so juicy in a vacuum?
PalmP
Su-vid technology involves cooking in a vacuum with strict maintenance of a low-temperature regime. But more important is precisely the constancy of temperature. The main thing is to get rid of the air inside the bag as much as possible. We managed to do this pretty well in a regular baking bag with a suction. You can use zip-lock bags by squeezing out the air well. Some people recommend using plain plastic wrap (in two layers). I often cooked in a bag, though more steamed, it was delicious. But I did it at modes more than 100 degrees. When languishing in its own juice at the lowest possible temperature, a completely different result is obtained. Different structure of meat-fish. And very juicy. Excellent application of manual mode. It's a pity only a step of only 20 degrees. My 502 will return - there will be more space - a step of 5 degrees. But the cherry keeps the temperature stable and while I'm experimenting with 60 and 80 grams.
Rick
Very interesting! I want to try to make chicken fillet like that, but I have never heard of sous-vide technology. And fish at 60 gr. prepared?
PalmP
The fish boiled and turned out to be very tender and juicy. I took as a basis the table from the instructions for the Steba SousVide SV1 - this is a special device.
Multicooker Brand 37501
So far, I'm just experimenting and I like the result. And the manual mode is very useful here.
PalmP
By the way, I want to make a proposal to Brand representatives... It may be possible to create an analogue of such a device. It seems like nothing complicated - the main thing is to strictly maintain the temperature (although it may be just that difficult - these devices are too expensive) More or less a decent price only from Shteba, but they are not supplied to Belarus ... Why should not Brand become a pioneer in the Russian market (and my native Belarus) and in the production of the SousVide apparatus. This technology is very fashionable these days. Used in restaurants with a bang.Ideal for healthy food advocates. And if cooked in sous-vide is immediately fried over high heat, the result will satisfy the most demanding gourmets.

Hello! Girls, take to the ranks of "cartoons"! In 2 days my husband will bring a Brand 37501 multicooker !!! This is my first slow cooker! Oh, and it was a difficult choice! First I chose between Brand 502 and Polaris 0517 new. But I stopped at 37501! And now I still doubt between 502 and 37501, what are their fundamental differences? (Not counting 502 multi-cooks)?

The proposal for a new surf is interesting.
But we have a model of a multicooker 502, where there is a manual cooking mode, the temperature on which can be set from 25 degrees to 130 in steps of 5 degrees. You can try cooking Su Vid in it.

Minor differences aside, I would highlight 2:
- bowl cover,
- maximum cooking temperature.
Thank you for choosing the Brand multicooker.

Thank you for choosing the Brand multicooker.

The defining choice of the Brand multicooker was also for me an online consultation, how do you react to questions from members of the forum! Thank you! I hope my copy of the multicooker will be successful!
talli
Hooray! : yahoo: I am a happy owner of Brand 37501 !!!
My husband brought a champagne multicooker! Such a delicate pleasant color suits our kitchen. Now is the end of the cooking time for my first steamed lemon dish. As I turned it on, it was something, so cautiously, fearing something, I rechecked everything, even canceled the start and turned it on for the second time very quickly, I got used to it!
The smell was from a silicone ring, it smelled like new silicone, if you sniff it, and so, everything sniffed, there was no smell. Let's see how and what will happen when I cook a real dish!
Girls, I'm so happy !!! My husband says that it was as if I flew to the moon!

talli , congratulations on your new assistant! let it make you happy with sweets! she can do anything !!!

Thank you!!! For now, I will take the tried and tested recipes, and later I will begin to "create" myself.

Tell me, about the lemon steamed, I turned off the cartoon, waited a little and took out the bowl, and there on the heating element it was as if there were stains in a circle in the middle (everything was ok on the inside of the bowl, nothing), before turning it on, I wiped everything off - it was dry , is this so necessary? Or did I do something wrong? Thank you.
Yes, and the O-ring still smells of silicone - is it already possible to cook or still boil a lemon?

there is a lot of useful information on various issues, and recipes, and how to cook porridge, and how our girls tested the new 37501!
....... and many answers to the most frequently asked questions. on 1 page.
specks form on the heating element sooner or later.
I just wipe NE a little, and in general I don’t bother about it.
I mostly have a clean bowl in the multit, except for the cooking time!
I am already accustomed to putting ready-made, cooled dishes into glass pans. I feel so comfortable.
I would wash the removable cover thoroughly again, and I hope the smell from the silicone ring will no longer remain.

you will very quickly get used to the mule, and it will seem that you have always had it! good luck!

By the way, the second course was warming up. Everything warmed up remarkably and quickly, washed the float. the ring-smell remained from the heated dish, washed it again with the agent, now it is lying like that, in the evening I will put the porridge for the morning on a reprieve. I'll see if the porridge smells like the previous dish.

talli , I specifically looked at the receipts, but I can't even say anything definite,
did not seem to notice much difference. but somehow the number of consumed kilowatts is slipping away from me.
I must also ask the girls! I have an electric stove, and it is the most voracious of all electrical engineering!
and I also have more kitchen appliances. but I don't see the difference in kilowatts. but now I use a lot of electrical appliances!

I have a gas stove, but the boiler pulls a lot, for a month it's 450 kW

Then you won't notice the difference at all. We consume only 200 kW per month, plus or minus 20, and we did not notice the difference after the appearance of multi.

Girls! Somehow I can’t figure it out with my cartoon!
Today, oatmeal porridge, put on a delay from the evening, milk, tried to run away from above the lid in the "porridge shoots". What I did wrong? Proportion: porridge-0.5 ms. , 3 m. From. water and 1 m. s. milk, liquid too much turned out, maybe because of this?
And yet, the silicone pad smells like the dish before last, that is, I cooked chicken legs with potatoes stewed in sauce, as in the recipe book, for the 2nd day it smells, although soap and vinegar and detergent.
Do you always need to disassemble and clean the valve? I rinse it after each preparation, otherwise there is also the smell of the cooking dish.
Is it in all the owners of multi, or do I have "hook hands"?
Rick
About the runningness of porridge here wrote.
I wash the valve as needed. And the lid too. And I keep the cartoon open, or ajar, so that it can be ventilated. After washing and airing, the smell of the previous dishes does not remain. Although it still depends on your sense of smell, how much you smell.

I, too, when I'm not cooking, I keep the lid open, and the smell is on the silicone ring, but this is when you smell it, I guess I'm really a "dog breed"

Hello!
Today I received a parcel with Cherry and I haven't cooked anything yet. I want to ask - the clock in the cartoon shows the wrong time, is this the way it should be, or can you somehow adjust it to show the correct time?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @

The time on the new multicooker is not set correctly, this is normal.
To set the current time, follow the instructions on page 9.

but you still read the instructions. some questions will disappear by themselves!
good luck learning!

Rick
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @! Ksyusha! Tell me, please, if I'm not mistaken, once you made steamed chopped vegetables for Olivier, in my opinion. How long did you exhibit?
Rick
I thought so, put it on for about half an hour. Can you put eggs directly into the water? And let them boil there as usual. Or can they damage the bowl coating from strong bubbling?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Zhen, I usually cook eggs on the lower steamer, that is, they are also steamed. I did not try to dip it into the water.
Rick
I steamed the eggs, but in water I like the way they turn out. More gentle, or something. I think, in order not to risk it, you can put eggs on the lower steamer, and pour enough water to cover the eggs. Then they will not dangle along the bottom of the bowl, and they are boiled in water.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Oh, you can try, of course, but I think the water will then be under the very top steamer.
If I'm not mistaken, Elena Bo wrote that she cooks eggs just in a bowl in water (only in 37502 like) and everything is fine with her.
Vei
And now I only boil eggs for a couple, they are easier to clean, at least for me. I also cook in the lower insert.

Ksyushk @ -Plyushk @, Vei, valushka-s! Thanks for the advice! Here is the result - my okroshka.
Multicooker Brand 37501
The eggs were steamed on the lower steamer, on the top - diced potatoes. It was ready in 15 minutes! I set 30 minutes at first, and when there were 16 minutes left on the scoreboard, I climbed into the pan (the scoreboard fogged up, I climbed to push the potatoes apart), I looked - and it's done! And the eggs are like boiled in water. Apparently, before I just digested them. Under the potatoes, so that they would not fall through the holes, put the gauze.
And special thanks to Lisa Vei and Masha Masinen for a cube cutter. Okroshka in 15 minutes is super!
Rick

Oh, Ksyusha, I'm so happy! Even when I read the topic "Testing ...", I thought, why cook chopped vegetables? I always cut the already cooked ones. Now I appreciate it!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
At first, I also thought it was nonsense to cook chopped vegetables. And when the guests unexpectedly came and I had to think about the salad from the frozen Mexican mixture, oh, how I appreciated the dicing.
