Something, however, had to be replaced: milk for 33% cream (no milk was found at home), so I did not put vegetable oil. And my daughter spent two days practicing baking meringues, so ten yolks in a jar were in the refrigerator. I added yolks to the dough and to the cottage cheese not by the piece, but approximately (pouring from the jar). And there were still a little frozen plums in halves and I laid them out under the souffle, sprinkled with a little cinnamon sugar (with cinnamon). I ground the cottage cheese with a blender, but not too hard, not into a paste. I beat the squirrels with a mixer, and the funny thing is that I can't do it! I beat it by hand with a whisk perfectly, but if with a mixer, then I never know what will come of it. And now it turned out to be a lush, but slightly fluid mass.
