Golden cheesecakes with dried apricots

Ingredients

cottage cheese 500 g
carrot 2 pcs
sugar 2-3 st. spoons
semolina 1.5 tbsp. spoons
egg 1 PC
dried apricots 50 g
flour 3 tbsp. spoons
vegetable oil
vanilla sugar 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Peel the carrots, grate on a fine grater. Pour dried apricots with boiling water and chop finely. Beat the egg with sugar and a pinch of salt. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve (I rubbed it in a blender), mix with carrots, dried apricots, vanilla sugar, semolina and a beaten egg.
  • Form curd cakes, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil.
  • Serve with sour cream, thick yoghurt or honey.

Note

Together with dried apricots, I had some more prunes dangling. She also added.
We ate with honey, it seems to me that it tastes better and more aromatic.
Not fainting, but you can eat, especially since there are so many useful ingredients!
