Well, I really don't want to get into this pie. I bake for the third time this week. Mine will never get enough. Yesterday the truth was made small. There was only 300 grams of cottage cheese, and I calculated the cottage cheese filling for this amount. Sand base and protein top are half the norm. And all because the cake according to this recipe turns out to be amazingly tasty. A sand base, a curd soufflé and a delicate protein cap ... this is a dump of your head, how delicious. I put cornstarch in the curd filling, I didn't really like it with the pudding (and if you also add lemon zest, then fse, goodbye waist as they say). The first times I could not even take a picture, everything is piece by piece, then another piece and another ... only sand crumbs remained. But this time, I first dispersed everyone with the words "Hands removed" The people around me understood the seriousness of my intentions and parted in unison. I took a picture and rushed here to say a big big thank you for the recipe. I am your fan forever

I put cornstarch in the curd filling
and do not tell the proportion how much starch to add? Just indicate, please, for which portion (full / half), otherwise I'm completely ignorant in this matter.

Katerina, for a full serving, I put 40 grams of cornstarch, for half, respectively, 20 grams.

Thank you so much.

And you can, please, clarify.
Yolks 4 pcs. Eggs 2 pcs.
I understand correctly this is 4 egg yolks (no protein) + 2 normal eggs (white + yolk)

Yes everything is correct! : girl-yes: Unused proteins in the dough and cheese mass will go on the meringue on top of the cake.

Thank you aola and everyone who shared their experience here.
I did half a portion, it came out not very even for me, somewhere the parchment stuck and peeled off along with the cheesecake, but for me even the fact that something came out is an achievement
Delicious! The only thing that for me personally, not a sweet tooth, is too sweet, but that's already the tenth thing.

It's just something! Delicious! I made half a portion with starch. They ate it still warm, I like the casseroles that way.

She baked for a long time, I found a photo today. The cheesecake turned out to be very tasty. Only my bottom layer turned out to be damp (you can see it in the photo). Now I think - is it due to the fact that vanilla pudding (or cornstarch) was not added to the cheese filling? Do I understand correctly that he had to take on the excess liquid? The recipe was then found on the Internet (then I was not yet a constant fan of the Bread Maker), but it is completely identical with this recipe, except for pudding (starch.)

Anna, I did it with starch, there were no problems.

Rita, thank you, it means it's all the same in starch, I'll try again.
