And what are these cool ones?

Cuckoo seems cool to me, for example, CMC-HE 1054 (5-layer bowl coating with marble spraying, temperature setting function, heating mode, voice guide), Element FWA 01 PB El'Chef (induction, 9 layers coating does not form perfluoroactan acid, also speaking, self-cleaning mode, 2-level steamer basket, many sensors), Bork U700 (induction, oven and slow cooker mode, temperature control, rubberized feet, funny, but I would really like to have them, as well as the ability to cancel heating, not remember which pressure cooker has this function), oursson mp5005psd (pressure adjustment, 2-level basket-steamer, cooking mode programming, ceramic bowl). With a stretch Brand 6050, Philips HD 2173 and Redmond RMC-M 110, mine can do everything the same (except for popcorn, although I haven't tried it, and I won't)))), but they are prettier and more solid. If there was a choice, I would take one of the latter, a saucepan that is more expensive than a refrigerator is not yet ready to buy. I already love my Sinbo 5008, but without ecstasy, with ecstasy I love the food processor and call my wife)))

interesting .. why do we have a search engine only for hotplates with such a number?
tigrra
I don’t know I was looking for the program, but he gives out these tiles. This simba is probably a purely local spill of sk.
saunio
Eh, girls, the search engine also gave me only electric stoves. Yes, I'm used to it. Some models are being brought to our region that you cannot find on the Internet, and if you do find it, then either only on the Asian-Caucasian sites of the CIS, or information from three years ago. And I was looking for refrigerators, and split systems recently - a deaf number. There is no alternative to a pressure cooker, only mechanical tefal, about which, by the way, there is no information either. We have a lot of equipment from different Turkish companies. There is Arzum, Fakir, Shinbo, Beko, and some others, but so far I haven’t acquired anything like that, I was afraid. And a simple pressure cooker cloned from other models, it seems to me, is difficult to spoil, especially since the Chinese made it, and I trust them, they copy well))) Shinbo cost 55 American money, so I decided to give it to myself on February 23 , while I chose gifts for my dear-dear-beloved, even though the pressure cooker was not needed, but .... here I am))) So far I am happy)))) I collected books on the Internet with recipes from other pressure cookers, conducted an analysis, made conclusions and I use it successfully)) It's more difficult with photographs, I cook in the evening, the lighting does not contribute to a good picture, but you take a bad picture - no one wants to repeat it))) By the way, the madras chicken sauce was the color of this ... this ... well, white + yellow + mustard + fried onions, here))) And today I stuffed the remains of that chicken into a bun mixed with a salad of carrots a la in Korean. That was really delicious!

No, in our country pressure cookers are not poured))) Mine was poured in China)) For Russian-speaking Turks, probably))))
tigrra
Yes, you can order from Turkey rather than from Turkmenistan: Well, can you still post the pictures? I think to buy a simba for 7 liters, but somehow the modes are still confusing. Although the girls baked and boiled milk ...
saunio
tigrra, don't be confused by the modes. You can safely use only the "pressure hold" button. I poke at the mode, from the time of which less correction needs to be done. For example, I have baked charlotte three times already, first, according to the buttons, in the mode two times cake (18 minutes by default) + porridge 10 minutes, then cake 33 (maximum for cake) + cake 12 minutes, and the last time on beans (40 minutes by by default, up to 60 possible) set 45 minutes, the pressure was not recruited, there is not so much moisture in the charlotte, all three times turned out to be the same and tasty, the color is also identical. I cooked milk porridge only in a pot, I don't need a lot. Barley and semolina. Both turned out well.

It's more of a slow cooker than a pressure cooker but still pretty. And in this 4 liters and there, in my opinion, 7 liters
saunio
In a recipe book for a pressure cooker, Philips found a dish that seemed interesting.
Chicken in mustard sauce
Cooking time: 18 minutes
Quantity: 4 servings
Ingredients:
Chicken - about 700 g (any parts: legs, thighs, white meat)
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
Mustard - 80 g
Water - 200 g
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Mushrooms - 200 g
Spices to taste
Preparation and cooking:
You can take one medium-sized chicken and cut it into pieces yourself. Wash, dry, salt and pepper to taste (you can use curry or a ready-made chicken seasoning mixture). Pour to the bottom
containers of vegetable oil, put the chicken pieces in one row. Slice and add mushrooms to the chicken. For the sauce, take mustard, dilute it with water, add a couple of chopped garlic cloves. Salt a little, considering that you have already salted the chicken, pour this sauce over the chicken.
It would be nice if the level of the sauce was slightly higher than the chicken. Select the pressure cooker CHICKEN mode,
move the valve to the “Closed” position, press the START button.

I had boneless chicken thighs 400g. Cut into pieces 2x2cm or whatever happens. She greased the bottom of the pressure cooker with vegetable oil and laid the chicken, salted and pepper. She put canned chopped mushrooms on top (half a can remained). I mixed one tablespoon of mustard with the proud name "Dijon", but just weak and sweetish, mixed with 100 ml of hot water, squeezed out two cloves of garlic there and poured chicken with mushrooms (the pressure cooker is large, so the sauce level barely reached the middle of the chicken, so I and I don't cook soup, why do I need so much water). Put 5 medium potatoes, cut into segments, on a steaming wire rack. At first I wanted to support the French mustard with thyme, but my pressure cooker will soon smell like it at all)))))) Therefore, I just sprinkled the ready-made potatoes with dill and added a little butter. I set the time to 15 minutes. The pressure was collected for 5 minutes. At the end of the program, she waited 3 minutes and released the pressure. In total, it took 25 minutes to prepare the dish and another 5 minutes to prepare. It turned out delicious.

I had a holiday, I cook a lot, so I didn't intend to bake and bought a cake. However, an hour before the arrival of the guests, I decided to play it safe, otherwise the cake would suddenly turn out to be tasteless. The pressure cooker was idle, so it was put into operation.

Sponge cake with berries
Beat 3 eggs with 150 ml of sugar until white foam, while beating, little by little added 120 ml of flour mixed with ½ pack of baking powder. I put a silicone mat on the bottom of the pressure cooker, greased it with oil and poured some biscuit dough. I distributed the berries evenly (I picked cherries, currants and grapes in the freezer) and filled it with the remaining dough. I set the time to 40 minutes. The height of the finished biscuit is 4cm.

Multicooker Sinbo SCO 5024

Of course, the biscuit would have baked in the oven faster, but while the pressure cooker was working, I managed to take a shower and bring beauty to it)))

Hammer71
Good evening everyone. I bought my wife a Sinbo SCO 5024 Multicooker for March 8, I have already tried to cook a lot, most of all I like pilaf and stewed potatoes. So far, I have only tried porridge with oatmeal and for some reason it runs away from us. Composition of porridge: 1.5 mul. Art. flakes, 4 mult. Art. milk, 2 cartoon water column, s. spoon sugar, 0.5 tsp salt. I set the Rice mode for 1 hour, but it starts to run away at about 20 minutes, it helps a little if you remove the valve from the cover. In what ways are we not pea? Why is he running away?
I read several interesting recipes, although you need to cook there in the mode MULTI-COOK... Do we have this mode ??? If so, how does it turn on? Thank you!!!
Zima
Because there is no Milk Porridge program in this multicooker. The Rice program is cereals on the water, the temperature in this program rises above 100C. Milk porridge must be cooked on the Multipovar 100C, the only thing, as far as I remember, there is no delay in this program - I don’t know how in the latest versions of this model, but the Multipovar program was purchased 1.5 years ago.

Also, be careful with the close button - this infection the contraption breaks for many (it broke for me too).

Good luck!

Thanks for the answer!!! My multicooker is exactly the same as on the first page, it turns out that the multi-cook is not there. And if you try it in Soup mode?

Oh, sorry, I already got confused in my cartoons, this one has not been in the house for almost a year, the nuances have been forgotten. Not a Multicook. Here Program Fry from 40C, set Fry to 100C and forward.
You can try it on Soup, but if the portion is rather big, let's say about 1 liter of milk, cereal to taste. The ratio of 1: 5 is considered classic in multicooker. Just don't go far, for the first time anyway. If there is little liquid (the portion is small), then the milk may overheat and escape. And now we have producers from which only milk doesn’t make: powdered milk - runs away, milk with the addition of soda - too. The milk is not entirely fresh - it can also run away.
If porridge is needed by a timer, some owners of multicooker without the Mol. porridge, boiled in Soup, but so on a water bath. That is, water is poured into a bowl, and cereals with milk are poured into another, smaller container and this container is placed in a bowl of water. In this way, you can cook a small portion.

Yes, with a button it should be, and more gentle.
Hammer71
Excellent! Frying 100g. time 40 minutes and the porridge turned out excellent and never ran away.
Zima
I'm glad you did it!
This multicooker is very good, but like any one has its own nuances, pros and cons.
Some more tips:
-Rice- program for side dishes. Works until the liquid is evaporated. Heats the water for a long time, as if soaking the cereals, so the total cooking time is a little more than an hour. But, if you open the lid during operation, the cooking time will increase by about 15 minutes. In general, it is better not to touch the lid in the process - you are tortured to wait. If you need to quickly I used the Pasta program for 20 minutes. There water boils very quickly, after boiling, a signal is heard, add food and press the Start button again. It turns out the principle is like on a stove, only you do not need to follow.
-the logo below, its letters quickly begin to peel off, the edges are very sharp! Not one of the users intermarried with her in blood. Very carefully, if there are children who can reach it, it can even neatly peel it off.
- the non-stick coating of the pan is of very poor quality, it starts to stick to it very quickly: a month, maybe two to hold out. You can immediately look for a spare.
- I don’t know how it is now, but in previous batches, while the program was running, it was possible to see the temperatures of the lower sensor and the upper one (this is a rarity in multicooker) - it’s easier to understand the algorithm of the programs and adjust them to your kitchen.

I already wrote about the button.

wrote that I remembered, ask if that ...

If everything is so serious with the letters, you can immediately glue them with adhesive tape, which would be already for sure.

Thank you. I'm already thinking about it, I would like ceramics. Are there any options for what it is suitable for?

Yesterday, just during the preparation of porridge, I pressed the COOK button and checked the temperature, though I don't know which sensor is the temperature and how to look at the temperature of another sensor.
Zima
I didn't even think about scotch - a good idea.
If my memory serves me - Menu - shows the lower sensor, cook - the upper one.
But this is easy to check - first the lower one heats up - the upper one at this time has a low temperature, then the indicators change.
The bowls fit from Redmond 4502 - there are many options, even stainless steel. Perhaps from some other firms - I did not monitor it, I don’t know.
My multi button broke, and my husband threw it out while we were in the village, did not ask me, so there was no point in looking for a new bowl - choosing ..
Hammer71
Thanks again, I figured out the sensors. Right now I am cooking potatoes with chicken in the stewing mode according to this recipe, at the same time I checked the sensors. Top101gr. bottom 88gr.
olala90
and for semolina porridge will be enough for 20 minutes on a multi-cook? and 100 degrees is not a lot?
Zima

I cook semolina porridge according to Pokhlebkin: stirring over medium heat for 2 minutes, then remove from heat, cover with a lid and leave to blame for 15 minutes - this is on the stove.

If in a slow cooker, then: bring the milk to a boil - Frying 100C, stirring in a thin stream pour semolina so that there are no lumps and cook with the lid open for a couple of minutes, stirring, then close the lid, turn off the program and turn on the Heating. And let it stand for 10 minutes.
olala90
I want to do on a delayed start by morning
olala90
strange ... delayed start is not set in multi-cook mode, it seems like it should be (I have Sinbo 5024)
Zima
nothing strange, in this mode there is no delay start, if my memory serves me right.
this function is not available in all modes.

about the decoy on a delayed start - it seems to me it will be cocoa tasteless porridge with lumps

and what will be the norm at the delayed start?)
Zima
that porridge, which does not need to be interfered with during cooking: rice, buckwheat, millet, etc.
But in this cartoon it is necessary to adapt to the postponement, since there is no Milk Porridge program, there is no postponement on the Zharka. What remains? Rice - milk will run away, Soup - can also run away, but maybe not. Depends on milk, on the amount of food in the bowl. What portion do you plan to cook in the morning?
olala90
yes to me for 2 people. what proportions for thin millet porridge, do not tell me?
Zima
The classic ratio is 1: 5. But, someone likes it thicker and cooks 1: 4, someone loves it and cooks 1: 6. This is for the croup. Hercules 1: 3 or 1: 3.5.
And the second portion for children or men? - that's a big difference. Appetites, of course, are different for everyone, I try to estimate the total number of products in one tab in order to advise something specific.
Zima
yeah, well, then I would advise you to start with a proportion of 1 full multi-glass of cereal: 5 milk or milk + water - whatever you like, you can even take 1 liter of milk. With such proportions, you can try to make it on Soup. Only the first time cook under control, look, if you don't run away, then you can set it at night. Of course, it's still risky, since our producers like to add all kinds of nasty things to milk, soda, for example. Such milk, even on a specialized program, Milk porridge can escape (in cartoons where it is). And yet - very well rinse the cereals, especially the one that gives foam: rice, millet, etc. After washing, scald the millet with boiling water.
The second option is cooking also on the Soup 1 hour program, but in a water bath. Put the products in a saucepan, which fits into the multicooker bowl, and pour water into the multicooker bowl itself. So sure nothing will run away.
And the third option is to put the porridge on the Fry 100C program late at night for 20-30 minutes, that is, you undercooked the porridge, after the end of the cartoon program it will go to Warm up and your porridge will be cooked and cooked (languish) on the Warm up all night.

Try different options, choose which one seems more convenient and tastes better.

olala90
but how to mix the dish during the cooking process? do not need to cancel the program to open the lid?
Zima
many dishes do not need to be mixed during cooking, do not open the lid on Rice, otherwise you will be tortured to wait for the end of the program - I already wrote about this above, do not open on Baking, otherwise the biscuit will settle, but otherwise carefully open - carefully, do not burn yourself with steam, shuffle and close, the program does not need to be canceled.
Hammer71
I read in many recipes in the stewing mode, you need to cook for 1 hour, in our multicooker, the stewing mode is at least 2 hours. Can you somehow fix it for one hour so that you can throw everything and go boldly on business?
Zima
Frying 100C for 1 hour or Soup for 1 hour - experiment where you like best, Stewing itself in many cartoons is at least 2 hours, you have to somehow get out.
olala90

And I'm also wondering if you can just boil a large amount of milk in Xingbo. I take cow's milk in large quantities, but I'm afraid to give raw milk to children. So I think something like pasteurization can be arranged or not ...
