Tatiana, I also want to say that this is an excellent Easter recipe, familiar to me since childhood, I read the forum and came across it, I was surprised at the similarity of the recipe history, because my grandmother Anna (but everyone called Nyura) - always cooked it, it was on boiled yolks (from domestic chickens), and she was the miller's daughter. It's a pity there are no domestic chickens, and homemade sour cream from a cow, although you can buy all the "real" on the market. And she had a recipe for about a kilogram of cottage cheese, 5 for boiled yolks, and I remember how there was a wooden form for Easter - a big one, now I can't eat that much. Thank you for bringing the recipe to the masses.

SuslyaThank you big today did two Easter with dried cherries.
Asia1980
Thanks for the recipe! Last year I did it three times: my men ate it and asked for more! :)
Pity
Girls, soooos, tell someone the thread
If I replace cream with sour cream, do I need to whip it?

CAKE
Pity, I did not whip, all the same Easter should be compressed, and not airy
Elya_lug
Pity, it seems to me that it is better to beat, and sour cream should be 25-30% fat
OlgaYUB
Girls, the gauze was lost when moving. How can I send a form for Easter?
Elya_lug
OlgaYUB, linen pillowcase, waffle towel, I think.

I am in a hurry with another thank you! : a-kiss: Lovely pasochka! I never change this recipe. Of course, I also do other recipes for testing, but everyone at home requires this paste: girl-yes: They say: "Do not change our recipe, which has been tested by huge time and generations!"

I never cooked Easter cottage cheese, as it was not customary in our family, they just baked, this year I decided to try it, everyone praises it very much. I chose this recipe, thanks to YuliaV for the tip. I made 0.5 kg of cottage cheese. I had a small mold, half a portion fit. For a long time I did not think where to attach the other half, I adapted one kitchen trifle, it was just at hand, now I put it in the cold, tomorrow if it works out, I'll take a picture, you will laugh.

.... She grew up in a priest's family ...

at the present time, such an expression does not sound very correct.
it is correct to say "in the priest's family."

This is not the first year I have been making Easter with this recipe - it is always very tasty.
This year I have not tried it yet, but I licked a little spatula, which I used to put the curd into the mold - it's delicious.

I came to thank and cry. .. It didn't work out very well for me, in my recipe I made a note that I need to make 2 norms for my molds, and not 1.5, as I did. Probably, they bought the wrong ones for me. In both forms, both large and small, the curd mass barely reached the letters XB. Very little serum leaked, which I think is not bad. There was also a jamb, a large layer of nylon was visible, a lot of creases, as a result, the pattern is not visible. But taste! !!! I pinched off a drop from the edge of the corner - it's sooooo tasty! Next time I will take into account all the mistakes, and this pasta will be a constant delicacy on our Easter table. Thank you so much for the recipe!
Olga VB
When I line the mold with wet gauze, I try to straighten all the folds as much as possible, pulling and putting the gauze on. And those that can no longer be straightened, I collect in the corners - at the joints of the boards. In this case, the planes are obtained with a very clear pattern.
julia_bb
Suslya, I also made a pasque according to your recipe, I'll post the photo tomorrow. When I laid it out in the sandbox, I licked the bowl - well, it's very tasty, I can imagine what tomorrow will be! Thanks for the recipe

Olenka, here was my mistake! No gauze, she took a piece of nylon tulle, and she's like sackcloth! There was a stake! Now I will order gauze for my daughter in advance. The taste of the pasta is excellent! Everyone ate, but this is a bomb!

Thanks to the owner of the recipe. I also liked it very much, added raisins, chocolate drops and cut the marmalade.

Suslya, Many thanks to you from all my family!
For Easter they fought :) The husband won and ate half! Now I regret that I did one.
Since we eat a diet, we had to reduce sugar and butter by a third, the cottage cheese came out more by 100 g, and you know, it's very sweet. I got such a pleasure, you can't tell. Ice cream is a very tasteless thing compared to Easter (if you spread it on cake at all).
I was bribed by BOILED yolks. Mom is always afraid to eat raw. Delicious and easy to cook. I wonder what yolks give? Colour?
In short, the PERFECT RECIPE.

I congratulate everyone on a bright holiday! Thanks for the recipes!

This is the second, the form of improvised means .... What was there to do? Sfotala in the form, for those who want to cook, but there is no form. This is a funnel for a wide mouth of a can, a hole at the bottom. The liquid is well glass.

Wort can you please tell me you read the entire thread and did not understand, but can you use low-fat cottage cheese?
SchuMakher
limon, Suslya doesn't live here anymore

I will answer: I make this Easter from any
Olga VB
Well, yes, any curd can be used, but I prefer homemade. I don't even think about its fat content. There is also butter and cream - everything is already greasy.

And I did!
