Do you have instructions? there on the panel there are the names of the programs - look at something like - butter or sweet, maybe another cake - bake on it, I don't remember the names of the programs - bake at home, I'm at work)) you can still knead and distribute on the test - 8 prog, and start up at 12 - baking ...

if there are 4 trays, then you can make 8 buns))) which ones you wind up - this shape will be

Thank you, there is a sweet one, only there is kneading, and then baking immediately, you need to follow it turns out to stop the program before baking and form buns? And is it possible to put, for example, silicone molds into the trays of baguette holders, and in them already form everything that your heart desires?
From your advice, another question was asked about the dough program: it is one, but how to make different dough in it? Yeast needs to stand, for dumplings it's not yeast, as I understand it, help me figure it out? Thanks for answers.

)))))
it just dawned on me ...
if you want to make buns - then start the dough for them on the dough-8 program, wait for the first rise, then stir, after that - press pause, take out the bucket, take out the dough, form the buns, lay them out on the molds you need, place them on the wire rack, put in xn, turn off the pause, and until the end of the program, you spread, keep an eye - suddenly it stops, there is very good heating - it may run away, turn off this program at the right moment for you, or still wait for the end and turn on the baking program.
I thought you wanted to bake a cake - immediately in hp, that's what the sweet program is for)))))
if you want dumplings dough - put the products in hp, and press prog 8, you want to wait for the end of the program, you want to turn it off forcibly at the end of the kneading)))) I usually knead 3-4 servings of dumplings in a row ...
there is only one dough program and you can use it for both yeast and dumplings, in my second hp there are two of them, I don't know why)))))) it is convenient to use it like that))) an extra button
by the way, the dough program in this oven is just perfect!

Thank you, I understood everything. I've read about this stove on another forum that you can't knead the dough without yeast in the mode, is that so?
And also: there is no pause button, if you press stop, the program does not stop?

don't make it too thick and everything will be fine)))))

I also like cupcakes from ready-made mixtures in it, but the trouble is that it's too small for us)))) the family is big ...

Good day! I'm immensely happy with my new purchase: Binatone BM-1168 and the fact that I found such a wonderful forum !!! Thank you all for the advice and descriptions of the experience.
And this is my first creation. The recipe is taken from the "instructions". Everything was additionally weighed on the scales. After reading the "kolobok rule" (thanks again to Admin!), I added additional flour to the given recipe. And then I had to leave urgently. The bread was baked by itself. When they returned home, he had to grill. The children watched with interest how the crust went from white to crispy. I put a medium crust. We love toasted, so next time I'll set it darker. Although this one turned out to be beautiful. It only crumbles, although I cut it with a knife with teeth. Of course they did not wait for a complete cooling
The taste of the bread is "classic from the bakery". To the taste, we honestly did not understand the difference, since we do not buy such white. Husband calls it "disposable" because it quickly ends
Sorry for the quality of the photo

Take the recipes better from the forum, the instructions usually contain a very high amount of yeast. With less quantity, the bread tastes better.

I am also very happy with this hp.
Well, and with the first bread for you!

How long will the program be stopped? (while I'm forming the buns).
aniramka
probably it's too late, but I will answer - a pause of 10 or 15 minutes, rather 15, then the program continues automatically

Hello! Please tell me, how many ml do you have in a glass? 200? And I would like to ask about the chocolate cake, the recipe for which you laid out, should you choose size 750 for the amount of ingredients you specified? I would be very grateful for your answers.

These are the bars I got.
Ingredients:
milk 130 ml.
salt 0.5 tsp
oil 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 1.5 tsp
flour 1.5 cups
yeast 0.5 tsp
Good day!
Tell me, I did everything according to your recipe, very good baguettes turned out, only the proofing of the dough was carried out on the "sandwich" program and lasted much longer than 45 minutes, and my baguettes did not turn out as big as yours. They got up, but still not like that.I used dry yeast fast-acting "Pripravych", and did not soak it, put it dry with the very last of all the ingredients, maybe this is the reason, please tell me? And the dough is very tasty, and the baguettes are beautiful, but small.
Lisyonok
I figured out the baguettes, it's me the teapot))) I'm learning. by the way, here on the site is a recipe for a chocolate cake - it turns out very tasty. I replaced the cocoa with the zest of one lemon and one orange, and added a couple of drops of lemon juice (or orange would be better) - it turned out much softer!

Yesterday morning I baked bread from the recipe book with oatmeal, only instead of a coarse hand I took 200 grams of wheat and 50 grams of rye flour, and the oatmeal was taken by Tsar 5 cereals. I made a mistake when choosing the size of the loaf - I chose 900 instead of 750, so I probably liked it a little pale on top, and I liked the unusual bread. During the kneading, I also looked at the bun, added flour so as not to stick to the walls too much, the crust turned out so crispy, my daughter liked the bread and me too)

aniramka,
lost all the recipes with the move, could you write a bun dough recipe?
Lisyonok
zhaneta, I like this one, from this site: milk or kefir-1 cup, 1 egg, wheat flour-3 cups, sugar-3 tbsp. l., salt-1 tsp. vegetable oil-100 ml, dry yeast-2, 5 tsp., 1 cup = 1 measuring cup complete with a bread maker, add flour in cups with a slide, the dough is tender, and for baked and fried pies it is suitable, and for buns, and even for baguettes, very tender!

and for pies the same thing, only one spoonful of sugar!

I tried to write on a multicooker. ru, but there is generally no one in the Binaton theme, apparently due to the fact that the old model. And here, it seems, sometimes real people appear, so I'll duplicate here.
I made a snack pie in a baguette - it's very convenient when you only need to bake 1 portion and don't want to drive a large oven for this. I took a mold for jellied meat (it is just the right size) and inserted it into a baguette holder instead of trays.

Filling: tomato, bell pepper, feta, smoked brisket, a piece of fried chicken breast in sour cream sauce + garlic, to make it more tender, a little cheese. Tastier than any pizza, very satisfying pie.

Very tasty and simple bread, you can really bake every day. But next time I will add more flour, it seems to me that the crumb should be denser. But I liked the taste and crust very much.

And again the baguette holder. I baked cinnamon rolls for breakfast, just shaped them like rolls.

A very interesting snack cake idea! now I will also look for trays for jellied meat.
I am interested in such a question - maybe someone knows - where can I get a bucket for our stove?

Where can you buy a bucket for our stove?
In the service. 🔗 But in general, I doubt that they are on sale, domestic manufacturers do not bother with components, with the budget price of HP it is simply meaningless.
Coffeeberry
aniramka, there are many sites on the internet that sell components for HP, shovels and buckets from different companies are suitable, not necessarily Binaton. They will ask you to just come with your bucket and pick up the same. But since the model is outdated, it may come out more expensive. A couple of years ago, I lost a stirring blade and a new one cost me 100 rubles, and when I needed a spare one again this year, I had to pay 750 rubles. lay out and yet she was not everywhere. I was shocked, because on average they are no more than 400 rubles!

Good afternoon everyone, my wife was presented with Binatone BM 1168, but we use LG. The Russian chef seems to suit everyone. Tried and unpacked Binatone BM 1168 and baked French and it didn't work, low dry brick. We tried to change the recipe the same result is a piece of dry brick. Someone faced such a problem can be attributed to the service, and that's what I noticed that when the program starts, it immediately starts mixing without letting it settle like it does with LG

Probably, no one looks here anymore ... Everyone has new bread makers for a long time ... Well, it just happened that I got it. About three years ago, my sonny gave this HB to my mother, his grandmother, for her birthday. Mom used it, she really liked it, she stopped buying bread, she was very happy. But in August last year, we had a grief - my mother was gone. And now her favorite bread maker is now in my kitchen. Once we read the instructions with her and baked the first bricks and baguettes ... And now, for the second time, somehow I’m not very successful ... I didn’t add vegetable oil the first time, but today yeast I poured the expired ones, did not look at the bag, I was sure that everything was in order with them ... There is nothing to show yet ... She asked me to bring SAF-MOMENT quick yeast, tomorrow I will try again. I try to bake bread on Evsinskaya flour, this is our local flour, an elevator in Evsino, Novosibirsk region. Maybe, of course, we need to use MAKFU or Pudov ... I'll try. I really want to make friends with her, she is dear to me in a special way - the memory of Mom.
